That's probably just because Lloyd was betrayed by the Fangpyre and Hypnobrai, as seen in the clips from the show. Kai is probably just intervening because he's a good guy, not because he's Lloyd's friend or something, as the clips also make it clear Lloyd is (or wants to be) a villain, at least in the beginning.

As an aeromancer I'm limiting Arasmyth to Wind and Lightning for spells, but when he becomes an Evoker, I think he'll just get a Wind spirit companion, just for the added challenge. And I know Althior's gonna be an Evoker too... After all, how could we pass up the chance to see Finnegan in battle?!

Arasmyth nods at his former Questmate. "Yes, the Emorith family is well known for their facial hair magicks in elven circles. Most ridicule them as unshaven barbarians, but I have a certain appreciation for beards and mustaches, as you can see." he says, sroking his beard lovingly. He glances up as a Hinckwell commodore challenges the Knights and Clerics of Heroica to join his Quest. Arasmyth hoped he would be able to join Quest 17 the most of any of the currently posted Quests, and felt that his good reputation among the Hinckwell family gave him a better chance than most to be chosen.

"Another new Quest on the Board, eh? I'm feeling better and better about missing the two Quests that left just before I returned." says Arasmyth, signing up for Quest 19.
-
Arasmyth looks up as a new Quest was posted on the Board. It requested Heroes of Level Ten or above, while Arasmyth was Level Seven. However, the notice said "preferably" and Arasmyth was a mere three Levels short of the mark, so he scrawled his name onto the sign up list for Quest #18: The Storm.

Arasmyth strolls into the Marketplace planning a trip to Anwyl's, but the new wagon in the Market caught his attention. He goes to Elphaba's Magic Wagon with 273 Gold in his coin purse. He leaves with 173 Gold and an extra Sapphire. He then moves on to his intended destination: Anwyl Smokebeard's Smithy. There, he politely requests of the blacksmith to upgrade his Crystalline Staff to WP: 4 (40 Gold) and imbue it with the Sapphire he just purchased. (50 Gold.) He then goes to browse the rest of the Market while Anwyl works, to see if he could spend his remaining 83 Gold. He decides upon one of Elphaba's Scrolls of Sealing (50 Gold), and a Grand Tonic (30 Gold). He returns to Anwyl and hands over the 90 Gold he owed the smith in return for his Sapphire Staff (WP: 4, Wind elemental). Happy with his purchases, he returns to Heroica Hall with a mere 3 Gold, but a feeling of satisfaction and improved equipment to replace the 270 Gold he lost. OOC: When Grogan gives tha party its reward, the stats list Arasmyth's Gold as 273. When I got my Water Bomb, it listed my Gold as 53. Since I had 53 gold before we got the reward, I'm assuming 273 Gold is the correct figure, but please correct me if I'm wrong, Masked Builder.

Arasmyth returns from his Quest with his Bag of Holding pockets stuffed full of loot and his coin purse burning a hole in his pocket. He resists the urge to spend it all for long enough to go to the quest Board and sign up for Quest 17. He than takes off at a brisk trot for the Marketplace.

"A Water Bomb for me, good sir."
-
"Ah, thank you much for the Topaz, Skrall. Namyrra, I'm afraid I can't make that trade - Other than Wind, my specialty, Lightning is the only element I'm comfortable working with."
-
Arasmyth growls as the gem he held fizzled and stopped glowing once more. He slammed the staff on the ground, ignoring Stav's deflected blow, then tries once mor to cast Wind at Stav from the back row.
-
OOC: Bombs affect all enemies and do not have a target IC: Arasmyth shakes his staff up and down. The sapphire tied to the tip glows and sparks, and a grin Lights up his face. However, in the time it had taken him to reinvigorate his weapon, Grof had swung at him in a powerful strike, but the black cloak pinned upon Arasmyth's shoulders swirled the being away. The blue robed elf once again prepared to cast Wind from the back row, shifting his focus from Grof, who had been felled by a timely swing of Dyric's whip, to the axe-wielding Stav.

: Is it just me or is LEGO avoiding making pearl gold "normal" light saber hilts? In Skeleton bowling, the "gold dual scythes" have light bley connectors, Nya's Gold Nick Daggers have black hilts, and Garmadons Gold Thunder Bolt is shortened from a staff using a light saber blade, light saber hilt, modified plate with clip on top, and trans purple-trans blue lightning to a gold modified hilt with horizontal studs and modified plate with the lightning, despite a lot of CGI images of Garmadons having a gold staff-like Thunder Bolt rather than the modified version found in his spinner set.

Arasmyth glares at the laughing Grof before taking a step to the back row and casting wind at his insulter again.
-
Ooc: You know BL, there's a reason it says "stay signed in isn't recommended for shared computers. IC: Arasmythcasts wind on Grof from the back row.
-
"I think that would be best. This forest seems rather labryinthian in nature, wouldn't want to get lost in here."
-
Arasmyth, feeling refreshed, once more assaults the Bandit(Axe) from the back row, all the while wondering why he was called that when he quite obviously wielded a spear.

Just wondering, how do magical artifacts like the Thorny Diadem, cloaks/robes, Helmet, and Spiked Collar work? Do you have to equip them, or do you get their effects just from arrying them around? Is there a limit to the number of artifacts affecting you at a time? Are there categories of Artifact, I.e. Bodywear, Headgear, Gauntlets, etc.? I seem to recall reading something like that in the Rules, but Nur has the Helmet and Diadem both affecting his head at the sime time so I'm not sure. Sorry for all the questions, as there are a couple of cool and interesting artifacts I was thinking of hiding in a Quest I plan on hosting eventually so I wanted to know a bit more about them.

"I shall take Skrall's advice andconsume my remaining Potion."
-
Arasmyth gave a quick swing of his staff at Bandit Leader from the front row.
-
OOC: Whoops... Kadabra's computer has him as set user Mine has me... Be right back.

Well, some of the names I'm using are: Oruc (Means Leader of Orcs) Oruckai (meaning "son of Oruc") VarGrzht (Pronounced Var Gursht. Means Wolf of War.) Olgenshmidt (Ol - gen - shmite. Might of Oleg, or Blessed by Oleg. This is a blacksmith.) But remember to use your creativity, and perhaps think of meanings for your orc names. I.E. Sandy has said Tarokai means son of Tarok, which is why I used the root "kai" for Oruckai.
-
That's where I got my orc name inspirations too I'd recommend using harsh sounds like K, hard C, hard G, T, and Z.
-
Just make stuff up Cornelius Murdock and Lordofdragonss probably didn't ask Sandy when they named their characters, and I know Bioniclover didn't. None of the NPCs in my Quest-in-the-works have names I needed to consult Sandy for either.

As I understand it, Baltorak is a wasteland to the west of Ennon, a vast desert or volcanic region. I actually plan on hosting a Quest there as soon as Arasmyth finishes Quest 9: Trespassers, which is the reason Arasmyth inquired about orcs in the library, earning me the information above.

Hmmm... Because I'm a total noob at Photoshop, whenever I try to make it 100x100 it comes out like this: (74x100) Will that work? Nice to see you finally gettong in on the fun bro, I'm already Questing
