Unrest in the Forest - Day 3: Caress of Steel
Scubacarrot replied to Walter Kovacs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Hold up. Bruce told me that your verification was "complicated". Investigation is not complicated, it's quite a simple concept. I'm sure you have a simple, non-complicated explanation, right? -
Unrest in the Forest - Day 3: Caress of Steel
Scubacarrot replied to Walter Kovacs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
By scum and power roles I meant that the codes obviously work best to signify dead power roles, so power roles would be likely to put in the work. Scum would possibly join on the 'helpful' bandwagon because of it's nature. Of the codes I received I'm guessing they mostly make up of power roles, and if we're lucky, scum. I personally hold the people that send me codes under quite a lot of scrutiny. If your arguing with Sammy was what you found suspicious, you need new standards, it's around five pages of dribble. With your pushing and ridiculing of Catarina, you might as well have voted first. You don't start a lynch with voting, you start by making a case, or here, by making fun of someone. What do you mean by six votes? -
Just running the battles probably does not sound like a very fun or thankful job...

Unrest in the Forest - Day 3: Caress of Steel
Scubacarrot replied to Walter Kovacs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Are you saying you did not start that lynch? I got that from your post because you are equating the day 1 lynch with the day 2 lynch. it sounds like you're justifying what you did to me. Along with your pointless bickering that filled the day 2 thread, you've been extremely unhelpful yesterday. And somehow you managed to get to know my role and be confirmed. How? Beats me. A stump whisperer sounds better than the flawed codes. Who wants to do the work for the codes: scum and power roles. How many codes did I get, around eight. -

Unrest in the Forest - Day 3: Caress of Steel
Scubacarrot replied to Walter Kovacs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
You're just trying to justify your lynch of Catarina yesterday. I said it yesterday and I will say it again, it was a BS lynch. I can't believe that lead to a lynch, sodding asterisks in the dark. (nice bruce springstone coverband name) I will bet there were a LOT of scum that jumped on that bandwagon (or purposefully avoided, which means it doesn't help us ). I'm sure there IS a pattern, I just have a hard time figuring it out. Although, I thought Maggie voting right after Nash twice in a row is interesting, it's not like their position in the forest is next to each other, so there is no geographical reason for that to be the case. -

Guts does nothing but roll his eyes over trying to capture low level creatures. "Next creatures we see you somehow want to use as a card, we are murdering if you are too slow." Guts repeats, but stops after getting a hit or a critical hit. Along with his first attack, he uses a remedy on Tesni, with his second, on Atramor. -

I'd say it hurts the Oaks as a whole more than the individual players. If Maples know who these people that claimed vanilla are, they know who not to kill at night. Don't do it. -

Can someone please come forward and say: "Gotcha! The Catarina lynch idea was just a way to catch all the sheep and the bandwagoning scum! Wahaha!..." No? Okay then. I think the reasons where Catarina is being persecuted for are silly. So she has a problem with strong light in darkness. This is a thing that people do. Asterisks are a common thing to emphasize something on the internet. Don't get me wrong, I think Catarina is completely unhelpful in every way, but is that a good enough reason to lynch? Actually, it is. Hm. I still want to vote for Maggie though, because I want him to talk way more. Vote: Maggie Magnolia (Calanon) And yes, I totally assume Maggie is a guy's name. -

I think it's great. I do think the whole argument that seems to be going on today between you and Sycamore is very silly. Maybe I'm missing something, but Sycamore does not seem like scum to me, not more than you do at least. I'll get my thoughts together and vote in a few hours, sleep and stuff. -

I had some thoughts for some mean Boomingham/Masson interaction to give it that REAL fanfic feeling if you know what I mean. What do people think of Ian McShane for Guts?
