  1. I haven't yet bought the 7675, but I can definitely agree that it's an amazing set. Worth the extra $20 they charge for it. Go for the Gunship! PS For the future, I'm pretty sure there's a "What set should I buy" thread where you should post stuff like this. Hope I helped.
  2. Judging by the title, this is for fun, so I think that Peeron would be a good way to ruin it. If I'm wrong, yeah, just listen to him.
  3. Do we know for sure if these are TLC prototypes? They really just look like MOCs to me... kinda like prototype MOCs that the builder never elaborated on.
  4. Yarbifilinnofnibblenohiip
  5. You dropped both stormtroopers into the hole like I said? The hole will start steaming and then a bunch of pieces will pop out. Build them to get the minikit.
  6. It's only bloody if you play it bloody. You don't really see much blood when you shoot stuff, only when you stab someone and it splashes on your visor. Or if you play like me, and roll a bunch of Geonosian bodies down a hill, and then throw a grenade... there... Ok, so it's a violent game
  7. The fleshies are like the unwanted invaders on the peaceful yellow society. We must tolerate the fleshies during their occupation, but make funny faces at them when they turn their backs.
  8. This isn't a glitch, I had trouble with this one too. Just gonna bullet, hope thats ok Defeat Vader in that room Build with the bricks that fall to the floor Use dark force on lever Enter crane that you built with the pieces Move the crane over to the two stormtroopers shooting at you and pick them up one at a time, dropping each one into the carbon freezing thing that opened up in the middle Peices will appear, build them to get the minikit I did mine on PC, but it should be the same. Hope I helped
  9. Hey looky, it;s my first ever set! This was a great set, and I still use the pieces a lot today. I wish I still had it whole today! Nice review of a great set! We should get a classic space review index. Oops
  10. It's really up to you. Castle sets have better value for more pieces, but Star Wars sets have a greater variety (and much more interesting) minifigs. I do both, and I think that if you do start collecting castle you should consider King's Castle Seige. You could always buy a few small castle sets and see how you like them
  11. I actually doubt that there will be Magna Guards in the BP. It seems to me (and Lego probably knows it) that pretty much one of the main reasons for buying the Magna Guard Starfighter is for... well, the Magna Guards. I think that putting them in the BP wouldn't really help them much. PS. We could stop this whole Magna/Manga simply by making it so that a red line appears underneath manga only, not both.
  12. Even though all the Clone Wars sets sound great and I hope that they're all real, I hope that Lego does come out with the two TIEs. I'm an OT fan too, and I don't want TLC to lose its Star Wars roots in all the of the new movie hype.
  13. Nice job, although what happened to Arthur Dent? Marvin has to be my favorite, as you seem to have done a great paint job on both the old and new versions. Sorry, but I don't really have any suggestions on the decal; I don't really remember any clothes descriptions from the books. Keep up the good work, frood!
  14. Just to clear things up, when I said C-3PO and mask of time I just gave those as examples of how TLG has done things like that in the past. Although a mask of time could do to make some certain lumps of plastic more interesting...
  15. Great job, sums up all the original fan rantings and gives good solutions. You had it exactly right about finding the treasures and leaving room to create your own ideas, such as how certain masks were found, which I think is something BIONICLE has lost over the years. Best of luck in talking with Greg!
  16. Still better than getting tens of REXs. Maybe add Clone Pilot to the list of possible random clones, or even some kind of rare minifig, such as the gold C-3PO or old Mask of time?
  17. I also have a feeling that the new BP will be the one from the Comic Con exclusive. We know that it was made up of two separately released sets, so why not a third? I doubt they'd do this, but I wish that they would do something like the old Bionicle masks with CW figs. What if, instead of giving us Captain REX each time, they gave us a random Clone Commander? That would be pretty sweet
  18. Actually, Spider-Man's Train Rescue came with this head in light flesh: If you could get it, it might work well for you.
  19. I'm not disagreeing with you, I know that we have seen there can be many Sith, but how come in Ep. 1 Yoda specifically said "There are always two. No more, no less," if Lucas wasn't going to follow that?
  20. I don't know much about cannons, but it looks to me like a very nicely built and detailed cannon. It is hard to see from the pics though, (as I can't see how it's attached) but can the cannon be moved to point up and down?
  21. It seems like you've done a very accurate job, but for me one of the most memorable features of Jonathan was his glasses, as he's wearing them in almost all parts of the movie when he's not wearing a mask. And in Dark Knight, too! Just a suggestion, great work!
  22. Aren't we going to get the Mon Calamari Cruiser sometime early this year? I thought that that came out on top, so that should be a good pickup for OT fans, right?
  23. It also says you started the topic I can't wait to get this set! I was planning on getting it soon but I spent my last money for now on the (on sale ) V-19 Torrent the other day. In need of a paycheck...
  24. Great job, it was horribly funny to watch him walk briskly away from the hospital as it blew to smithereens Great wig, too! On a side note, a lot of lives could have been saved if someone had bothered to actually CLEAN Harvey's coin before giving it back to him... but where's the fun in that?
  25. Well, if you think about it, so's the minifig scale R2-D2, so I think it's just perfect! Great work and welcome to EB!
