  2. A variant of the standard Y-Wing, the CV (Compact Variant) was introduced by Koensayr Manufacturing. The model is considerably smaller and lighter in weight than the original Y-Wing design. An off-centered cockpit, which allows an astromech to be stationed, along with shorter twin ion engines, are notable changes. These changes make the ship exceedingly compact. While it did have a successful launch at its release, the Compact Variant soon became notorious for fatal engine problems and maintenance issues. Engine overheating and blaster malfunctions were common. Also, the CV variant does not include a backwards-facing turret, an aspect which greatly impacted aerial combat. Only two months after its release, two pilots were found dead, their CVs drifting in the vacuum of space just outside the region of Corellia. Their ion engines were discovered to have circuited mid-flight. The news of this happening alarmed the galaxy. For these reasons, the popularity of the new variant dropped significantly. Koensayr swiftly removed the variant off the market and ceased production. Rarely anyone is seen flying the variant nowadays, because of its unreliability, frequent problems, and high risk of injury or death. Expert mechanics have been brave enough to revamp the ship and engineer the flaws out, and although their second edition of the ship works incredibly better, the impression of the ship being unsafe has planted seeds in the minds of people everywhere to never get close to this variant. ...
  3. "The Relic Hunters of the Expansion Region" Professor Flente, along with his adopted children and crewmembers, travel together through the expansion region of the galaxy, exploring planets for ruins, artifacts, and treasures. "The Relic Hunters" Professor Flente Professor Flente is the founder, organizer, and leader of the Relic Hunters of the Expansion Region. He is very profound in the sciences, specifically geology and mineralogy. Wherever the crew ventures, he's able to make an earning by collecting precious rocks off of the ground that the average would deem worthless. This method is the usual monetary support for the crew. He adopted two children on Coruscant when they were at a young age - Lila and Rubio. Little was known about them; their origins or their past life. Nevertheless they prove beneficial to the crew with their own unique talents and smarts. Lila Flente Lila has had a force-related ability since she was young. On an exploration mission just a year after she was adopted, she was fortunate enough to find a mislaid lightsaber far out in the sandy desert ruins on the arid planet of Pasaana. She is gradually becoming more inclined to the force, which has proven useful in many circumstances to the Relic Hunters. ... Rubio Flente The Relic Hunter’s super-star pilot and navigator, Rubio is an important crewmember of the team. He has superb piloting skills that would usually take years to master. Rubio has proved himself to be an excellent shot, too. He frequently brags about how accurate he is with a blaster, his ego getting the better of him. Q2-2Q The crew's winsome astromech. Although a utility droid, 2Q is more of a person than a droid. Because of his unique emotion and behavior, Lila nicknamed him "Too Cute". Nevertheless, he is a loyal and protective companion to the Relic Hunters, able to hack systems and fix mechanical problems on the crew's freighter. Nord This Klatoonian has been Professor Flente's good friends since they were young children. Nord was falsely accused by the Empire of a crime, and sentenced to labor imprisonment. He managed to escape and has joined his former friend as a member of the crew.

  5. *Your entry has earned 16 XP + 3 bonus for a total of 19 XP (S:5, T:6, A:5) The Wind Riders Chapter 1 Bombardment *Location* - - - Randon Sector We, the Wind Riders, a feared pirate collective, were speeding through the emptiness of the galaxy in out CT-8700 transport ship. I, Ernok Tauf, sat at the cockpit, steering the giant and letting it drift through the blackness. Then the ship lost all propulsion and slowed drastically with an uneven jutter. "Karabast!" AG-77, crimson sharpshooter droid and fellow brother of the Wind Riders, exclaimed from the passenger seat. Unusual conking sounds followed. I glanced at the gauge. Out of fuel? Kyter suddenly bounded into the cockpit room. "Dang ferrik what did you two do?" "We are out of fuel, but I do not know why--" Kyter cut me off. "We just refuelled at Aetwelt the other day." Angrilly, he mumbled something unintelligible to himself. "Try to jumpstart the engine." I ducked under the dashboard and tinkered around with a flashlight until I uncovered two dusty wires. After connecting them, a hoarse and obnoxious coughing and sputtering followed. Smoke suddenly began to blast out of the vent from head-level. I unconnected the wires, and the smoke slowly disappeared. However, the annoying conkconkconkconkconkconkconk splutsplut chhhhhhhhhhhhh sounds pursued. After tampering with some more electric under the dashboard and managed to get the bloody engine fans to shut up. "The noise is gone, but we are still out of fuel. Without fuel, we are stranded here." "Should I send out a distress signal, Captain Kyter?" AG-77 put in. The klatoonian frowned and broke into a hardened laugh. "We ain't gonna send out a distress signal. Us Wind Riders rely on no soul to help us." AG-77 did not bother to comment. "We have the smaller ship in the Cargo Bay. We are very close to Randon, which means Imperials. Gather some pirate brothers, we will find an outpost on the planet and steal some fuel to get us to our next destination." After doing what Captain had commanded, we boarded the transport shuttle that we had stolen a whiles ago from a small village on an unnamed planet near Mimban. We shut off all power so no Imperials would detect us. Like a bolt, we speedily descended towards the sandstone-covered planet of Randon. In the distance, we saw an Imperial outpost on a hill. That would be our target. We traversed through the arid terrain for what felt like an eternity. Soon we came to location of the outpost. A rocky trail wounded upwards towards the base, having many signs of being recently in use. After sheltering in a small cavern and Captain Kyter making a plan, we climbed the trail towards the top. We took the Imperials by surprise. In an all-out assault, we rushed into the cargo area of the outpost, blasting every stormtrooper and Imperial we saw. Screams of pirates echoed through the air behind the repetitive sound of gunshots. Our distraction was working. While we fought, several other pirate brethren managed to stole the fuel cargo. It was a special type - Corellian hyperfuel. Only a tad bit amount could last for days. Suddenly, a fearsome figure in black started down the staircase with a glowing crimson blade. A Sith Lord. ....... Thanks for reading the first chapter of The Wind Riders, I hope to release the next few soon. Thank you in advance if you comment on this post. TGBTG SevenSevenSeven

Since he dared not show he was actually a Jedi, he surrendered, hoping to find another route of escape later. 18. Orion Ackbar marched along through the jungles of Kashyyyk, his accompanying Padawan and clones close behind. They entered a small clearing, which led to an old stone pathway. They were on patrol, extremely distant from the ongoing battle between the Wookies and Droids. The peaceful scenery and quietness was a nice break from the blaster firing and death... A moment of pause. The clone commander stops in his tracks and replies over his helmet comms. "It will be done, my lord." Orion Ackbar and his padawan paused their patrol, confused. All of a sudden, the five clones aimed and shot Orion's padawan. He fell to the ground with a gasp, dropping his saber. "Fire at will!" shouted one of the clones. "NOOO!" He yelled, angry and confused at what the clones were doing. At once, he wielded his two sabers and defended himself from the lasers of the clone's shots. It was madness. Unnatural beams of red going everywhere... To be continued. Built for the SWG RPG https://www.bricklink.com/v3/studio/design.page?idModel=573215
  19. After Order 66, Orion Ackbar fled to the remote arid planet of Eclinsonite. For months he hid from the Empire in the peaceful coastal cityside. Until one day. A mysterious Droid clanked down the cobblestone street. Orion Ackbar was on the rooftop of a nearby yellow building. The mysterious droid approached the nearest citizen. It ejected a hologram from his arm and showed it to the lady. It spoke in a grave, glitchy voice. “Have you seen this Mon Calamari criminal? A Jedi, a traitor, in hiding from the righteous judgment of the Empire.” Orion held his breath, looking down from the overhang. The citizen squinted at the hologram in the moonlight. She sounded a bit frightened. “No, I have not your excellence. But I will inform the IIF (Imperial Inquisitor Force) if I do.” The inquisitor stared at the lady a moment, then mechanically walked away, without another glitchy sentence. A feeling of relief came to Orion. But it wouldn't last long. The inquisitors would come and search for him again. Maybe it wasn't such a great idea to stay on Eclinsonite. He needed to cover his tracks, escape the Empire and head off world. He knew one place to go- the Rebel base on Yavin 4. He had always wanted to meet General Leia Organa and Mon Mothma in person and help combat the Imperials. So he did. The next day he hid aboard a bulk-class cargo freighter headed to Tatooine. From there, he would buy a ship and head to Yavin. A foolproof plan. To be continued...

  22. On an important mission, the Mandalorian and his trusted ally Greef Karga from Nevarro infiltrate a remote Imperial junkyard, with the objective to steal a rare CXD-81c reactor valve to power the Razor Crest. 23. I really wanted to build this scene from TPM, but I do not own minifigures for Episode 1 Obi-Wan or Qui-Gon. For this entry, I had to be a bit creative. I decided to build brick-build figures, with turnable heads and movable arms. I used spring-loaded misslles for the lightsaber blades. I finally found a use for them XD
