Yes, I remember that Dino Attack set. It was great, and had more pieces than this, and that Dinosaur, and cost only like $3.50. I wish we saw more mainstream sets with that pricetag...

Check your local Target! I just got back from my Target (Fayetteville NY) with a Skeleton Tower Castle set for $12.48! It was the last one, and I saw the guy put the sticker on it while I was walking past the LEGO aisle, and checked it, and nearly peed my pants! Apparently they had others on clearance, but I didn't see any. Definately the best Lego deal I've gotten, but wouldn'tve paid full price for the set. darthperson

Wow! Amazing, and that doesn't even describe it! However, if you are planning on improving it, I suggest maybe doing some of the black paint around the eyes, and maybe try doing the stiches on sides of his mouth. VERY good! darthperson (ps: I love how you change your avatar almost daily! )

That was $50!? It barely seems like it would be worth $10, $20 at the very most. I hope they told the people how much it cost before they entered the raffle! The exclusivitivity (if thats a word! ) really jacks up the price. And to think the packaging was crappy too... There are some real scheisters out there... darthperson

Granted you (and/or your friend) are telling the truth, those sound like superb sets! -I think its great that we are getting 5 clones, which however means we will probably see a small price jump, which isn't a big deal. -What do you mean by the "1 droid" in the Droid battle pack? -Also, I am suspecting that the shuttle will probably fill the $50-$60 price spot. Between the (supposed) new Yoda mold, and the fact that it includes figures only found in expensive sets, I highly doubt its $10 as someone speculated. I was thinking last night that I would really like to see a good $10 set that isn't a battle pack. The 2006 V-wing was just amazing and a great value for the price. The way sets have been lately (they keep getting better and better! ) I think there is an open opportunity for a cheap, great set! dp

You're right PSPguy. That Yoda does look pretty freaky. I hope for once that LEGO will be cheap and use the old head. I would at least put up with a CW styled torso, because I don't have a Yoda figure, and if true, this may be the perfect chance to get one. *fingers crossed* dp

I am just wondering if we should be anticipating an overall price jump on Lego SW. I'm not complaining, I know it smuch cheaper in the US than other places, but the new Spider Droid is the size of a $20 set, yet is sold for $30. I also thought that the extra $5 tag on the V 19 and Magnadroid fighter, which are $50 and $40 sized sets, respectively, was suspicious as well. So I just thought that it might be a possiblilty that we might see a price jump in 2009. Comments, etc. encouraged. darthperson

Sorry, but I cant see Lego giving us something like that. If the sets are true, Id imagine the car would be bigger for more mini figures (Indy, Willie...)

I have a feeling that the Fighter Tank will be a $50 Target Exclusive around Christmas time, along with the Agents sub and Coast Guard platform, like the Tie Crawler and Dwarves mine were last year. So dont shoot me if Im wrong, but thats just my gut instinct. darthperson

I am seriously considering buying this today. For the money you paid for it, $120, do you honestly think its worth getting. I dont usually buy sets this expensive, but this one looks promising. Please help soon, if possible. Thanks! darthperson
