I'll have to see more pics of R2 before I decide to buy or not! But whats up with TLG marketing first we get glimpses of the set in another video, then they are removed so no one can see the segment again Then they release a video, which they then make private again, WE HAVE ALL SEEN THE MODEL RELEASE THE INFO!!!!!! stop stringing us around! have the vid in HD if anyone wants it!!!!!

I don't have this problem with the TH mine sits flush with the floor below it. There is a slight problem though where the floor on the left side slightly get 1mm smaller towards the top on each floor. If you run your hand down or up on the left side of the building you will feel what I mean! but its not a very big problem!

Actually, That four Modular Buildings available to purchase all at one time has never happened before! I think it's because FB didn't sell as well as the others, or maybe they extended the retirement because it was released in September 2009?

Cant't agree more!, Like I said before TLG is not going to please everybody all of the time with these sets, and the complaints are always the same colour is wrong, the back is to plain, it doesn't look good next to the other ones. I even read on the GG thread that it's not "green enough" or that the first floor of GE is exactly the same as the second (Look around this is how 90% of all buildings are designed). For myself I still think these are the best buildings TLG has ever made and my only complain is that they are not coming out fast enough.

I have been lurking in this thread for quite some time, to see how people are getting along trying to get those great Modular Building together long after they are gone. Shows that TLG really has created one of the best none licensing themes with these set. I'm just glad I have backup copies of all the modulars stored away at several locations just in case something ever happened to mine. By the way if a moderator is reading this the title should read "Building older Modular Buildings via BL" so that in the future it can continue with GG, FB, etc. etc. But anyway good luck getting the parts together!

Sorry Thomas, But your post on 1000steine.de was not known to me! I was looking into the new architecture set 21013 and noticed the similarities there.

Not sure if anybody noticed this but the clock face, seems to be an almost exact copy of this? except for the roman numerals !? I know that the one of the new Lego Architecture sets will be big ben but could we also be getting a larger one?

In the picture with all the Modular Buildings together I also think that the placement is a little off. I would start with CC then PS, GG, TH, FB, and then finish with GE at the end. Since it's very possible that the next building will be another corner building I will have to think of something new anyhow. I herd rumblings it may be a flower shop....... boy another year before we find out!
