Erik goes and looks at the blue and white thing on the wall.

Stupid old man. At least his healing makes up for his lack of ability as a leader. Maybe I should just pick him up and throw him at that button - NO. Erik shakes his head. No. There's more to life than brute strength and alcohol. And besides, I'd have him trying to convert me all the rest of my life. I've seen him going at Sorrow - I'm not sure even death would stop his zealotry. Best to just call him sir and go along with him. The chances of this button out of all of them being trapped isn't that high anyway. "I meant the corridors in general - this seems to easy. Unless those Commerz people decided to get clever and overthink things." The italics stuff is Erik thinking.

Erik pushes the button by the far door. "It's probably a trap."

"Fought valiantly? You tried to grab my spear! What a dirty trick! Lucky I had Anwyl put a wing on it. Anyway, it's a shame you swore an oath to that murderous creature - you seemed like a nice guy. Do you want to be cremated, buried, or something else? Any special ceremony you want?"

"I'll attack from the back row, and suprise everyone by targeting the Artilery Progg. Now my frenzy is useless, it seems to me best to have the rogues first in the battle order." Not much of a delay - less than 24 hours. Only seemed a long time after our previous speed.

"Ah, but I'd like to play it safe and be in the back row this round.

Oh, sorry I thought she was in the back row. though I think damage is generally rounded down.

"Huh. That didn't go too well. At least none of us were injured, that Progg's sentinel has worn off, and you got a hit, Mizuki, although it didn't do much. Though I suppose since none of us were injured, we can just do the same thing again?" Erik attacks Sporeshroom A, from the back row. So Sporeshroom's down 6 HP?

"Just put Pretzel last, and have Mizuki attack from the back row. It isn't as if she's short on cash. So: 1. Daxus: Progg from Front Row 2. Erik: Sporeshroom A from Back Row 3. Mizuki: Sporeshroom A from Back Row 4. Pretzel: Heal Mizuki"

"Order and actions sounds good." "I'll rip that tongue outta your head, stupid plant!" Erik attacks Sporeshroom A, from the back row in case Progg rolls special.

"Let's go with that then."

"I think perhaps Sir should target the Progg, as he is in no danger of being knocked out. I should target Sporeshroom C, as I can knock it out with a hit. Then I think Mizuki should target Sporeshroom B." Erik swings at Sporeshroom C from the front row. "Why do I get the feeling the Death Progg is in another castle?"

"I should go after any rogues who are targeting sporeshrooms, (so Daxus) as if I roll a Frenzy, it won't be enough to kill anyone, so people will not be able to redirect their attacks at other opponents, and the rogues would benefit from doing more damage, as that means they get more money.

You could perhaps make him extremely stereotypical - have him call people 'good sir' and always be drinking tea, hopefully having him British in other aspects would encourage people to read what he says in a British accent. However that could easily come off as overdone and clichéd.

"I think we should target the sporeshrooms first, and try to get them out of the way before we worry about the Progg. I'll target Sporeshroom B to begin with, from the Front row." "Mizuki, you would do more damage than me against a single enemy. I just can hit all of them, If I'm lucky."

"So that's two votes for drawing the dragon, but Sir seems doubtful, and I think we need more information. After all, we only get one shot at this. So overall I'd say we have 2/4 voting for drawing the dragon, but the party leader is one of the 2 voting against." I think we will come back to this riddle later, when we have explored the rest of the vault. Unless you want to give us another hint?

"Yeah, I don't think we should try either just yet, Just throwing ideas out."

"This green thing could possibly be the dragon paperweight, or the green paths on the ground. Dragons can fly, and that might have something to do with the clouds it mentioned. But I still think we should wait until we have explored more of the vault first."

"Yeah, might as well go back to the foyer." Oh. I missed a line, and thought that picture was the Arcane Unit. Everything makes much more sense now.

"I'd like to see what that thing behind the barrel is, and if there is anything in the pool of water." Erik has a closer look at the thing behind the barrel.

"Maybe your Phoenix essence would work, Sir?" Erik removes the Remedy from the Apparatus.

"Thanks Sir." Erik places his Remedy on the Arcane Unit.
