Very funny, wise guy. Perhaps you would like to join him? It looks like you need some lessons on manners, too.
-
Do want to duel me instead? I promise to not use any of my Force Powers this time (I can't not use my Saber Master as it is passive).
-
Mhmm... I would suggest breaking the sword so we can all be protected, but I wonder how we'd do that. Well then maybe we can take advantage of this spooky occasion to make you a man, eh solider?
-
Anyone willing to duel? After this match if said challengers are in it?
-
Shut the hell up! You think high school is tough now, back in my day, they beat you for running your mouth like you are right now.
-
Never mind, you won. Rounds 1 and 2 are now correct (the final results are), so you beat me with the flurry. Sorry about that.
-
Still, check these out: Lightning is blocked by throw. Choke doesn't do damage, blocked by Push. Lightning is blocked by throw again.
-
No, there's not. Pedro made a mistake and forgot that I had Saber Mastery. In Round 1, your Lightning didn't cause any damage because of this, and in Round 2, your Choke didn't cause any damage.

Not like that, boy! I'm old, and have to breathe heavily. Forgive me having battle wounds. Boy, hadn't your father ever taught you manners? I think it's high time for a whopping.
-
Eh? I'm AMERICAN, land lubber! I fought in Vietnam. Just because I don't talk like you young folks doesn't mean I'm Canadian... hooligan. And I'm NOT a hobo! For Ulysses' sake, you young people are rude. Show some respect to a veteran!
-
Hm, if that's the case, I say we continue passing the sword around, and see who gets burned. I'll go first, I guess.
-
Pedro, I also have the Saber Mastery ability, so my health should be 5.

Jedi Duel - Introduction & Discussion

Well I didn't use my Throw until the last match. I admit, you probably would've won if I had been fully handicapped. -
Whew! That was an excellent duel, thanks Zapper Brick! Sorry, I had to use Throw just that one time. So who wanted to fight me now? BH?
-
Sorry about that, BH. I challenged Zapper Brick, but said after I dueled you. But then you said "maybe later", so I was under the assumption that you canceled.. I'll duel you next, if you want.
-
Okay, no handicaps. Pedro, can you please adjudicate?
-
Ah well... anyone else?
-
I would like to duel... so far there's been no one to adjudicate for me.

Yes, thanks! I know what I'm picking... -
Love the series. I haven't played many, but enough to be a nerd about them. Ocarina of Time is the best, hands down. It set the bar for all other LoZ games, and still nothing has come close to beating it. Wind Waker was also one that I really enjoyed. Twighlight Princess wasn't that great, IMO. The graphics were spectacular, and the story was interesting enough... but it just felt like the designers were trying too hard to make it like OOT. I didn't even get through much of Majora's Mask, the whole repeat the dungeon again and again was so annoying. I'll have to give it another shot sometime, though. Four Swords was alright. I liked the multiplayer options in it, and the classic up-down scrolling feel to it, but it never really captured my attention. I own Phantom Hourglass, but never finished that either. It was a great game, excpect for the fact that you had to keep going back to the Ocean Temple and repeating levels that you already did. And lastly, I've hardly played Oracle of Seasons/ Ages or A Link to the Past, but I can tell that I need to sometime. All others I've never played. Me too, yet so many people hated it. It was a really nice feature, and even better than Epona, at times. There's not much to go on about the new game coming out soon- all I know is that the plot revolves around the Master Sword, and maybe a spirit of the master Sword. See the promo poster: (Notice Link's not holding a sword, and the spirit kinda looks like one)

If that is so, how does it affect kicks? Would'nt a kick break a parry? And what is considered countering? Parries, sheild/push/choke, and/or cancellations (ie lightning vs. throw)? -
Looks good, VBBN. It's not that often that I see a SW mech. I like how the cockpit area looks like a face, similar to other SW vehicles (TX-130, AT-ST, AT-AT). The claws/ hands/ blades and the giant leg armor is also very cool.
-
Now if only I hadn't started playing Mafia games... EDIT: I figured out that I actually have 800 posts in LSW, but my profile says that Lego Wargames is the most with 722... Do we still get to keep these ?

Any good Victorian-style figs out there?
JimBee replied to JimBee's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Thanks, YG-49. Unfortunately, I don't have any of the torsos mentioned above, and am having a hard time finding them on BL. However, I found some really great Victorian decals by Norrington. I might be using these. -
"Four out of every three villains has a green color scheme!" Great work on both of these. Very funny. It was kind of hard to hear you over the sound effects, and I wish it would have had some more... orange? But great job anyway, could there be a purple one on the way?
