  1. Calamity looks expectedly at Monk Pretzel, believing she answered his question. She continues to ignore Karie.
  2. Calamity snorts: "At least I know her name. You her boyfriend?" "Anyone with two brainhalves could tell you that was a no, loverboy."
  3. "Worshipping a demon sounds like the most pointless thing."
  4. I'm going to wait with voting, until I hear more. We have to lynch one of the cops now. I'm convinced Lynn is the last scum, but she won't vote for herself, so It's going to be either a Patti or Derrick Lynch. I'm still leaning Derrick. One other thing that leads me to suspect Derrick over Patti, is Derrick's use of the blue text. Obviously, that means something, and I'm not going to break a rule, but yeah. It's copying what Desiree did yesterday. Since Patti didn't do it, I think Derrick used it solely to seem somehow more legitimate.
  5. Thank you very much for hosting, CMP, I thought it was a very cool quest. The beginning was perhaps too focused on chasing down leads, which resulted in not really knowing what to do except follow the plot along, but I think the ending more than made up for that.
  6. "You don't know what you're talking about, minstrel. Why are you so quick to judge someone you've spoken to once, refusing to hear them out fully, instead running away and demanding their head on a pike. You remind me of that uptight bitch, Annie Anavar."
  7. Calamity enters the hall, looks around, eventually settling on sitting down next to a few other denizens of the hall. Ordering a sweet smelling murky liquid. She asks in general: "Stop the bad guy or save the inconsequential bad guy's friend, but the bad guy gets away?"
  8. So, bird, you obviously state Patti is scum and you are the real cop, but how would we know? I don't really see you as way less or more scummy than Patti, so... You are going to have to do better than that. You also have the disadvantage of the second, possible desperation, claim. Also, why did you investigate Alec? Okay nevermind, I'm probably voting Matthew purely for that last post. And by Matthew I mean Derrick.
  9. I meant that I disagree that "We" can't rule out that I can be scum, because I know I am not. It was not meant the way you think. If you get what I am saying. I'd say we need to hear from both of them today, but as I said, Lynn seems more scummy to me, very quiet, pensive, average play. Oh damn, that's what we called a brown softball helicopter jamboree back in 'nam. Stuff hitting the fan.
  10. I disagree. Patti, if your, the cop's (all assuming the cop hasn't been dead for a while and you and huff are the actual scum) result is right, wouldn't we lynch either of them and just win, assuming you can cop one of them or get killed. Also, I went back and you trying to protect desiree was pretty weak.
  11. Lynn. She pinged me more. It's lynch or lose, isn't it?
  12. Well, shit, you're right. Oops! I replaced it with the clothespin, for whatever reason. Guts curses himself, he thought his cut would slice the other enemies, but his blade stuck on the greasy hide of the Pongcanis. Time for the gloves to come off. Guts takes off his Pugilist's Gloves, and equips the Mask of Z. Then he attacks the Kanvyral. Same battle order
  13. "I'm going to change the world." Calamity states, before turning away. "Perhaps... Perhaps it's up to us to understand it." Calamity says quietly, before turning back to Eubric herself.
  14. I miss Heroica's own background and banner.
  15. Giving it to the mob member that is first to die makes the most sense. It is also the easiest way to run things.
  16. Argh, it lost my post. What a shitstorm today. Sorry for my inactivity, since gamenames have apparently gone out the window a while back I'll just say that I was moving, not much time for mafia. Desiree will most probably die tonight. At least I'm pretty much cleared... Our job now is to scrutinise (note: responsible scrutinise) who went after desiree and especially who treated her as an easy lynch, because let's be honest here, easier than that one woman, am I right? I am an advocate for lynching whenever, wherever, so I am going to vote for Jackjonespaw, I am honestly not sure if he fits the profile I mentioned earlier. All assuming there's no counterclaim. It could still be a bid to bait out the actual tracker. But, since there's little reason you'd use the tracker instead of cop and considering whatt we have seen from Walters, that is improbable. vote: Trenton Collins (Jackjonespaw)
  17. Almost don't want to say it... mask of z.
  18. "Just stay out of our way, and do something about this weather, and target those unchecked skeletons, if you can." Guts attacks Kanvyral with both weapons, then Pongcanis Shaman with both weapons. Battle order: Medusa Solisman Parvati Dyric Guts Matthias
  19. Stating absolutes like the scummiest player, or being sure of someone's being scum, are not hallmarks of a town player, who can be expected to consider different suspects and possibilities. They seem more like something a player that pretends would say. Of course it could just be your personality, but on the first day(s) I got a very wishy washy feel from you, the opposite of the person that is sure about who is scum.
  20. Statements like your last are super scummy, Private Walters. I am busy so have not thought things true, so I will vote later
  21. "That feeling is entirely mutual."
  22. I think this is actually a very suspicious thing to say, thinking about it. It's your standard, oh-no-the-lynch-did-not-work-out-but-the-player-was-so-suspicious-boohoo talk that scum just love because it make it seem like they empathize with the general town. Those types of comments townies make too, but sure? It seems unlikely that a town player would be 'sure' about a day 1 lynch with little to go on. The statement is also almost a parrot of a comment made by Private Bird.Very suspicious, Private Walters.
  23. "I believe what we've got here is one, hostile group of desert raiders attacking us, the ones with the bones, then the other, for now neutral, group showing up with the winged, pale, fellow in the lead." "Who is this Sar, and why does he want people alive?"
  24. The mage sighs at all the dust on her and the few cuts in her robe the 'rescue' had gotten her. Calamity wonders if the kobold meant her, or Avina with 'Lady Cultist'. Bitterly she decides it doesn't matter, because it's true for both of them. "And where will you find this grey damp prison, Keliim? We're done. Wally, the Eubric Knight has left Eubric on his stupid flying thing, and we've only delayed the problem. No wonder everyone around here hates Heroica, you can't make up your mind on what you want to do, finish the job, be a merc, do 'good'. Whatever that means. In the end of the day, all you people do is what makes you feel good, right then and there. You are like big armoured children with stupid magical swords. No plans, no goals, no hearts." Calamity gives Ervie a weary look. "I know what I think matters so little, but I say we just let her go. Maybe she distracts Wally long enough so that the next people can have an easier time with the shit."
  25. Meh, Private Carla was being incredibly silly. I agree with Private Huff that I'd like more actual words from Private Desiree Walters. She brushed off roused suspicions yesterday by just saying that she did not think it worth responding to, which could very well be a scum tactic. As for Private Patti, she has been putting herself out there, I am leaning town, but not convinced. I am in no way thinking that she is more likely to be scum after Carla has been found town. Is it me or is Private Benton flying fairly under the radar?
