The reason I'm not shelling out for this set is that i can't stand the sideways orientation of the Astromech droid. I consider it a major design flaw. Am I too pedantic?

I realize this. I was rolling my eyes at getting a game over a proper Battle of Hoth mf set.

Yeah, I can't get excited by a Jedi Temple model. Probably something to do with the prequels leaving such a bad taste in my mouth, although I have a fleeting interest in Anakin's Jedi Interceptor.

Still works if you interprete the GUNS sign as a basic billboard above a different General Store. Btw wasn't there a specialized Gun Store in "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly"? I hope this reaches 10K soon. It would be such a tragedy if it doesn't. So much fantastic work here. Do CUUSOO projects have time limits to reach 10k?

Wow, this is unbelievable! ~3000 pieces is chump change for what you have produced. I'd love to see the completed set. I'd love it even more if you provide us with the LXF!

I would buy it just for the Captain Needa minifig (hopefully with a choking expression). How feasible is a Cloud City playset, in a similar fashion to the Death Star playset? You could have: - Carbon freeze chamber (obviously); - Balcony where "I am your father" takes place; - Conference room (where Han shoots at DV); - Torture room; - Detention chamber; - Hallways where shootout/chase takes place; - Robot scrap room (which TLG has already done) - Cargo bay.

This is a common problem with buildings whose most distinct features are in the small design features. For instance, in this building it is Greek columns, intricate shingles on the roof and distinctive window frames. (If you go to wikipedia page for this building, it has a large close-up picture that illustrates this -- sorry can't post links yet!) The Arc De Triomphe design is beset with similar issues. This aside, all-round fantastic effort!
