DC Superheroes 2026 - Rumors & Discussion

Nooooooo! Brickheadz Jonkler strikes again! He’s Brickheadized Superman before he can get an actual set. Honestly, it’s nice we’re getting something nonBatman, just wish it had been a normal set though. But why can’t we get World’s Finest normal sets? It’s literally the most fun and toyetic current Batman run behind Absolute Batman. And there are Batmobiles and everything in there! -

Welcome to Eurobricks! We’re glad to have you. Apologies in advance for all the TIE Avenger yapping that you’ll be reading. (Day #418 of the descent into madness) While not as dire as others, I’d argue that SW’s fall in the last 3 years has been exceptionally shocking as it started out much bigger. And has comparatively fallen from guaranteed billion dollar hits to barely (if even) breaking even on the lowest budget movie ever made for the franchise. Maybe we do need a break. But something tells me the sequel revisionism is not going to happen. None of the cadets I work with like the sequels. They like the OT, PT and Clone Wars. If the generation who were young kids when the sequels released don’t even like them, then what chance do they have? Especially since there’s no Clone Wars type show to make it retroactively better. (And we’ve moved past the timeframe where such a show would be feasible at this point.) They’re going to need to give enough time for a new gen to be introduced and enthralled in the core 6 movies. And then do something that balances nostalgia and originality. -

ikr. There’s no TIE Avenger We’re putting our faith into the Hail Mary. If Starfighter fails that might be it for the SW brand theatrically. -

TIE Avengera Kedavra! This might be a long shot. But I just realised that there’s a chance that all the Anniversary sets might all include a Anakin minifig from each stage of his life. I agree with @ArrowBricks on the N1 Starfighter being a good and likely candidate for TPM’s representative, that or a new pod racer or AAT. We’re definitely getting Anakin minifigs for AotC, RotS and ESB (Vader). There’s also a non-zero chance force ghost Anakin is in the Ewok Village. And there’s also a chance that the Y-Wing could come with Mcquarrie Vader. It’d be neat if all the sets included a variant of the franchise’s main character as a way of celebrating the franchise. -

TIE Avengered for the 414th time Excellent. Let’s hope it happens. Now the question is what the builds should be. I think that a brown version of the speeder from the Remnant AT AT is a given. But that’s not enough for the whole BP. So it’d be nice if we got like an imperial checkpoint/ small outpost as the build. Perhaps something inspired by the BF2 map? Since the Ewok Attack and Village will provide the tree side of Endor. -

Good news! With an Aaron Pierre face likely being made for Star Wars Starfighter sets and the newly rumoured Lasher body…. We can make a custom GL 2011 style John Stewart! Aren’t the designers considerate? /s TBF. Arkham Batmobile has been a request for years. -

I swear they’re laughing at us. I’m convinced that the only thing that can save this theme that has a non-zero chance of happening is Absolute Batman sets -

It appears to me that they might do one Anniversary fig set representing each of the 6 movies. So far we know about 5 proper play-sets which could represent their respective movies ANH Y-Wing (confirmed to be a play-set) ESB Bespin Duel (confirmed to be a play-set) RotJ Ewok Village AoTC Bounty Hunter Pursuit RotS Mustafar Duel (confirmed to have a Anniversary fig) If my theory is correct, any predictions for the TPM set? I reckon a AAT would make sense. Me three on the Battlepack minifigs. 4 imps vs 2 rebels would be the best case scenario imo. Stay strong brother. It’s not over yet. Great. Now I’m hoping they’ll incorporate Lando’s cape closet from the Skywalker Saga level into the build. If this was the only Endor set I’d be on board with including an Ewok. But the fact is that both a Ewok Attack and Ewok Village set are supposed to also be coming, so there’ll be no shortage of Ewoks. And another thing is that imps and normal rebels are in desperate need of an army builder currently. I hope we get January fig lists soon. Maxbaut evidently knew about the full Marvel ones so hopefully he can also slip us the Star Wars ones. -

Please be Kaine. Please be Kaine. Please be Kaine. Please be Kaine. Surely this is a Doomsday scene? No way Lego would go out of their way to make something this randomly cool just for the hell of it? I mean I do hope this sets precedent. The Superheroes design team rage baiting DC fans? -

Day #413 of minor setbacks (a bit in advance but might as well) Expected Intriguing Unnecessary (it could have been a sweet, succulent TIE Avenger instead of another Buildable Vader) Hell Yeah! (this is assumably different to Ewok attack due to the lack of Smart play in this wave) Deserved Overdue Whyyyyyyyyy?! With 2 exceptions this might be the strongest/ most balanced on paper wave we’ve had in over 2 years. I’m really hoping that it’s $30 because: A) it’s a super BP with 6 minifigs or B) there’s a 5th Anniversary minifig included (if so it better be the Mcquarrie Stormtrooper/ TK trooper to allow it to be a Army builder.) The price increase by 50% is unjustifiable. 2 Stormtroopers, Scout Trooper, Navy Trooper and 2 Rebel Commandos would be perfect. Ewok Attack and Ewok village are also coming so there needs to be a empire-dominated counter-set for the Endor wave shaping up. I’m really pleased too. I suggested this on the wishlist thread a year ago. Isn’t the canon reason (according to Aslum) for the lack of Lego Mara Jade that you already take home all the Mara Jade minifigs before the set can get to stores and be available for the rest of us? -

Fully agree, though I can’t place exactly why… (day #412). There are murmurings of a BP happening in January (Clay on Bricktap and others seem to think one’s happening). Please be imperial. -

… TIE Punisher was right there. I just pray that we don’t suffer from smart play in the January wave. Also the lack of a BP makes me think they’re saving it for after/ when Ahsoka S2 releases. So perhaps a march release? -

4 chances eh? We're doing a sequel We're back by popular demand Come on everybody, strike up the band! We're doing a sequel That's what we do in Eurobricks And everybody knows the sequel's never quite as hopeful A sequel Another feature attraction Parts please, light the lights, open the box, action I thought it was the end But no my friends this is when we get to do it all again! Do it all again Until the wave releases We get another go to show them we can do it all again! Bawk, bawk, bawk, begawk! We're doing a sequel There's no need to disguise The studio considers us a gullible fanbase We're doing a sequel How hard can it be? We can't do any worse than the Smart Play 8 We're doing a sequel The studio wants more While they wait for Dave Filoni to make Mando S4 I thought it was the end But no my friends, this is when we get to do it all again Do it all again Until the wave releases We've got another go to show them we can do it all again Wank, wank, wank, wank We're doing a sequel Let's give it a go With Star Wars stars And more one liner instructions We're doing a sequel I don't mean to be a stickler But this is the seventh sequel to our original request (Brought out a peak song for day #411) I stand corrected Unless they’re now $30. Prediction time: $29.99 set: Anakin’s Jedi Star Fighter (matches rumoured price) Y-Wing ($79.99): Either Captain Rex’s or ANH based Mystery $79.99 set #1: TIE Variant of some sort, perhaps of a Marvel namesake? (Lego can’t go through the entire Rebel starfighter corps between dumb TIE releases can they?) $79.99 sets #2 and 3#: MIDI-scale and/or Buildable droid $149.99 set: bet you my salt ration this will be Buildable Yoda (matches rumoured price) Unfortunately the $149.99, a mystery $79.99 and the $29.99 could also be the Smart Play Echo Base, R2 D2 and Ewok Attack respectively as the Echo base was rumoured at $140 and Ewok at $30. But I really hope that isn’t the case here. So while there is some potential on paper, we’re ultimately limited by the threat of modern Lego being modern Lego. Edit: 75476 is also $30. This makes me think we are getting the Ewok attack as one of the $30s and by extension the other smart play sets in January. I really hope not though, it’d be better if it was a Battlepack or a dumb set. -

Gimme the TIE Avenger Creatures as well! I honestly think a £10 mini set with a small monster build could be our best bet at Jedi game sets. We’ll probably know if we can look forward to any in the January wave by mid July. (Surely they won’t go beyond a full year between BP releases?) -

I would hope the same. But in this day and age i think the best we could realistically get from a polybag is Corenswet Soup. I would love Guy. But if Lego won’t even make the protagonist what chance do side characters have? (Though if they did make Guy I wonder if they’d do his bowl-cut or more modern haircut) 2027 Predictions £10 Bat-pod Bat Tumbler 1966 Batmobile UCS Bat-wing -

"Let me tell you something my friend. Hope TIE Avenger is a dangerous thing. Hope TIE Avenger can drive a man insane." (Day #409) What about a TIE Avenger Battlepack? Really intrigued to know if we’re getting both Microfighters and Mando-speeder type sets from now on, or if the sub £10 set was a one off for this year or if Microfighters will get replaced after Luke’s X-Wing. Preferably we get both (or two sub £10 sets) from now on as kids are always going to need a cheap entry point. -

Just gonna leave this here for #408. Let’s hope I’m not going to do this again next year. I understand why they didn’t put a 4th Republic Starfighter on shelves. But they could have done an imperial V-Wing, or any droid starfighter for that matter. With the TIE Bomber retiring there will literally be no dumb villain starfighters come August. -

January 2027: By far the most fun character in current DC’s Prime Earth ongoings btw (Day #407) I’m not sure how to explain it really, but Bounty Hunter Pursuit just doesn’t give me a January wave vibe. It feels like the sort of fun additional thing they’d throw in a Summer wave. (Coruscant Gunship, BD-1, etc…). Not the accessible/ versatile vehicle that they usually do (except for this year for some reason. Why wasn’t there a January starfighter?) -

Only Anakin’s Jedi starfighter, Luke X-Wing Microfighter and the Bounty Hunter pursuit could possibly be January sets imo. So I think there’s space for a battlepack and another play-set. I also reckon that bounty Hunter pursuit feels more like a summer set. -
