Wow, that's cool! That ship was one of my favorites way back in the day. I must have played with that for HOURS!

Wow, those are nice!

Current speculation is that 7663 is either the Hoth Base or the new Falcon. Those are the other two sets that have been 'unofficially' confirmed. Nice call on the Z-95. That's probably as good of a guess as I have seen. However, there is probably a simple explanation for it. I can't believe there would be another new set shown there without photos surfacing somewhere...

I agree. Upon closer inspection, I'm not all that thrilled with this set (although the treads will be nice.) But since LEGO is throwing in a unique minifig, it will increase the demand on this set.

I see what you are referring to. Is it part of the clone battle pack?

Wow, the MTT looks really big!

^^^ But of course, that's the 7664 TIE Crawler... What is that????

Wow, thanks for the review and commentary. I too enjoy a good discussion. I'm glad I saw this review as I was contemplating picking this up for my daughter as she loves the city line (which I seem to have more and more around the house now.) I am very disappointed to see the hull is all one piece, that is pretty much a deal killer for me. My daughter really loves to build stuff and take it apart many times. She does not like the big pieces, but was fascinated with the idea of having a 'hovercraft.' Looks like we'll be passing on this one.

Wow, that is amazing work. I'm always amazed at people who have the vision and talent to make such amazing MOCs (big or small). Yes, the camera in the toilet is a bit strange...

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions! A couple of points: - I thought that was the correct insignia, but alas, my Star Wars lore is not what it used to be... - I wanted to make the entrance (the area under the arch) wider, but it wasn't practical due to the width of the swing up door. I couldn't make that any wider because it would hit the cockpit. I had actually tried making it three studs wide instead of two, but it was not meant to be. - In terms of why the canopy would raise up, it was only to get at the minifig inside. Of course, I realized it was easier to just take the canopy off rather than go through a bunch of gyrations to build a opening canopy. - I've already changed my very simple landing 'pads' to four points instead of three points. It is obviously more stable. - I agree with Starwars4J in that military vessels are more cramped gives a sense of intensity. At one point I had all the seats facing forward and I had to turn the four inside seats to face sideways. I think it just looks and feels better that way. I'm fairly happy with how it turned out but I'm always happy to hear any more suggestions.

OK, here is your photo:

Sure. I'm at work now so look for it in about 12-14 hours.

Wow, great news sam, thanks! Three UCS sets! I can't wait!!! *wub*

Well, this should squelch any further requests of people asking me to photograph my MOC work in the future. You asked for it, so here are my changes to the Imperial Landing Craft set. You have been warned: Imperial Landing Craft Modifications

7659 Imperial Landing Craft Modification by Dunamis Ok, so I mentioned in my review of the 7659 Imperial Landing Craft that I thought it was a nice set but that I had a few complaints and questionable design decisions. For those of you who missed it, here is the review: 7659 Review So, let

I've been going to LegoLand for a couple of years now and they started working on the Pirate ride before the sale of the park. It would not surprise me to see another Pirate line. On the flip side, you would think that if they were going to have a new Pirate line, they would have had the sets available for the opening of the ride so who knows...

Yep, I picked up my calendar at the LEGO store last week and saw this. The 7776 Shipwreck is already out so hopefully, this won't be far behind.

Sounds great. Thanks for posting, Sam89. I'm really liking the sound of the MTT and the Naboo fighter is growing on me based on what Jeremy says.

I buy from bricklink constantly and have never had a problem. I think the advice above is great, i.e. check the seller's feedback. I use it to acquire all my basic bricks and any specialty bricks I might be looking for. I'm always on the lookout for discounted bricks that I might use later.

Am I seeing the skeleton correctly? Will this be the first skeleton with the different arms?
-
I'm not sure it is out yet. It is listed on the back of the new calendar as coming soon and it is called 7714 Golden Guardian.

This might be a Target or TRU exclusive. The Nitro Intimidator had special edition written on the box as well and it was a Target Exclusive. Interesting coincidence, I was at the LEGO store today and picked up a new calendar. it listed the 7776 The Shipwreck as coming soon on the back.

Wow, that is amazing!
