    Not really when you think about A) the amount of pieces and B) the amount of new moulds in the set. It's very rare that you get so many new moulds in a set, and all of these moulds are exculsive to certain characters and can't be reused. We'll be getting Hawkman's mask, Cyborg's hair/mask, Darksieds big fig torso and I'm guessing new arms for him ( not new hands though ). That's a lot of new pieces that can only be used a couple of times and that's not counting new moulds like Hawkman's wings which can be used over and over again. Each mould costs 100000's of dollars just to make so in all honesty the set is a very good deal.

    Over the past 2 months I've binged on a lot of DC comics, mainly new 52 but some non 52 books. So far the list consists of: Green Lantern vol 1,2 & 3 Green Lantern Corps. Vol 1 Green Lantern New Guardians vol 1 SHAZAM vol 1 Trinity war Injustice vol 1&2 Flash vol 1 & 2 (reread) Batman vol 1,2 & 3 (reread) Justice League 1,2 & 3 ( reread) Batman hush Futures End 1-11, plus the tie ins for Batman, Action Comics, Dective comics, green lantern, green lantern corps, superman & Wonderwoman, batman and Robin, Batman & Superman, Justice League United, Justice League, Grayson and Batgirl Justice League United 1-4 Superman Wonderwoman 1-3 Superman 32-34 a few villains months issues ( Brainiac, Zod, Bizzaro, Lex Luthor, Mr Freeze and Black Adam) I'm currently picking up Justice League, Batman, Flash, superman and Wonderwoman, superman each month. So all in all if been reading quite a lot. Plus I read my first Marvel comic in about a year which was Thor Annual #6 from back in the 60's.

    Wolverine is being killed off, and the mantle of wolverine is being handed to X-23. I wouldn't say that wolverine is becoming female as X-23 is a completely different character. With Loki and Thor they are basically the same characters. X-23 has been around since 2004 ands essentially a daughter to Logan ( although they are biologically clones ) and is a lot different than Logan personality wise. It's less of a gender change and more of a Secret identity change, which happens all the time ( Spider-man, Captain America, Hawkeye, Green Lantern, Batman, Flash, Robin, Green Arrow, ect ). Wolverine has been boring for a long long time. Nothing new has happened to him, it's always a rehash of old ideas like him losing his healing factor. Personally I'm looking forward to this. In DC news is anyone else pumped for Darksied returning next year? From the sounds of it, it will be Darksied vs Antimonitor with the justice league stuck in the middle.

    It's clear that the only reason the dark blue hood is being used because LEGO haven't previously made that piece in light blue. Prelims are basically just used as concept models to show size and the main selling points of sets. Captain Cold will come with a light blue hood in the final, for sale version of the set, LEGO have shown this by using Light blue for the rest of the Minifigure.

    It would be awesome if it was Adam West as the guy in the car, since he's the citizen in peril in LB 3.

    Not sure about the goggles, but you can certainly see in the screenshots that it's printed on a black Minifigure head. It will most likely look like the alternate face on the Scuba batman.

    Two things 1. We already have a place to discuss everything and anything about the game in the Culture and Media section. That way we can talk about anything virtual in there and physical things here. 2. It makes it harder to talk about actual physical stuff here, because the thread just gets spammed with rubbish. It's incredibly frustrating when you have to trawl through pages and pages of posts about a video game, just to find a few posts about people talking about the set list. Many people here don't have a games console, or play video games and as such they aren't interested in video news. The 'Discussions' part in the title refers to LEGO sets and rumours of LEGO sets, like discussing what's been seen in preliminary catalog and such.

    I'm just happy that for once DLC for the LEGO games, comes with some story missions.

    There is absolutely no chance of getting any of those figures. After 2015 LEGO will be focused on making DC sets that focus on the new DC films. Batman v Superman, SHAZAM, Aquaman and whatever else DC are making will become the main focus of LEGOs sets. It's pretty obvious that the Tumber UCS is the last TDK trilogy set since they felt compelled to throw in Begins Batman and Joker.

    Black Adam looks pretty cool, I just reread Geoff Johns' new 52 SHAZAM reboot last night. Hopefully Mary Marvel and King ShAZAM are playable characters aswell as that would be pretty awesome.

    You could use spoiler tags instead of just writing spoiler in red. Writing Spoiler in front of something doesn't hide it from view like Spoiler tags do. In fact writing like that in bright red just draws eyes to it. Plus I don't get the connection between that plot point and LEGO.

    Are they allowed to have Superman in a TV series or is he under an embargo? I understood it that certain characters are under embargo's since, they are either getting or have film series. I know you can mention them or have Easter eggs pointing towards them, but actual appearances are forbidden.

    He's currently using the Gun as of Forever Evil #2 or #3? One of the early Forever Evil issues. Plus he's continued to use it in Justice League and Batman and Robin, since he's now a 'good guy' and a member of the Justice League (despite working for Lex Corp at the same time).

    Well Black Adam will most likely be a multimovie role. Even if they kill Adam at the end of the film, they'll most likely resurrect him with magic or something. Plus I could see them putting him in an injustice league or Legion of Doom.

    I could see with the success of both the Ecto-1 and BTTF Delorean, that maybe LEGO could be annoucing a classic movie vehicle theme? Maybe that's just wishful thinking though.

    I've seen it a couple of other places, however when I went to the game website but Plastic man does show up in the mobile website.

    It was Captain Colds fault. He was fed up of the Rouges always being beaten by the flash, so he developed a machine that could give them the powers of the gadgets they use. However the machine didn't work out how they wanted it to, as a result, all the Rouges have powers ( except Trickster) but they come with side effects. Heatwave can now shoot fire from his hands, but as a result of the accident 90% of his body is burned. Mirror master was trapped in the mirror world ( for a long while) and could pull people two and from but lacked the ability to leave. Weather Wizzard no longer needs the wand to control the weather ( he still carries it for the look ) but whenever he uses his powers he's overcome with depressing thoughts. Glider is in a coma, but can interact with the Rouges on a astroplane type level. As for Cold I can't remember if he has a side effect or not off the top of my head. It makes sense really, after all the only obvious difference between the Flash and the Rouges is that the Flash has physical powers. Plus it's made the Rouges much more formidable, Flash can no longer knock the guns out of Cold's hands or snatch Weather Wizard's wand he has think a lot more now. Besides after the Forever evil event (and Captain Cold and Lex Luthor saving the world from the Crime Syndicate, along with some other villains), Captain Cold is now a member of the Justice League with Lex Luthor, SHAZAM, Batman, Cyborg, Wonderwoman, Power Ring, Superman and Flash. He also now uses the guns again as he likes how they feel and differentiates him from when he was last considered by the public as a villain.

    In terms of powers there isn't much difference, in terms of character they differ a lot. Captain Cold is the leader of the Rouges, who are a team comprised of flash villains. The Rouges mainly perform guests but what separates them from other villains are their rules. No rouge gets left behind, it's all about the score and no innocents die. The fact that they usually don't kill separates Cold from Freeze. Captain Cold is usually show to be one of the main members of the Legion of Doom as well.

    Sign me up please. It's been almost 5 years since I've travelled anywhere, and going to see what awesome plans LEGO has up there sleeves would be incredible. I've been a huge LEGO fan ever since I was entrusted with my sister's old dusty LEGO when I was 4. Going to NY to comic con would be absolutely brilliant, and would be certainly a once in a lifetime thing for me.
