  1. Skrall's Flail gets the same treatment as the Pheles Rod (Kris), when the fire fades, a gigantic sword is left, it's blade patterned by a chain. The dwarf adds a guard and bolts some leather straps around the hilt, then hands the weapon back to the Ogre. "I'm afraid not." 2. Yes. "If you feel a need to name your weapon do it." The dwarf shrugged. "Only pushovers name their weapons though."
  3. The dwarf raises an eyebrow at Atramor, but gets right to work. He calls out for his assistants to stoke the fire white hot, then starts throwing several powders and liquids over the weapon. The weapon starts to glow, and when the glow fades, it is no longer a staff, but a crude dagger. After some sharpening and forming the metal in various ways, what is left is a white dagger with a wavy blade and ornamental blue crystal handle, with the gems lined up in the guard. "Worse, worse? That's all in the eye of the beholder, it seems to me, little lady. Is worse that it kills better or less good? Heh. Give me that." Sultan grabs a runestone from somewhere, and holds it and Ellaria's staff in the fire, mumbling some words, he pulls the weapon out again. "Well, there you go. It is now permanently poisoned, it deals 15 poison on hits." Sultan also realigns the sight on Ellaria's crossbow, and tightens the string. He then turned to Nyx. "It's not Strivvian. I can't do anything with it except try and raise it's weapon power. It is powerful, very strong magic infused in it, and not all of it it is utilized as of yet." Sultan shrugged. "That's all I can tell you." "It's a piece of darksteel. Pretty valuable. I could give you a sizable discount in return for it. 50 gold off anything." 4. Gems are acceptable, the rest is not, Sultan orders one of his assistants to take all the weapons and store them inside. The dwarf grins widely when asked about his trade. "There's two groups that claim to be the best blacksmiths in the world, the Dwarves, and the Strivvians. And I, ladies and gentleman, am a Strivvian Dwarf. Sure I've trained for years, and what couldn't be taught I mastered on my own. Darksteel isn't just famous here, it's famous everywhere, and it all comes from Strivvi. We work it. There's no 'getting' darksteel. It's a remnant of the old civilizations, but even working it takes incredible techniques and skill. There's a finite amount of darksteel, but it's the best metal around. Mithril and Adamantium are all well and good, but there's nothing quite like the lightning speed of a darksteel blade." He turns to Ellaria for her next question. "We don't buy gems, I'm afraid. I could put it in a weapon with one of the new Darksteel weapons. This voucher... Where did you get it? It's good for either one Rune-Enchant, an imbuement of Darksteel into a weapon, or a Weapon Morph." 5. Probably better to do nothing honestly.
  6. There were enough bedrolls between the heroes, so it's all good. The dwarf looked up from the anvil, and urged the heroes to come closer. "Morning, morning. You must be confused, little lady, Macros' 'party' is tomorrow, and it's not at the palace, but at his mansion. Anyway, whatever you're up to is none of my business. Blades to sell? Are these useless, blunt blades that one would find on every mook thinking they know how to fight?" Sultan sighs. "Fine, the blacksmith's guild forces me to offer a flat rate for any weapons to be sold. Let's take a look then. Need anything else, a Strivvian Blacksmith is nothing like whatever you are used to over the sea..." The Silver Anvil Services: Upgrade weapon: adds 1 weapon power to a weapon, the cost is the new weapon power times 10. Rune-Enchant: Adds a random enchantment (effect or change of stats) to a weapon without an effect, costs 150 gold. Pre-Made Dark Steel weapons: You buy a pre-made dark steel weapon with the blinded effect of a random weapon type and a random WP between 10 and 15. 250 gold.
  7. Guts switches to his Dual Sai's and attacks Cassandra twice (dual strike hitting Raguel if possible, otherwise Cassandra). "Dyric, get Thormanil up. let's finish this now, make sure when attacking you do so with weapons that can hurt them." Battle order: Heweyrt makes Jess lucky. Omstyr vs. Cassandra Alexis vs. Cassandra Benji vs. Cassandra Benji vs. Cassandra Guts vs. Cassandra Guts vs. Cassandra Dyric raises Thormanil Thormanil moves to Border Dreyrugr moves to Border Purpearl does nothing Matthias does something Haldor vs. Cassandra Jess vs. Raguel if Cassandra is dead, otherwise Cassandra
  8. Everyone except for Nyx sleeps, and regains full health and ether. Come (late in the) morning, the sun already high in the sky, the heroes decide to head out. It is not a problem to find the Blacksmith's district, as over the hill, they see thick black plumes of smoke rising. When they climb the hill, the heroes soon start walking past all kinds of establishments having to do with metal, armour, weapons, tools and everything concerned with smithing, and craftmanship. Most services are named after the Gods, and a surprising number have the words 'Steel', 'Dark' or 'Darksteel' in front of them, like the Dark Hammer, a blacksmith's. The heroes walk past a large number of shops whose signs have names changed also, for some reason. Eventually, the heroes spot Sultan the dwarf. What do the Heroes want to do?
  9. It's guaranteed 5 or 10 with elemental modifiers damage to all enemies. Stronger bombs exist and are dropped sometimes. Bombs are fine. No need to change them.
  10. Shouldn't Thormanil be on 113-65 = 48 health? Guts attacks Son A and then the prince. Battle order: Thormanil does nothing Guts vs. Son A Olmstyr vs. Son A, Prince if dead. Guts vs. Prince Alexis vs. Cassandra Jess vs. Prince or Cassandra Benji vs. Cassandra (?) Dreyrugr revives Dyric (Dyric has more essences, he can use one to revive Matthias, so that's better for everyone) If Dyric is raised, revives Matthias If Matthias is raised, does something Purpearl vs. Thormanil with healing staff Purpearl vs. Thormanil with healing staff Haldor heals Thormanil
  11. Ah, my eyes must be failing me, then.
  12. "I'm all for getting my 'pals' off the ground. Unless you can help with that, I suggest you do something useful and make Jess Lucky." "Anyone whose action is not necessary for keep them off of us, get to work at raising people. Haldor, I want you healing Thormanil. Purpearl, you as well. Dreyrugr, you definitely should be moving back to use your essence, you're not seeing straight. Olmstyr, hit the prince." Battle order: Thormanil does something Olmstyr vs. Prince Dreyrugr raises (Thormanil if knocked out)/moves back to use essence on Dyric/Matthias Purpearl heals Thormanil Purpearl heals Thormanil Guts vs. Son A Guts vs. Son B Alexis vs. Cassandra Jess attacks Prince (mostly for the slim Raguel assassination chance) Benji uses essence on anyone kncoked out during the round /moves back and uses essence if no one was knocked out? Haldor heals Thormanil Free hits: Raguel vs. Thormanil - 62 damage.
  13. It is also the 10th Duplo Figure to have green legs.
  14. "Do what you will. But the sun is coming up, don't sleep too long."
  15. Isn't Haldor supposed to be lucky, also?
  16. It's recommended price is €9,99, or just 10 euro.
  17. Guts attacks Son A and Son B. Battle order will follow.
  18. The heroes pour back in to the safehouse one at a time. Tunicum, Mortimer and Purple are in the room, as well as the familiar statue of Pseudos, staring down at everyone but Skrall. "Heroes. Good that you could make it back. Let's go over what we know. We know that the Wolfgang have moved their main operation out in the desert, for which we need Passes to get in and out the city safely, which you are able to get tomorrow, at Macros' event at his house. This morning, you are going to go to the Silver Anvil to acquire upgrades, you'll need them. After that, I want you to help me at Mercutio's Street. I have reasons to think that there is a rich man's establishment that is keeping Zoë hostage there. If she can't get out, it will be serious business. I am taking these two gentlemen with me to scout the place out now, you heroes can come after you're doing at the Blacksmith."
  19. Pretty sure David should not have healed Son B.
  20. Apparantly up to now it was how I thought it was, and now it's going to be how CMP figured it would work. I personally don't feel either way about this change. It's gonna reduce the amount of times enemies are going to be immune to stuff, most likely, but that's no big deal.
  21. Guts attacks General A and Son B. Battle order: Glup Haldor Alexis Dreyrugr Olmstyr vs. Prince Jess vs. Son A Benji Benji Guts Guts Purpearl Purpearl Thormanil
  22. But it IS immune to Light. Just not to a Light/Darkness attack.
  23. I don't think that's how it works. In fact, I'm pretty sure that's exactly wrong.
  24. So he should have done normal damage, instead of 0. General A. And use a second action that you think will help.
