She was involved with the Wolfgang before, apparently. The bird was working for one of her lackeys. I think the birds are the least of our concerns, heheh."

    Hybros rolled his eyes and instead stepped over to the stand where Namyrra was. He tried to sneak up on the cat helping itself to the fish in the crate and catch it. "Any leads?" He asked the necromancer.

    Hybros crossed his arms, a bit miffed. He tried to listen in on the conversation with as much subtlety as possible.

    Hybros inspected the seagull thoroughly before determining that it was not the gull he was looking for. "You are lucky your name is not Soonavask, or I would have plucked your beady little eyeballs out on the spot. I will leave the interrogation to you, Althior." With that Hybros returned to the task at hand and stepped up to the person in the crimson hood. "Ehem, hello. Are you from around here? Do you know of a young merchant orc in town?" OOC: Atramor should also have the Banana Bladerang in his inventory.

    Jinnipher nodded while batting back swords. "Aye, you should listen to that golden dragon of yours more often. They chose this fate, and we chose ours. People will die tonight."

    OOC: You're doing it right - Confused is 1/2 chance to deal damage=level to a random ally instead of a poor roll.

    Jinnipher squinted. "I... don't think they have eyes." Nonetheless, Angel A seemed incapacitated so the elf dropped the Brine Blade and attacked it from the front row with The Beheader, twice.

    OOC: Did you roll for Jinnipher's chance to Enamor? "Us bastards?" Jinnipher called from the left flank. "What about you godless bastards who picked this fight? Show it to them, Gabe." She gave an approving nod to the sniper before continuing the wrestle with her own angels. She continued to swing the Brine Blade at Angels A and B while trying to keep her distance in the back row. Their wings made them deceptively speedy. She would have to be careful to avoid another hit.

    I love the new banner, well done Hinck. Where's the red demoness' head from? Would be possible to pretty please borrow the plain picture of her? It's for a cool forum game you've probably heard of too many times.

    While we're on pictures, would anyone mind trying out a few minifig combos for me? If it wasn't obvious from the idea picture compilation it's for imps. The general appearance is diminutive (short legs), usually with horns and wings, a tail if possible, and leathery skin. Clothing can be pretty much anything, but I picture something more arcane like robes. The Geonosian bodies are how I picture them to be shaped like. imp ideas by JimButcher, on Flickr (click for a bigger image)

    Jinnipher uses her other attack on White Angel B, still in the back row. OOC: Don't the songs only affect heroes on whichever flank Karie is on?

    I think you can use an item on Karie regardless of which flanks you both are on. I may be wrong but I've done several battles like this. Also, I just want to point out the disappointing amount of Holy enemies in a horde of angels.

    "I guess it'll take an army to stop us. Fine!" Jinnipher swings her Brine Blade at the closest angel to her, White Angel A on the left flank from the back row.

    "Hm, if you say so." Hybros still seemed disappointed. He was itching for combat and was eager to get rid of his sea legs. "Did you at least hear what he was saying to the bird? I know prophets are skilled in all languages." Hybros gives a meaningful look to Atramor. "Try trapping it with those bolas I gave you."

    "Perhaps another time, out of earshot of those who would support the Bonapartes, heheh..." Hybros was relieved to be on land again. As Althior confronted what appeared to be a scarecrow, he eyed the seagull suspiciously. After scarecrow took off, he hurried over to Althior. "I believe we have already found a lead." Hybros readied his wings for pursuit. "Erm, I still do not know how to use these very effectively, but perhaps with a little boost I could try to glide after this man."

    Jinnipher scowled. "It really is the end of the line for you, winged bitch. Clearly you're all past your expiration dates, or else your Gods wouldn't have cast you out." "Don't act like you don't have a choice. There are none more ignorant than those who deny that."

    "Ehem, I was on that quest too. Lawrence is a good friend of mine." The greenish hue of seasickness quickly turned red from embarrassment. "Erm, that is not what I meant! And I will have you know there are plenty of female imps!"

    Hybros looked back an forth between the two as they spoke, not knowing what an 'orgy' was. "Erm, I suppose I will have to meet one of these Prosperpines. They seem like... interesting beings." He looks on approvingly. "An archangel, hm? I suppose it is the opposite of an archdemon. Too bad it is trapped in that card, for I am certain it would have been a great help to us on this mission." "Please, lead the way."

    "Well they certainly did not help in ousting this Jolly Roger you speak of, I can tell you that much." Hybros looked idly as the crew worked tirelessly. "Well then, perhaps you can tell me a bit more about Heartland. The cities you called the Three Freewomen, what are their significance? And the people of Heartland... I assume besides the elves there are mostly humans? Are there any people native to that area, like the Rito are to Dastan?" Hybros grins as Atramor swipes another card. "Well done, Atramor. That card would have gone for a nice prize in that tournament."
