I changed Dak's age to 18, since before his behavior wouldn't make a lot of sense considering his age. Sorry about all the changes to Dak, Sandy, but I'm just trying to get his character to fit his age.

Dak pulls two bottles out of his pack, but, seeing two others applying venom to their weapons as well, puts the one with the green liquid back. He uncorks the bottle remaining in his hand, and the sharp smell of alchohol fills the nearby area. He tips the bottle upward and gulps down the Mead, wincing a bit at the taste of pure alchohol. Feeling new power coursing through his body, he smiles rather evilly, pulls out his Mockthril Dagger, and moves forward, with the rest of the party.

No, but I'd rather not argue about it. That's just how I see a Rogue. Also, I'm putting in some Bricklink orders as I type for some pieces I need to make Black Knight Dak look a bit older, with longer hair. Can't wait for these parts to arrive.

The hair is what got me, looks a little too neat to be either Barbarian or Rogue. Rogues are meant to be dashing and handsome (and/or beautiful, depending on the gender of the rogue), so that means messy hair!

Yes, they would, but Jolly Roger united many of them into a formidable force, and that's why the Bonapartes wanted him gone. If the pirates are broken up into small groups of two or three crews, they will do a lot less damage than a huge, unified force of pirates would.

Most islanders don't have ships, and if the Bonapartes need revenue that much, then they need to tax larger, richer cities like Eubric, not small areas that need all the money they can get.

Me, I think Dak would have sided with Eric, Hybros, and the rest. Despite taxes being needed to fund a war of such a magnitude, even though few people consider it a real war, opressing a population to the brink of bankruptcy just because you can is unfair. Reno had the right goal, just the wrong means of achieving it.

The final version was supposed to have the Kai face from Ninjago, but then I looked over the archives, and many, many Heroes have that face (Leo and Alf, to name a few), so I went with Jay's face. Leo used to have it, but since TheBoyWonder has since changed it, I think that it fits. It does have a scar, it's simply hidden beneath the hair.

Try turning on the lights while your girlfriend is sleeping. You'll find out why I didn't do it. I actually have a Kodak DX6490 Zoom, too bad it doesn't work well in low light.

Before the rest of the party can stop him, Dak begins to stick his hand into the alcove where they found the gem, but seeing the everyone's (Mostly Gut's, to tell the truth) disapproving looks, he pulls his hand back quickly. "Where's a good stick when you need it? Guess I'll just have to do this the hard way....." Dak pulls something out of one of the folds of his cloak, showing a flash of metal as he does so, and then throws it toward the alcove. If nothing happens, Dak will approach the area. If a trap is set off, Dak will run like hell.

Are you sure you don't mean Samuel Jackson? He certainly looks the part.

Uhhhh....... The Lorax. Went with the nieces & nephews, not a bad movie, but could have been better. I tend to not like any of the 'modern renditions' of Dr. Suess in movie form, they just deviate too much from the classic books.

Taking a Break means that someone is temporarily unable to post, so letting someone else control Daxus until LEGOman273 works out whatever problem the MODs have with him is probably a good idea.

Hello, For the Hogwarts Community Build, I chose Lupin's Office. I'm still not happy with it, as it still needs the shelved cabinets from the movie & book, so it's still a WIP, but I decided to finally post it here. Enjoy, and C&C is much appreciated! Just two shots for now. The rest were incredibly blurry and/or grainy, so best not to put them here. Topic will be updated in a few days with new pictures.

Agreed, on both points. For Black Widow, only one word: Brasso! Hawkeye won't be as easy, though.
