Yes, but it's not a friend request as such. One person can make another their friend, but only if the other person adds them are they mutual friends. I just found that out, it's very confusing! :skull:

I'd been lurking on Eurobricks for two or three years before I joined! :skull:

A very good creation! I like the construction of the stairs a lot too, well done! Also, welcome to Eurobricks! :skull:

Same with me. Some of them are funny, some are disturbing (like the smiling with gun to head man)... :skull:

TLG wants your ideas & suggestions for City themes

Don't forget Thomas the Tank Engine! Seriously, that theme in normal Lego would have good pieces! :skull: -

That would be great, like a farm theme would be. Unlike a farm theme, this would fit in City as well. More animals are what Lego need to get more people buying their sets, maybe... :skull: -

It would be a great theme, yes, but the whole thing about it being 'City' is that farms are usually in the country more than some kind of metropolis. There are no armed people in Lego City... Hehe :skull: -
Hehe, they got their own topic though Hopefully something like that may be incorperated into LU, that's what the website claims anyway. :skull:

Aaack, very odd... Me too! :skull:

What New Themes or Sets would you like TLG to make?
Shoc replied to CopMike's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Not a theme or a set, but that is a very good idea! It looks cool, yet we don't get it! :skull: -
It's not official but it is approved of by TLC. It's also available in Legoland (Windsor anyway). Too bad you can't get it in Ireland, maybe it will be in a bookshop? (maybe not ) Haha, maybe. :skull:
-
It could, I suspect they were just trying to include the people and didn't know it was from that, it is actually a decal someone (I think NickGreat) made and posted on Minifig Customization Network. I know, it seems stupid Haha, this whole page is just us two having a conversation, at least it's not going off topic! :skull:

I don't really like school that much haha, though I respect them and it would make a brilliant theme! Many children would be able to relate to it! :skull: -
I get what you mean... I don't think tree houses will be forced upon users, just an option probably. Apparently there is a massive selection of minifig pieces to use, and, going by the trailer for LU, even parts that don't exist in sets, like a custom DBZ torso! From the production designs it looks as if this may be the case, unfortunately... I'd rather have studs :skull:

I'd love a farm theme, but I'm not sure if it could really be classed as 'City'... By the way, a few people have mentioned SWAT team sets, they're like military people, right? (I always imagine them liek Ghostbusters with no ghosts though ) I don't think TLC would do that, I know they seem to be ignoring the anti-violence policy but SWAT is real life, and they won't do real life violence, I don't think. :skull: -
That would be cool, but they wouldn't go for that as I don't think anything like that really happened... Correct me if I'm wrong... :skull:

I know, I was just saying what I thought about it. And by confusion I meant if the game's layout is confusing. :skull:
-
No - that's exactly the same as the harbour figure standing nearby the admiral. I wonder why he is exactly the same when they seem to be a mixup of pieces... Maybe they're not all mixed up, in the case of the two pirate figs. :skull:
-
I agree that it could be bad, with spam and the like, and maybe confusion (I don't generally play MMOGs), I guess we'll just have to wait and see... :skull:

I have it, I got it for my birthday last year. It's a good book, expecially if you want to know about different ways of constructing things, and ways to use pieces. There are many illustrations, and it is written in an easy to understand style. I hope this helps, maybe someone could give a better explanation of it but that's a basic overview. :skull:

I love these! They are brilliant constructions! Hehehe. The bath looks a bit small though, a minifig wouldn't be able to have a bath easily. :skull:

No, you can't really help, two years on from when this was! :skull:

Hehe. There's a variety of reasons I mainly play Lego games... 1. I only have two computers but no games consoles, I think they're a waste of money if you can't do all the things you can do on a computer with them. Many games do not come on computer anymore, thankfully Lego games do. Also, playing less games on the computer means I get to do more Lego building! 2. I don't really like violent games, I have played GTA:SA and The Mummy (haha) games at friends' houses before, just messing about and whatnot, but violence is stupid. The licensed Lego games do have some violence, but what would be called 'cartoon violence', and it's not so realistic or anything (falling to pieces!) 3. I love Lego! The games regain the simplistic look of Lego and are a lot of fun! Hopefully, Lego Universe will be another reason I mainly play Lego games :skull:

I said that I'd never seen his torso, it probably is in a set though. This is random stuff put together, some of it which has not been seen before. I don't see a modern looking sailor/harbour figure wearign a bicorne!?!? I do see one wearing a hairpiece though... :skull: Sorry Captain Webb, I just saw the guy with the Bicorne, I thinking about the wrong figure before. Now I have noticed that the harbour man with the bicorne has a face I've never seen before, and a torso I haven't seen but is probably in a set. These minifgs are obviously mixed up people, but there are new parts among them and it seems the return of pirates may be true! :skull:
