To clarify, I understand LEGO wouldn’t simply rerelease a design from over ten years ago. Even designs that work just as well today are getting updates (Palpatine, Maul, and the X-Wing jumpsuit come to mind). An update would absolutely be needed and welcomed. It’d just be funny that one of the most valuable clone minifigs on the aftermarket gets a direct one-to-one rerelease, causing the value of several prospectors to crash and burn in magnificent glory—ahem, or something to that effect. Concept Art Boba Fett is one of my white whales (pun intended), so I do like that idea of him being in the set. Almost as if Boba Fett never became a bounty hunter, and joined the Clone Wars as a commander. They did recently reintroduce that Mon Calamari head in the Ghost, so it’s possible. I don’t see a Grand Admiral Ackbar in a cheap Starfighter belonging to an enemy of his, instead of in the X-Fighter Vs Tie-Wing set, so that he’d have something to command. Are we aware of all the figures to be included in that set? I wouldn’t mind to be proved wrong, though.

Thanks! I’ve been ghosting quietly for a long time, so if I seem too casual and like I’ve been interacting with you all for years, it’s because I kinda have been, lol. My allegiance is to the Republic, to democracy! Okay. It seemed like Max was spit-balling, so I didn’t put much stock in either one of those options. Whatever it ends up being, though, it’ll just be icing on the cake for the return of the king.

I don’t believe anything has been confirmed at this point. The clone trooper theory stems from MandR, as I recall, and it’s likely just clickbait. It’d be funny if it was the polybag 501st Shadow ARF, though. *laughs in Captain Rex*

YES YES YEEEESS! Civil War is one of my favorite MCU films. If this does end up being true, and we get that Airport Battle, then I’ll very happy. Those figures from 2016 look good for their time, but I think all of them need/deserve an update, especially that Mark 46. Cap’s suit from that film also deserves to be made. But yes, of course, I’ll try not to get too attached to a vague rumor.
