Cool smart little build!
-
A great small station, Octan Corp has there. It's something Kawashita Group lacks at the moment.

Great atmosphere in the story and vignette, It really does look like a hostile yet forgotten place.

Excellent vignette! Traitors should know the price for paying for their shamelessness to put Kawashita Group up with. A job well done, Koro San!

I have been to Serium's seabed: Link
-
Location: B09 - Serium Tags: Spaceship / Airplane / Submarine, Exploration. Log #001 – 20 Maian 3815 I have been sent with a group of scuba hunters from Kawashita Group HQ to inspect Serium's seabed upon closer. The scuba hunters are experienced divers and they'll escort me. You'll never know what kind of vicious deepsea predators show up. However, there's nothing but planes of sand, varied with seaweed and rocks. The rocks vary in size and texture, but they all have a stub end. I haven't find any creature unlike Narbilu, one of our explorers yet. The strange seaweed Mister S. spoke of is rather plane from the looks of It. However, It seems they're moving on their own when I approach them from only a few meters. No idea If they're hostile, they haven't grabbed nor harmed any of my scuba hunters yet. Now the good part: The ocean floor has to offer us a lot of Awesomnium. Only problem is, It's rather deep to mine out. I guess we'll have to dig deep in the deep waters... But I'm sure the Kawashita Group will have no problem with that. In the end, we can do everything, thanks to our advanced technology. More information and pictures under the 'spoiler' tag:

I think Andromeda's Gates is going to be a lot of fun! I'm thinking of signing up to Kawashita as a pilot. Therefore, I need to make a sigfig and a name + a little bit of background info, which I will look into upcoming week. This is going to be my first time to join in a Eurobricks RPG, so I'm excited yet nervous. I have a question about the weekly builds: - Do you have to build every week for your corporation or are 2 builds for each month considered to be acceptable as well? -

Very cool entry!

I also prefer flesh coloured minifigures and I'll try to use them in MOCs whenever possible. I do like yellow coloured minifigures for 80's and 90's LEGO sets (and MOCs), but I would'nt mind If TLG decided to do only flesh coloured from now on.

Good creepy atmosphere. -
Good job on the lime green accents!

Thanks for your reply, Darkdragon. I believe pocket camera's are not an option because of my budget. I should be specific about the budget I'm aiming for: from €40,- to €90,-.

I want to venture into brickfilms and I want to start out with a webcam, as many stopmotion animators are (personally) suggesting It for beginners. My problem is, I'm a Mac OS X user and standalone webcams that support manual settings are hard to come by. I know you can use a driver such as Macam, that supports many non-Mac webcams, but Macam does not support manual focus, from what I have seen so far. So, are there brickfilmers out there that use Mac OS X for their brickmovies? Manual settings for brightness, colour and focus are obviously for animation a must.

How do you control your spending & what do you collect

I don't think they're that bad. Their designs are fun and they come with usable parts. -

I haven't purchased anything last month (March). Spent a little more I was aiming for in April on Bricks & Pieces and a bricklink order and next month (May) I will purchase nothing. Unless TLG decides to pull off the whole Pirates theme from the shelves. :P Because I want to buy the whole theme except for the ship, later on this year. -
My mainly shako P&B order from 15th April just got sent out of Billund today. So, It took them 5 days to complete my order instead of 1 or 2 days like my first order. Perhaps the shako's could'nt be found or employees where breaking their head that such an old outdated piece still exists in their P&B warehouse. Maybe unlikely, but I find It humorous to think about such a scenario. Anyway, I'm looking forward to both my orders. They will mainly expand my Oleon and Eslandola forces.

Another awesome TIE Advance! Just seeing It now for the first time. I like how you managed to keep It to 8017's size.
