  1. @Void_S despite I'm (mostly) purist, I found that you made great solution for front wheels
  2. This situation really sucks , you are making wonderful MOC (Liebherr) and invest hundreds or even few thousand of hours and since there is no policeman on Internet we have risk of being victims of piracy ... It is really something that pisses of everyone who respects someone's creativity, specially om your level. Unfortunately you need whole "network" of people and lots of time to win a battle against thieves, but war is fortunately something else That is why I'm not doing building instructions, just showing some steps of development.
  3. depending upon how many shocks you use and whether you use hard or soft spring (if we ignore type of suspension since it is about 4 x 4 rock crawler)
  4. Suspension is more compressed by heavier vehicle than with lighter vehicle...
  5. I'm just trying to think about future because it is always cheaper to produce several tires with same treads than just one... Here where I live it will be in November
  6. With all that measures that LEGO company has undertake so far; and with Liebherr delay I suppose that in end of July we will be sure what tire both 42099 and 42110 set use (off course 42110 is much smaller in terms of tire size)...but I hope that your feeling us right and in a few weeks we will know
  7. Yes that would be very useful and not just interesting, but we have to wait few months for final proof...
  8. Thanks for correction; my fingers are ti big for smartphone keyboard
  9. That is logical thinking; in few months we will see... Remember when we were discussing about Land Rover tires, here is s chance to have something between 68.7 and 81.6 tires and bigger tires on crawler could be used on big machinery sets in future, perhaps something to fit Liebherr ... Regards
  10. That sounds very promising Thank you very much One thing crossed my mind; what tire will Land Rover defender have; something smaller like 75mm with similar tread (set 42120)?
  11. Is any tire in following image like tire on 4 x 4 Crawler you saw? or like this
  12. whatever, we can enjoy more Summer time About 42099 set, some visitors in tread about second half 2019 sets mentioned new type of tire in this set as you can red here
  13. @Pruimke I think that you could try to make it with rear 42095 sprockets to make it more appropriate size, but based on video we saw it is really good effort from you
  14. That crossed my mind several times in past 10 years. As @Davidz90 said only shortest 2 do not tend to brake, but in my experience sometimes they are "worn out"
  15. Very interesting Arocs version (not official set) with characteristical tow truck functions, but I'm not sure if it has front independent suspension.
  16. It looks that you put 42082 tires in dryer and 43.2 tires come out Usually C-models like @M_longer pointed out it should be based on 42082 parts...and IMHO it is desirable to use majority of parts from particular set (like 42082 in your case).
  17. I was planing to use tumblers on something like this ...but when I decide to build it I'll have to find what kind of attachment is doable with available parts that I have
  18. My would be on 1:15 but still struggling with wheel & tire solution (to make it low profile for singles)...
  19. And I suppose TGS, Wrecker and SLT are in scale 1:16.5, K100 is 1:20 and U400 (yellow?) Is1:12.5?
  20. Yes it works fine. Just one question (out of curiosity): how many trucks do you have assembled?
