Hi,
The V200, built by Krauss-Maffei in the 1950s, was the flagship diesel locomotive of the German railways during post-war reconstruction.
When they were withdrawn from service, in the 80s, many ended up in Italy, on the non-electrified sections of the so-called minor railways:
I built chassis 051 in red/white/black classic livery, mostly because I already had all bricks in the right colors.
I printed custom stickers on vinyl to finish it:
It's motorized with 2 Power function 9V motors (one inverted), IR controller and 6 lithium batteries
I created also 2 passenger wagon, previously owned by Swiss rails, then owned By Ferrovia Suzzara-Ferrara in 80s:
