  1. Thanks for the review, Hinckley. But I can't help but notice that the ever-suave Jake puts Helena/Jackie/Pippin Reed Jr. in the "backseat", or crate. Not a good move there, bud. There's a nice cozy seat open right next to you. I guess you're not as suave as you think you are, huh? Maybe that comes with being an Elvis impersonator decades before he was popular. All in all, I like this set, if only for the minifigs and car. Like you said though, that'd be nice if the snake had better joints. -Santhor
  2. Thanks for the review. Personally, I kind of like the structure, but there's two things that I think should have changed. First, the 1/4 bley slopes at the base would look nice as 3/4 slopes. Second, the pin/rod to knock out the staff lokks pretty strange jutting so far out of the back. I say increase the price a couple dollars/euros, and as you said add a palm tree, better structure, and a map or something. I'm getting pretty sick of dynamite. So there's my rant for you. Even so, I'm probably still going to buy a few of this set for the 'figs. -Santhor
  3. Yes! Awesome 'figs! I LOVE HMM. I've been playing since it came out, and I still do occasionally. Nice work on these, but the crusaders are my favorite-I always liked the "guys in armor" best. -Santhor
  4. This is awesome, but I just LOVE Han's expression. He looks a lot like the stereotypical male couch potato. Once again, great job! -Santhor
  5. Congratulations! That's really a lot of prize for 8x8 dioramas...just my kind of contest! Ah well, enjoy your prizes, and PLEASE post pictures of the prototypes. -Santhor
  6. Oh. My. Sparta. How did he...I thought that four Spartans was pretty good, but this...this is...this...is...SPARTA!!! -Santhor, the 302nd spartan "What?! Only 300?!?!?!"
  7. 2 points to the Assassins' Creed kid, 1 point to Optumis Prime -Santhor
  8. Heh, this little guy is awesome! He looks so happy in his R2-D2 costume. Good luck! -Santhor
  9. Nice 'fig, I love his ray/bat-gun. Also, the grump in the building, toll booth, or whatever has a hilarious expression! "Ugh, not another one of these nerds." -Santhor
  10. Oh, nice! This will be a worthy opponent, I must say! Good luck! -Santhor
  11. Thanks, and I was really going for the funny, original idea part. By the way, the white Fimo (sculpey) underneath his "stick-proof" sweater are jumbo sized pillows. -Santhor
  12. All I can say is: yes. This is fantastic! Being an Optumis Prime fan myself, I just couldn't resist this cute little guy with his "trailer" skateboard. Once again, great work. Roll out! -Santhor
  13. Thank you. I was hoping to do a dress shirt made out of paper-substance (cardstock), but I ended up doing a sweater vest. -Santhor
  14. Okay, here goes: Leonard is a huge fan of Star Wars Kid. ...and he is huge! He's a frequent cosplay contestant, and a star wars kid cadet teacher. Front: Left side: Right side: Back: By the way, his sign says "Force-Push Me" Here's the original: Cost: (non-Lego materials) $4-$8USD Hope you like him, C&C welcome! -Santhor
  15. Thank you! -Santhor
  16. Sorry I'm (a little) late, but is brick yellow light or dark tan? I'm trying to order off PaB, but I don't want dark tan sandbags. Thanks! -Santhor
  17. Alright, thank you! I must say, those chrome guns look splendid! As for the prototypes, I hope whoever wins will post complete pictures of his/her winnings. -Santhor
  18. is working on my entry to the MCW Contest.

  19. This may be a bit much to ask of you, but can you (or someone) take a few more pictures of the prizes, especially the prototypes and/or electroplated/chrome accessories? If it's supposed to be a surprise for the three lucky winners, I totally understand. But if you could take pictures, that'd make me really, REALLY happy. Oh, and sorry if I sound a little excited, but I must be honest: I am. Best of luck to all, but mostly have some fun! -Santhor
  20. Okay, just making sure so I (yeah right) don't get stuck with twenty bronze U-clips and one ammo link. But bronze clips aren't bad either. Sorry for the hassle. -Santhor
  21. Do you, perchance, know if these are assorted piles of BA, or a clump of leftovers? i.e. if there's an ammo chain link (prototype, loose in pile), there'd probably be more, and bronze/extra U-clips? Thanks! -Santhor
  22. Nice work, and good luck. By the way, is his "authentic" Fatman utility belt hidden underneath his belly fat? And what does he hold in it, Twinkies and donuts? Does he subdue villains by sitting on them? All these questions, and more will be answered on the next episode of...FATMAN!!! and his kid sidekick, skinnyboy Robin. -Santhor
  23. Sorry that I don't really understand, but can it be a nerdy fan of someone in Star Trek or Star Wars? Thanks. -Santhor
  24. All this for an 8x8 diorama?! Whoa, this must be something extremely special... I hope I can stay motivated, so I don't forget to enter, like so many other contests. But with two or more pounds of BA products and prototypes, I doubt ANYONE would pass this up. Good luck to all of us, and may the best hero win. -Santhor, the nerd in the Spider-Man 'jammies'
  25. Series 2 is now available on Shop@Home in the U.S., but backordered a month already. -Santhor
