Great news Boxerlego! I'll be deploying my water mining vehicle to Jen's Star in the next day or two, hopefully we'll soon be pumping gallons. Vivat Octan! Morning Zaael! Working together is certainly the way to go, and Octan members have already staked claims on both G05 & H05, so maybe go for one or other of those. We can't land on I06 until H05 is controlled, as it's 2 links away from Formolis. But most importantly, have fun!

Hi there folks. I thought the same about the outer ring when I fırst looked at the map, but on looking again it's fewer lınks to get from Formolis to G02, G10 or either of the other teams' homeworlds without using the outer ring. I like the idea of focusing on getting to G02 or G10 first to strengthen our trading position.

Fun idea, really nicely constructed and contrasted! Add in a shark/space shark and I wouldn't be surprised to see these as official TLG sets...

Brilliant figures, Guybrush and Largo are perfectly captured. I love the way you've done Guybrush's mouth!

Here's mine, inspired by some pretty wood-carved decorations my parents used to have... The subject, hopefully obviously, is 'the Adoration of the Magi'.

Lego Superheroes 2013 Rumours & Discussion
Space Terrapin replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
According to Brickset, this set will have 418 pieces, so yep, about 50 more than Malibu mansion. Are those wheel arches on the jeep new pieces too? No, actually I think it's some clever SNOT work. These are some of the best-looking vehicles in this year's SH range. -
Oh good, I've been missing this contest! Wide open categories as well... happy building everybody!

In case anyone else hasn't spotted it already, the RRPs on these sets are up on some Dutch toyshop websites: 70700 - €8.95 70701 - €17.95 70702 - €26.95 70703 - €39.95 70704 - €49.95 70705 - €59.95 or €69.95, depending on the site Personally as a space junkie I'm really excited about this theme, but more for the alien ships because I've got loads of white spaceship parts in my collection already.... and 70703 looks too spindly and technic-y for my liking. I'll probably just buy 70702, 70701 and maybe a couple of 70700 to get a bit more of a swarm going. I love the aesthetic of the warp stinger but it remains to be seen how stable it is(n't)!

If this is indeed the start of a new 'Expert' series, as the packaging suggests, ıt's going to be a really exciting series. Sort of like the modular buildings but for vehicles? This undoubtedly an outstanding set, but I'm amused that even the Lego design team couldn't get the control panel sticker on straight...

Loads of clever parts usage here - love the tail technique, and that's a LOT of trans-pink studs! This gets votes from me... -
