    Calamity nods to the shopkeeper, indicating that she would think about purchasing something later. She moves towards Old Man Kendall. "Can you believe that? Pinning notes to unsuspecting passersby? What a world we live in."

    "Not exactly. The man's a necromancer that searched for the Fountain of youth centuries ago. At some point he crashed his ship on the cliffs of the High Kingdoms, leaving a good number of his undead crew behind. We've had the displeasure to deal with those wretches, when we were looking for a map to the Fountain. We found only half a map, that bastard Zane somehow got hold of the other."

    "Clothing options?" Calamity picks at her black robes. "What's wrong with this? Very well, show me, then."

    "That's messed up, Warlen." "Something like that, yeah." Calamity smiles. "I guess I just needed a place to go, and Heroica has been known to be an okay place of training. What about you?"

    "You're kind of answering your own questions, there. This skull is real, belongs to a jerk named Yorick. Well, belonged. I guess it belongs to me now."

    Guts shakes Bombast's hand. Silently he wondered for how long he could dodge all the fireballs and lightning bolts this community of mages could throw at him. Then Guts wondered if any of the mages knew how to read his mind. Damn mages. "That just seems incredibly inconvenient. Unlimited Ether, I guess. Melqiaudes, could you take me to the city center? Wait, I wouldn't be able to enter any buildings there, it'd just be a square... Take me to the shops, if you would."

    "Where are you from anyway? Some mountains up north? Oh, this? Meet Yorick. Don't worry, he's just decoration." While rummaging through her things, she suddenly notices a festively wrapped package. She opens it and finds: Devilish Pointy Hat (Max Ether +2, demon-type enemies are automatically enamored with the wearer for 3 rounds at the start of battle, suitable for mages, necromancers, and weather mages, headwear)! Calamity equips it instead of the Focus Sash. After that she tries to get some rest.

    Guts comments on the old god conversation. "So much for fulfilling Guffington's last wish by visiting Etheria and not wanting to be rude showing up empty handed. I don't know about all this Old-God business... You have no idea what you're doing, that much is clear. Just... you better don't blow up the world when we bring this stuff there." On board, Guts spends the time looking across the ocean, drinking bad liquor he won gambling with some sailors. "Always wanted to visit Etheria, but just never had a reason or an excuse." He nods to the servants send to greet them. "Guts Holla. Could you show us to Guffington and the others?"

    Calamity lays down her bedroll on deck, out of the way of the sailors. "So. Avalanche, wasn't it? Aren't you very warm at the moment?"

    "I could make use of the Topaz." Calamity inspects the staff, looking out for anything out of the ordinary. "Yeah, my staff is pretty neat, although it would be more suitable for a healer type of person, to be honest. This staff though, I have no idea why it would make those sea creatures angry. Maybe the crystal vibrates or something... Just be careful with it, alright."

    Technically it was still 2015 in the world somewhere. Why would someone not lose reputation after joining the Wolf King Followers, genuinely curious?

    "The people of this city have their freedom already Lind. Some are too afraid to make a use of it, and that is something we can fix. You will never win over the people by just catering to their needs. Ulric has been doing the same for the poor and helpless for years. You're not going to errode that support by trying to better than him at it. The only thing we can do is show the people what Ulric really is, what he does, what he wants. He is a cunning, cruel creature that stabs his own people in the back when he thinks it will give him an advantage.Does he want a better Eubric? No he wants to own Eubric. Does he want wealth and power for his people? He wants it for himself. And we do that by engaging him, as well as the Sungolds. Have you giving a single thought to what comes directly after this? The winner here will not rule Eubric or start to make changes or anything like that, they will argue and face off against the two others. Make no mistake, the majority of the people couldn't give a rat's big behind about no Crescent Union or Sungold Alliance or a Wolf King. Yet, but this will change. We can't let Ulric dominate in that stage, if we allow that, this city is lost. I'm saying you need pick me as our representative because Ulric will eat the others for breakfast."
