  1. On of my subscribers from Flickr asked me to make Jason Todd from the "Batman: the adventures continue" comic. Although I am not a fan of DCAU comics and I don't consider any of them canon (in fact, I don't consider ANYTHING canon except for TNBA and STAS), and I HATE the idea of Jason existing in the DCAU, I didn't miss the opportunity to create a Red Hood minifigure. Tommy Monaghan aka Hitman, a character created by future The Boys author Garth Ennis, is part of the DCAU, being mentioned in the Justice League Unlimited series.
  2. An UT-AT MOC! And a very nice one! Yay!!
  3. FINALLY!!! Not only I redesigned the first car, but now there are TWO of them! Of course, the front wheels are capable of steering: Bechind is a (hard-to-access) baggage compartment: The interior even features an ashtray: I hope you like it!
  4. Well, thanks, but I am already working to make it better!
  5. Thanks for the answer! I just love different references
  6. Oh my god, why the hell am I so obsessed with that "Over the edge" episode scene?! I wanted to create a police car from The new Batman adventures for my Lego Batman board game, but after I finished it I decided to use it to recreate the infamous Batgirl death scene from the episode "Over the edge". I don't hate Batgirl, more like it's the exact opposite, but still... Anyway, here is the scene: I am currently finishing a second police car. I am not quite satisfied with its design at the moment. I shall think of upgrading it. Do you have any suggestions how to make the car look better and more screen-accurate? If you have, please let me know.
  7. Sorry for my stupidity, but I didn't get those. Is it Omni-man from Invincible? Is Hamill's Joker a reference to the Mask of Phantasm? And the last Joker being a reference to Death in a family? BTW, the Boys characters initially belonged to DC. But the comic is soo... Well, you got it Haha, I got this one!
  8. Whatever it is - let's just hope it's gonna be DC
  9. We almost got a Temple of Doom! Screw TLG with their double standards!
  10. The architecture is very convincing. Great job! Wish I built something like that...
  11. I decided to take some new photos of my shuttle - this time with extended landing gear! The boarding ramp serves as a toehold for the craft, preventing it from falling forward (weirdly enough, the shuttle sometimes does stand on its two on some surfaces - probably because they aren't quite flat): I also redesigned the shuttle's interior, adding six passenger seats: Enjoy!
  12. We got Jason Todd Robin in a 4+ set. 4+ sets aren't bad, if they contain good minifigures
  13. Thanks! BTW, the build also has retractable landing gear and a passenger ramp
  14. IMHO, the Shadow box is a great set, even though I don't like Batman Returns. But it's very expensive. I bought the polybag 1992 Batman and am not interested in acquiring this big set
  15. While there are no Lego DC news, our jonkling about the Aslume keeps this thread alive! Yay! ...But, to be serious, collecting votes for a petition to TLG to realise DCAU CMF or, at least, TNBA Batgirl, would've been better than this
  16. After creating a custom Bane minifigure, I decided to change Montoya's skin tone. This skin tone should have been applied to all male characters, but, sadly, I don't have the possibility to do that. Mr. Mind was created only to balance the Cpt. Marvel teams. Ironically, the character does exist in the DCAU, being mentioned in Batman Beyond Unlimited #16.
  17. You mean, not only Batman? I hope so... To be fair, Batman is, perhaps, world's most popular superhero, so no wonder he is holding the entire Lego DC line together...
  18. I agree. It's just my fanon theory, which is based exclusively on my vision of what the Star Wars universe should be like... I am a weird person who considers only the initial versions of the Original trilogy films to be canon. Also, there was this "young Jedi named Darth Vader" thing...
  19. Thank you very much! No, it's not Sith Lord Jar Jar - he isn't Force-sensitive, but he serves the Empire well. BTW, I don't like the idea that 'Darth' is a Sith title - it was initially supposed to be Vader's name, hence Obi-Wan calling him 'Darth' during their duel. I've got lots of theories like this...
  20. Ok, I am sorry, my mistake - I should have said that I am not a Marvel fan from the very beginning, so I have horrible judgement of Marvel minifigures. Hell, Heath Ledger Joker's hair in Lego is also inaccurate
  21. I agree with the first statement. But the X-Jet's minifigures aren't bad - they are just based on bad depictions of the characters (at least, this is true for Magneto) P. S. : Batman 1992 polybag is AWESOME!!!
  22. I agree. Because everyone knows that the main important thing about Lego sets are the minifigures. The more expensive the set is - the less affordable the minifigures are. Parts are cheap. MOC's rule!
  23. TBH, this Batsuit did appear in a magazine foil pack - this is actually how I got it.
  24. I hate to agree, but I do Ace the Bat-hound appeared already in the Talon attack set
