Murder on the Emerald Express: Chapter 7
JimBee replied to WesternOutlaw's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Well, Howard, those are some interesting theories you've got there, especially concerning Jennifer and Ms. Thornton. What if... someone on the train is acting as one or both of these people. But why? There has to be motivation. I'll share my consents with people I trust only, for now. But what I will say is that I think that one person is working with one or more people from Willoughby. (Are dynamic movements and private conversations open again?). -

First, we need to find the Johnson rod and the fixture. But we can test it out first, with the handcar. I'm also wondering where those other roads go to, in the northwest corner. So, who wants to test it out? -
Glad you're interested, Kim. I am also looking forward to this. Remember, I am a Rebel general in the future, like I was in the future of season 1.

Oh, a democracy? I'm in. I vote "yes", but I suppose it's all up to this person you call Alex. -

Well, otherwise she needed it for fuel. I can't think of why else there would be a full tanker in the middle of the woods on a track that probably hasn't been used for a while. I think Scruffy made up that kettle in his head. -
Actually, I just recently conducted an experiment for school, and had all of the students in my class taste two colas (Coke and Pepsi), but they did not know which was which. Every single person (despite their previous opinions that Coke is better) said they liked Pepsi better. I also did the experiment, and Pepsi is much fizzier and has more flavor than Coke. When drunk at the same time, Coke is disgusting. So, Pepsi.

Murder on the Emerald Express: Chapter 7

Yay! Reunited at last! Now, down to business... In her note, Jennifer (X) said that there was one among us that would plan to keep us here, and I'm willing to bet it was a council member. This may be a little extreme, but I think that person was in our group (B), or group D. I say this because of all of the injuries that occurred, these two groups' injuries seemed the only ones that were done on "purpose". Max got a cleaver thrown into his chest, and I had that horrible sound in my ear. My money is on either Charlie or Constable. Sorry to have blamed you at first, Mayor. I agree, it would be more comfortable for us train passengers to discuss this privately. Also, I've come up with an interesting theory. In the Mayor's office, we discovered invoices for orders to Willoughby, one of them being an oild tanker. Group C found a full oil tanker on some hidden tracks in the woods. The tanker was ordered in 2008, around the same time that Jennifer was here. So... I think that she planning on blowing up the town with this, but never had the chance to. I wonder if she is still alive? -

That part is true. And me getting hit on the head. Those rifles don't sound too friendly, either. Don't worry, though, I'll protect you. [insert smart love remark here]. -
Interesting topic idea. Here's my list (off the top of my head): 1. Chrome Gold C-3PO- The choice was obvious for me, the figure is just so shiny, and so much better than any yellow or pearl gold version. 2. Darth Vader (2009)- Just a wonderful fig, greatly improved from it's predecessors. Has the right amount of detail with the cloak decals, and I dig the shine that the lines on the torso give off. 3. Rebel Trooper (Rebel Battle Pack)- Wonderful, overall attractive. Everyone loves the helmets that the fans have begged for, and I like how the heads aren't the generic smile face. 4. Snowtrooper (2007)- The helmet/backpack/mask combo is unbeatable- very accurate. 5. Kit Fisto- Duh? 6. Anakin (2005)- I was really stunned by this fig during my dark age- enough to get Anakin's JSF. The face, hair, and torso were all accurate to the new movie, and I loved posing him and Obi-Wan in that epic Mustafaar battle. 7. Clone Trooper (2007)- The plain, white clone trooper from ROTS is still very pleasing to my eye. The design is just so smooth and flawless. 8. Plo Koon- Wonderful head mold. 9. Qui-Gon Jinn (flesh w/ hair)- just a lovely figure, and the new flesh color combined with the old hair makes Jinn such a sweet fig to have at the front of my collection. 10. Luke (2008, Death Star Tatooine clothes)- what wonderful torso and leg printings. Han in his "original" torso/ leg printings would be 11.

I love it! It is right on in accuracy, and that's a neat visor. I wouldn't mind having something like this in a set. I look forward to more, hopso009.

I knew it was Austin all along- right after he practically screamed it at us: It makes you wonder if this was actually put to throw everyone off, or if Austin really is a murderer. And, no, I wasn't informed of anyone (or relations with them) in my letter. Yep, for some reason we don't have nearly as many comments as everyone else- or maybe just less spam. -
My brains must still be addled from last night... So, a clue. In this clue, Jennifer said that we needed to piece together the clues. By doing this, the complete clue could lead us to the safe combination or better. She also said that there were four corners of town. There are four groups currently searching Willoughby. Main Street is one, the farm and the area around it is another, the switch tower that Eleanor, Max, Mark and friends are visiting must be three, and the parts shed (or something else unexplored) could be the last one. I don't think that the note Constable found in his nightstand was a clue, per say, rather an introduction by this shady Jennifer character. But this one of the jail cell is most likely one, and my senses tell me that other groups have found clues, too. So now what we must do is wait for the other groups to return here. In the meantime, let's get to the bottom of the traitor in our midst. I agree that you, Mr. Brown are innocent for the time being. I also remember one of the townies saying something about who was on the council. So either Constable or Charlie are on it, and I have reason to believe that that council member is the traitor. Speak up now, you two, or forever hold your peace. We don't like being trapped, you know. So far we have the note found in Constable's dresser: The Town Council suspects that I am attempting to leave Willoughby. They are trying to kill me and will stop at nothing! If you find this note, know that I have left clues for you to follow my trail. Must go now! Good Luck. X. ...and this one. Actually, neither is much of a clue. Does anyone else find it weird that this town doesn't have any telephones?
-
Well, there must be a key somewhere, does anyone have one (constable, Mayor?). Otherwise this might be another dead end... we must have missed something somewhere. If we don't find anything else (any ideas, Arin?), let's head back to the hotel. There might be something interesting in one of the rooms that someone isn't sharing with the rest of the group.

Sad? Not at all, Sesame Street was the best! I think it was supposed to be "I have a J friend too". -
And Constable doesn't have key? I would like to try the cell key on the gun safe. Is there anything interesting about the desk/chair?

At about 0:52, it sounds like she says "Hey, I got a gay friend too! J-Jim..." How do you find all of this stuff, Brickster? -
I don't imagine there's anyone in the cells? Anyway, I'd like to sit at the desk and feel under the chair, under the desk, in any drawers of the desk, and on top of the desk. Constable, do you have a key to the gun safe? EDIT: Let's see if there's a key, first, Charlie. If so, I'd like to have one, if that's alright with everybody. If you have a key, please open it, Mr. O'Reily and hand the gun to me. Also, do you have a handgun on your person? Who wants to check the cells? Return... return... return what?

You mean me, right? Aw, thanks, Schmelt. Ahem. I have that feeling, too, but I think that invoice of the oil tanker might be useful after all. I don't know why, but something tells me that there's more to this than meets the eye. Okay, let's go (don't worry if you can't find the set, Brickster Thou Voice- you could just use this one:) Unless, of course, you want thy humble servants to be in it, instead of thou cowboys...

How did you know!? Geez, I thought I was being pretty discreet. Pretty please, Schmelty-Welty? Only what's left... With Schmelt on top underneath... wait... that's not right... Damn, only 1/3 inch left. (The video doesn't work.) You sneaky perv, you. Yes, sir! Hey, Schmelt, I think Charlie dropped the pen behind you- do you mind turning around and picking it up? Dynamic movement: search for the Johnson Rod. And the XXX. Choo choo! -
Mr. Mayor are you sure you don't have a key? Yeah, let's head to the jail now. Hopefully we'll find some clues there.

I build my army whenever the opportunity presents itself. In other words, I don't spend hundreds of dollars on impulses to get x amount of pirates. I usually buy (for my SW and Castle armies) one of each set that I want (I don't get every set due to limited budget and ridiculousness), as well as doubles of each battle pack. That's about it. I have a decent-sized clone army (20 or so clones/ people of various ranks/ eras) and a 30+ droid army. A few Stormies, rebels, and Jedi round out my SW collection, and I have about 15 Castle figures. In short, I do army build as much as my budget allows me.

Investigate my toes properly? Yeah, that too. What? Okay, you did that on purpose. Nothing really interesting here- I think Lorianne said something about not driving her semi for a year or so. If it was a train tanker, though, Willoughby must get at least some visitors. I wonder if this information is important... I don't think there's anything else to see here. If everyone's ready, I say we file out. Thanks for letting us take a look here, Mister Mayor. *Whispers* Once we leave the office, I want to try the doorknob leading to the other office.*

Haha, nice work, Schmelt. Great entry, with the right colors (I like the touch of gold), and design. Funny background too, it made my day.
