I'm sorry, you're going to hate my words but I'm highly disappointed with these new sets... I like no one of them, I find the faces, the torsos, the flags (!), the parrot and the sails really ugly. So many years waiting for THAT?

Here's a little "explanation" of the scene I think I'm going to dismantle Tony's to re-build it in a completely different way (more detailed but smaller... ) and I'll try to begin the comic about maffia. I've noticed MOC vehicles are appreciated in this forum so I'm also going to post a gallery of the vehicles used here

I'm waiting to see some images to explode in joy but if it's true and our hopes become finally real I'll have a word for that: ALELUYA!

Well I think in this case we could speak about MOC cannibalism when some MOC begins to eat bricks from another one to complete itself

Lovely work, here! I really like your design and your color scheme for the house. There are also some great details like the garage, the kitchen and the pool and, of course, I like the "spanish villa" style you gave to it

BTW, I was planning to do a little Lego comic about Maffia using this neighborhood and the characters appearing there. I've seen there's no many Comics in this sub-forum so do you people think this idea could be interesting? Thanks for your advice!

It's true they work quite well, even replacing some elements Lego doesn't have yet. Nevertheless, I'm a Lego purist so I agree with CopMike. Lego should not be mixed with anything

Finally, after some weeks of work I'm able to show the final model of my Modular Neighborhood MOC! First some general views: And now some street scenes: Hey! What are you doing there? A foreman being interviewed (maybe a little dangerous to do that in the middle of the road... ) Recycling! (Love that truck ) At work A sportive man. Well, we're at the Beijing 20008, aren't we? Now a large view of the open back: So great to have a garden in the city! And now tge interiors: The apartment in the top of the Coffee Shop, where a scottish Star Wars fan lives (notice the Scout Trooper statue) Looking at him it seems there's something great on TV! The Coffee shop With its own bathroom and... oops, sorry man Here's another shot if you want to see it empty. Nice story you're telling us here! I really like your "sets", specially because they're not specially big but work quite well for this comic style

Thanks! I've assembled the three buildings today and created a set with some vehicles and street scenes. I've taken some photos so I'll try to edit and post it in this forum this weekend. Hope you'll like it!
