I think it looks OK for the most part, especially on the likes of Boushh Leia and Ahsoka. In fact, I'd rather they did it more often. Even so, its hardly something to quit collecting Lego over. The Han Solo minifigure looks nice but isn't really worthy of May 4th exclusive status.

I honestly would be happy to own any of the three gunships; all of them have their own charm. But if I was to pick, I'd go for he 2013 one, just cos it comes with the clone captain.

I am really looking forward to see how TLC will cope with the end of TCW series. I hope it doesn't affect their set choice too soon as I for one enjoy the clone wars and the accompanying sets.

I wish I could get the Series 4 ones, but they don't seem to be anywhere in Scotland. Bought an older set: 7749 from bricklink.

I doubt it, this isn't very exclusive and would disappoint many.

At this point in time, I must say that I would really like a Padme in Senator form, and perhaps a Phase 1 Clone Lieutenant (the blue clone).

Regardless of what the promo minifig may be, I hope it's at least accurate to the real character; for me accuracy is becoming easier to find for Lego.

Just got 751012 and 75006. Just looking to get 75004 and 75014 to finish off my want list for Winter 2013.

They are in the Gunship to try and re-enact the scene where they follow Dooku along to his secret hangar, plus none were seen next to or in an AT-TE during the movie. It's one of the few times where the figures actually fit in to the set.

I think the visor difference actually looks quite cool because it further helps to distinguish between regular clones and the officers. These new sets mostly look good but I do not like Legos thinking with JEK-14 taking up a slot that could leave space for another Episode 2 set.

Buy the Battle of Naboo and BARC Speeder with Sidecar and sell the gungans for a couple of regular clone troopers.

I like the sound if it actually, even if I won't be buying it. USC is just too expensive most of the time for me...just a dream it would be to own a UCS set.... Anyway, I also look forward to the gunship and AT-TE. I missed their CW iterations in 2008 and can't wait to buy them!

Bought 75000, 75001, 75002 and 75007. They are all great sets, and I am only looking to get 75004 and 75012; maybe 75014 if I find it on sale.

Hi guys. I have some money (just under £180 ) that I want to use to build a Clone Base on a 48x48 baseplate with two levels. Any ideas that could help me to enhance the look or functionality of the base?

I assume that TLG has changed the definition of a battle pack from "a way to build up your army" to "a battle in every box". As I'm sure has been mentioned before, it's decision to change the way the battlepacks are laid out is to accomodate the younger fans, right?

I agree. Many stores appear to have huge sales on Lego Star Wars just now, and places like Tesco and Asda are doing deals like two BPs and planet sets for £15 with full shelves!
