I'm not sure what you guys are on about all this copying business, It's a Victorian Style Mansion. Which you see quite a lot of on the east coast of the states. they are quite famous and all look very similar, so the only thing being copied is the original!

Pict up 3 copies of the Seaside House today, and really like the set! I have aways gotten 3 copies of the Creator Houses set's since they now come with a Minifigure. I only got one copy of the Apple Tree house as it was a promo sale at a local grocery store for 60% off, but since they included a Minifigure I pick up 3 of each.
