Cute kittens! I bet they're quite naughty though. Lego is a strange name for a cat... But then, one of my gerbils is called Milimoomin Moodle, so maybe Lego isn't such a strange name in comparison! :skull:

Ummm... Won't they just be the same pictures as in this Flickr photoset? Either way, you may get them deleted from Brickshelf if they're found out. I think they did before.. :skull:

Ahem... We know about these... And we are quite excited. But if you look around Eurobricks, there are good pictures of them. :skull:
-
Maybe they were for some kind of sheet where you stick them all on, and can send off for another small set. I've done things like that for Lego sets before, though not with these sets. :skull:

These look suitably bad. I guessed they weren't going to be actual Lego, as they're based on the Videogame. McD's could have at least made them to look like proper Lego figures rather than weirdly posistioned ones. For example, I thought the big Luke Skywalker promotional model thingy looked good for a representation of a minfig, McD's could have done that with this... McDonalds had good food?! :skull:

Yep. I don't have them, but I just found them here on Bricklink. :skull:

Power Miners: New Sets for 2009
Shoc replied to cartoondude's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Lego Club Magazne would be the actual name. Regarding this, the picture that Pencion posted is kinda small, so I looked at my own Lego Club Magazine, which I received yesterday, but had just flicked through it (not much in them). I looked at the page that I had missed, the monsters look pretty cool. They're like brown and green versions of some of the Xalax Rama Racers from the tiny sets and Lego Racers 2, except they are standing on two legs as opposed to sitting. Very interesting... The actual sets are a bit weird with the technicy bits, I don't mind the colour scheme, but the pics aren't clear but they look sort of interesting, like the monsters within them. :skull: -
I am also a fan of Smallville, I watch it most days (and I find it hilarious), and I think you could maybe get away with using official designs, as the characters aren't really that specific in the clothes they wear, and their faces are easy enough to find a Lego counterpart for. :skull:

I was going to say something like that. The smileys are OK and almost a trademark of Lego, so I don't think they should go. I have a few, but never use them, as I like variety. I like to make minifigs different from each other, one thing that irritates me is when TLC repeats the same face too much... The Rascus face is a good example, although I like it a lot I have lots of it, and we'll get even more next year in Pirates. Hmmm... :skull:

Thanks for the review! I loved this theme, it had some of the greatest pieces ever arranged in any theme, brilliant printed parts and figures, and some good colours. Snap Lockitt (Hippie Dude ) is a great figure with a cool name, I own him from another set, but unfortunately not this one. It looks like a very good set, no stickers and good printed parts too. Nice review. Hahaha. That made me laugh for some reason... I don't know why though, I agree with it. :skull:

Oh, mine is definitely Adventurers, closely followed by Castle and Batman. It's interesting to see what people like, so thanks for the expanded poll! :skull:

I think the original larger fairy is cool, and your photography is good, but the only bit that looks like a fairy on yours is the wings... Um, what are the other body bits meant to be? :skull:

Why not have a Mythology or History Theme Lego Sets
Shoc replied to boogiewoogiekid's topic in General LEGO Discussion
A mythology or proper ancient history theme (esp. Greek, Egyptian or Meso/South American) would be the best! I've always thought that would be great! What's this to do with Bricklink? If there is an Elf theme it would be a sub-theme of Castle, so even though we get Pirates we might still get an Elf subtheme in Castle, we don't know of next year's Castle sets. But... The Egyptian sets, as great and ancient looking as they are, weren't set in ancient Egypt - they were set in the 20th Century. And... We got South American sets, but where was the South American mythology? :skull: -
I think there might have been a topic like this, but meh, nice idea to include 'logo's. Ok, my top favourite band is My Chemical Romance, I especially love their older stuff, and this is the picture includign their logo which they used originally on their website (big pic): I agree with those statements! The White Stripes are one of my next favourite bands after MCR! :skull:

I don't quite understand the concept, but wow, whatever you did with that glass to make the ghosts, it looks great! The actual room is also a great MOC! Good job. I agree, I have never seen Lego creations quite so artistic as you have made, SirNadroj! :skull:

Well, there is the fact, which I noticed this morning, that there are three purple shades of ABS Lego pieces. One is the original purple colour, more reddy purple, the next is the bluer purple used in the Basketball sets, and the other is the darker purple used in the Knight Bus, and still around now. It seems that TLC fixed the varying colours years ago, now there is only one kind of purple... I don't know if this guy should be sacked, but I think he should reconsider... :skull:

What baddies would you like to see in a new Space Police line?
Shoc replied to Adam's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
I voted Fabuland (not the only one either). Space Fabuland, or any return of it, would be awesome! :skull: -
England - 2008 Batman - Full Line SpongeBob Squarepants - Full Line England - 2006/7/8 Avatar - Full Line (2 sets) I think for this year that's all we have missing, two really good (parts-wise) licensed themes. Fortunately they are available on Shop @ Home. If I missed any others out, someone correct me, but I think that's all. We never got Avatar at all, not even on S@H... :skull:

Well, maybe unpleasant would have been a better word. It's just that I often use the word boring for minor things I dislike, I'm not sure why really. OK, the Linkin Park rap is better than some other rap, rap is one of the few music genres where I dislike most of it, but Linkin Park's rap I can put up with. Heheh. By the way, ~VBBN~, I listened to those Disturbed songs, I like them! Down With The Sickness is fun, even though there is a lot of swearing which can bore me (although saying that, in one of my favourite songs by My Chemical Romance, Our Lady Of Sorrows, the f-word is used agressively in the chorus). :skull:

Linkin Park do a bit of rap (which I don't like), but these are rock, I'd say! Not boring rap... :skull:

We seem to be quite far apart in the country, but if you read what I said in my previous post here, I think we had the same rain! It was crazy rain, but we were a determined bunch of people! :skull:

Meh, it sounds interesting but I don't think I'd try, it's like my subconsious will just choose whther I have the guts to speak to random people, sometimes I might talk to someone, sometimes not. Anyway, what I did today... I will always talk to the people who are my friends, like the ones who I willinglly spent time with in a wood in heavy rain today! I, my girlfriend and another friend chose to do a movie trailer for Media Studies, which we will each edit differently. It's a kind of murder/horror thing and we and four other friends went out to film it. We were literally out in a storm, but had so much fun filming sinister and amusing scenes. We all got wetter than we'd probably ever been fully-clothed. The funniest bit we filmed - that was actually part of it instead of our scared or dead people laughing - was probably when I was talking to my fellow "detective" friend Jack, in role, and he said "stab wounds!" but really loud and silly sounding! Hehe. We'll be doing voiceovers on most of it though. :skull:

Hurrah! I'm not actually listening to anything except a recorded episode of Neighbours, but I listened to that album loads on holiday in Switzerland (and before). A Martyr For My Love For You is a good song, Icky Thump too, Conquest is fun, and Rag & Bone is hilarious! I also love Little Cream Soda, that's a really mad song with amazing guitar! :skull:
