So, It's a pretty straightforward question: do they? My own answer is a resounding no. This is so for two reasons, one of which might, at first, seem to be my own fault, the other is definitely not my fault--and I will argue is also directly responsible for the first reason. 1) I don't tell most new acquaintances about my LEGO habits. It's just something they don't need to know about. For now. Or, forever. 2) People I know seem to resist egging me on further. It was a novelty when I was 16 (Ooooh, no! He still collects them, wow), but now that I'm 26, it's just plain ridiculous. I think it's like an intervention or something, the collective not getting me something that I'd really like as a gift. But, based upon this perceived distaste for my collecting, I choose not to tell more people about, make sense? The best part is that anyone who really had an issue with it, is probably not worth knowing anyway :) How's it work for the rest of you?

Does anyone have one they'd be willing to sell, at a reasonable price? I mean, I'll eBay if I have to, but I thought I'd check here first. Also, I'd be willing to trade, if anyone is looking for something. I'm going to have a fair amount of sets going up for sale soon, so ask, if you can think of something you'd like in exchange. But if anyone could spare to sell me one straight up, shoot me a PM with your price, I'd really appreciate it :) Either unopened or opened works for me. Thanks!

You can also search for parts within a shop ... on the left-hand menu, scroll down and you'll see a search field. Useful if you're already planning on buying an item from a shop and want to check if they have anything else you need, but they have large inventories :)

No worries, I won't. I don't want to get punched in the face! Um, on Bricklink, just go for the 9v tracks? Also, when purchasing a speed regulator, do you need to buy anything else? AC power adapter? Connection to the tracks? Or should that be one item, or is it self-contained? I think I lucked out on the motor. I have one from the '92 Metroliner set that I bought in a bundle of used LEGO. That's something anyway :) Thanks again!

Quick (?) question, What would I need in order for the new holiday train to run around a Christmas tree? I mean, that's not included with the set. Does it run on 9v tracks? What else is needed? I wish they'd have the pointed moving visors ... Also, if Tic Tac Toe had come with shields, it would have been amazing. As to orc bases: what about a cave like scenario? Similar to dwarves mining, only darker, more primitive? Or just in general, how about some crazy new armor or something ... yeeeeeeah :'-)

Though for years my siblings brought uninvited guests into my room to show them my collection. No one is even allowed to see it!!! Except tons of anonymous individuals over the internet. I'm going w/ the SES, just because of it's base number of cannon ports and because of the rig for the dingy on the back. Gotta looooooove that exchange rate! :'-) Oh, and side note: I'm currently building my first Black Seas Barracuda! I like it so far. Now I'll have two of the big ships. Fun times. My soldiers are in for it I think. The "Tall Hat" (as my brother has always called them) numbers just don't stack up to the pirates'. I bought 29 852136 Castle Tic Tac Toes and the 10173 Holiday Train ... What gives with LEGO producing these limited run sets? If something sells out so easily (like the TIC TAC TOE and DWARVES MINING), why don't they produce more? Also, does anyone know if there'll be a rerelease of Dwarves Mining with the new 2008 line? I failed to buy one :( Disappeared faster than I thought they would.

I'd wanted to do the standards for a while, especially the one w/ hanging skeletons. I guess they came out alright. The big weapon is "impractical" as somone said, but I disagree, how else is he going to do his job from way up there? I made it with a very anime feel in mind. Let me know what you think :)

Does anyone else find it ridiculous that there's this *epic* battle going on and yet this one dwarf is just chilling up there drinking and partying? He's got style, I'll give him that, but I wonder if that's what happened when they designed this little scene: maybe having a little too much fun LEGO box cover designers? Me thinks maybe so.

So the skeleton sets are definitely fading out already? Crap. Bad timing. I just started buying them. Barely have any. I need to get like $500 or $600 dollars worth. And twenty Dwarves Mining. Yeah, that's going to happen. Also, that knight impulse set. Could it come out already? April? That stinks. Orc sets all look awesome. But, I think the skeleton line is pretty cool to begin with. It's all so different. A nice twist after 20 years of knight on knight experience. That sounds wrong. Hahahaha.
