A man runs, now sprinting, now stumbling, though the backstreets of Eubric. He is close to the Heroica Hall, though he does not know this. All he knows is that he has to get away from the boy with the blood-red eyes. Dak will be back.

Got my first white bag from a Snake Pit today, with my Level 14 Wizzie. It was only an Inc, but I'm going to try and take this as a sign that my bad luck is improving.

And he just finished maxing that one, too.I hate that phase of the Cemetary boss, it gets me every time. You get paralyzed and can't escape from the OP zombies, and get killed. That's taken about 4 or 5 chars from me, but I continue to do Cemeteries nonetheless, hoping for some good equiptment or a Resurrected Warrior's Armor.

This looks seriously awesome! I've played AC for a few years now, and I'm just about halfway through AC III. If they're going to release one a year, though, I might not be able to keep up.

Hey guys.....Wow, it's certainly been a while. Just here to say that I'm finally recovered from losing two 4/8 Rogues in a row, and I'm now playing a brand-new Ninja! I also tried out the testing server, and it worked, so I ran, like, 30 Lairs of Draconis in a row. That dungeon is seriously awesome, but testing went down a few days back, so now I can't do them anymore. I just hope that the Event Boss that drops the dungeon isn't too hard, otherwise I might not get another one until I get the guts to max again....

"I'll flee from the battle if Nur decides to not come and help, or if he does, take a Potion."

"I'll try to read the tomb, but I don't exactly know the Brobric version of Elven very well......" Dak says. "Perhaps we should also check what's inside the tomb before we use its lid. Might be some weapons/spells/general loot in there."

Dak goes after the Patrolman again, from the front row. OoC: Dak is like, insanely lucky now that he turned Black Knight. Back when he was a Rogue, I couldn't get him to get a good roll for anything.

Dak attacks the Patrolman from the front row, eyes blazing red as his anger grows.

"Goddamn it," Dak mutters under his breath. "My Brobric brethren can be so goddamn annoying sometimes. Oh well, guess it's high time to try out this new armor's powers." If Johon does not use Diplomacy, Dak will use Intimidation to get rid of the elves. But he won't really try because he needs teh loot and XP.

"Or just give me a water-breathing spell. I've got a tonic you can have, and my armor should weigh me down enough to not be carried away. Then I can get up the cliff using that tree and secure the rope for the rest of you."

Soooo........ I have one small concern - where's the mother? Lycan didn't eat her...did he?

"Hmm...tough choice," Dak says, grinning quite maliciously. "Get back at that wench or revive our Dearly Beloved Leader." He snickers. "Well, I can take one more hit from her, and then I'm finished, so I better revive Mr. Mighty Healer-guy so that we can finish them.."

"That actually hurt, you little...Oh, you are going to pay for that," Dak says, growling as he takes the hit from Robina. Summoning every ounce of strength he can, the Black Knight charges Robina, from the front row.

"I would get in there, but if you hadn't noticed, I just saved you an megablocks-whuppin' by getting rid of that healer lady. You are right, though-it's time to finish this." And with that, Dak launches himself towards Little Jane.

OOC: Sorry guys, college is a lot harder than I thought it would be, haven't had hardly any free time. IC: Dak, seeming perfectly at home in the field of battle, even against women so blatantly sexually-oriented, slams his dark blade into Scarletta.

Dak hits the bear from the Front Row. If he gets a Hit, he will sacrifice 5 Health.

"...Hello, cousin," Dak says simply. "I doubt you have met me; I recall no such thing, but Dak Shadeaux, at your service." He bows, a fluid motion unencumbered by his heavy armor and shield. After a pause, he says, "I have met Nuitan and Lycan; their friendship seems harmless enough to me, but I will heed your words, and be sure to take every precaution to protect your brother. After all, who can say no to family?"

Showing nearly supernatural hearing, Dak raises his head towards Nur from the other side of the Hall. Sidling over, the black knight says, "I am Dak Shadeaux, stone mage. I have already...aquainted myself with fairy boy over there. And I'll tell you one thing.....I'm beginning to think I'm going to enjoy this quest," he says, grinning wolfishly.

Dak, seeing that the rumors of a new shop in town are true, heads into the House of Fabulous Fashions, and nearly instantly sets his eyes on a prize; the Heavy Armor, which he promptly buys, spending nearly half of his savings and leaving him with 213 Gold. He then heads to Anwyl's Smithy, where he sells his Shadeaux Shield for 20 Gold, then promptly buys a Fauxthril one for 50 Gold, leaving him with 183. He upgrades this shield to SP: 7, leaving him with 63 Gold. Since he's upgraded so much, Anwyl throws in a reforging of his dagger into a sword for free. Dak then heads to Portia's Potion Shop and buys two Meads and four potions, leaving him with 3 Gold. Dak jumps back, a little bit startled, as a pink slip of paper *pops* out of thin air in front of him. It flutters into his outstretched hand, and his eyes flash over it, reading the runes at an almost inhuman speed. He quickly signs up for the lottery detailed on the slip of paper, and grudgingly mutters the "magic" words under his breath. "I have Z-mail."

Dak signs up for Quests #42, 43, 44, and the Unlimited Quest. After that, he heads to the Marketplace. He'd heard that a new shop had opened up.....

The market has gone crazy. Today I bought an Inc for 3 life, found a guy selling a Twi and Agate for 1 Ammy, and found another person asking for 8 Ammies for a DBow. WTF? Someone please explain what's going on here, and whether we should still go by the old prices here in the guild.
