No. The tutu piece goes straight out, and the other dress piece (like what Alice or Minnie Mouse wears) isn't as "ruffled."
-
There's at least two with the skirts on the lady Hobbits.
-
I mean - there's been seemingly random costs tacked onto a lot to big sets recently. The Botanical Gardens and X-Men Mansion for $330 instead of $300. Barad-Dur for $460 instead of $450. Makes it really hard to keep being a fan...

Karabast - that's outrageous! Easy pass now, then.

Disney Properties 2025 - Rumors & Discussion
JohnTPT17 replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
It looks like there's two different to me. Mrs. Harfoot on the left is 100% new, and I think the blue one Rosie has on the right is also new - the "ruffles" look much closer together than the traditional one Alice and Minnie have used. I think the left one would be perfect for peasant Belle. I do wonder if Lego is also to print on those skirts, though. -
If I remember correctly, Rivendell had Pippin's torso and the statue torso. So I'm hopeful that we get one or two of them snuck through - I can probably fill in gaps with peasant torsos from MTS/older torsos I already have.
-
Don't remind me about that corn... Such a good mold, only to be killed off so quickly. Hopefully one or two of the new torsos end up on Pick a Brick so we can make our own Battle Packs in the mean time...

If we're getting an image leak like this directly from Lego, I imagine we'll get the official press release with all of the dimensions (and images of the interior) next week sometime.
-
Okay, but who? There's a lot of untrustworthy leakers on there. EDIT: It's from LSWSA - I'm not familiar with them, so I'm taking it with a grain of salt. It's apparently minifig-based and has 181 pieces.
-
i think you're seeing Sam - Merry and Pippin are both in the back under the tent with the grey hair (presumedly sooty from exploding the firework). Since Gandalf's cart is in the set, what do we think the GWP will be now? Tolkien himself? Farmer Maggot?
-
I'm sure some people would have wanted something bigger - but, for me, this size looks great. Good variety of minifigs, Bag End seems roomy enough for my needs... Definitely on my radar. I also like that new skirt piece and the cloth banners - no need to worry about misaligned or peeling stickers! Only complaint at this point is that tree behind Bilbo. The Minecraft trees look more organic than that.

Marvel Superheroes 2025 - Rumors & Discussion

I don't know if Jeff is in quite the place to be the next Baby Yoda, but I'm sure he could at least fit into a slot like the $20 Simba or $55 Stitch/Toothless. The other nice thing that Rivals can do is also get a few more Marvel gals added to the mix - Black Widow, Captain Marvel, Spider-Gwen, and Scarlet Witch have done most of the lifting for awhile. Luna Snow, Squirrel Girl, Magik, and more can help to expand that roster. I wouldn't be shocked if designers are at least talking about them as possibilities - what we really need to pray for is that the test subject kids are okay with an ice-powered pop star instead of more mechs and oversized stud shooters. -

Yeah - maybe I'm biased, but I did not like the film at all. Raya herself was at least okay, though, and I wouldn't be mad if she were to take a CMF slot - but I wouldn't be super excited either. At the very least, I think that Encanto outdoes Raya by a mile, even though she isn't technically a princess. -

She's not near as popular, but I would put in an argument for Merida. She at least probably deserves a one-off CMF. Raya also technically counts, but let's face it, we all forgot about her and her movie. I wouldn't be shocked if she gets retired like Jane and Esmerelda were. -

I like that idea! Though if that was the case, I imagine they would have slipped it into one of the other shots, like with the Prince Adam head and the sitting down dress parts. -

I like it... But I can't say I'm convinced to do a $300 purchase for it. I really wish this set could have gotten a Simba treatment and have a smaller set to go with it - basically, just the ballroom stairs, Belle, and the Beast. Also, I can see at least one sticker on the edge of the mirror, so hopefully they aren't all stickers... Maurice and LeFou both look great, though. -
Thanks for the insight - that's wild. I grew up through the 2000's, and I feel like I had a good stream of "current" stuff (LoTR, the Star Wars prequels the newer Scooby-Doo/Disney/Pixar stuff, etc), and some shows and movies from when my parents were younger (Star Trek TNG, The Cosby Show [that didn't age well...], The Princess Bride, Back to the Future, Land before Time, Short Circut, older Disney films, etc). Now, granted - nowadays, a film from the 80's is going to be 40+ years old. That would basically be the same as 2000's me watching something from the 60's or 70's. Yeah, we did watch some of them (mainly musicals, older Disney films, and the original Star Wars), but not a ton - and there's some films from there deemed as "classics" I still haven't seen.

LEGO Star Wars Set Discussion 2025 - READ FIRST POST!!!
JohnTPT17 replied to MKJoshA's topic in LEGO Star Wars
If there's a change I doubt there will be much that changes. The B2 also got an update, but they're pretty much the same, including fixed legs (meant both ways). I think Lego's fine with the current B1 legs, though - they just used them in an architecture set, and I doubt they would have done that if they were wobbly. Maybe a new arm so they don't have to hold blasters out completely straight, but that's about it. -
Marvel Superheroes 2025 - Rumors & Discussion

There's a new interview on Brickset going into some of the decision choices on the Marvel logo. Apparently Hawkeye was skipped due to his bow - but, in that case, I think people would have been okay with using something more compact like the Avatar bow, or just skipping the bow entirely. Skipping out on a minifigure just because their accessory could be finnicky is a little silly IMO. They also discuss Cap's grey arms - I don't remember if that is one of the issues people had with that minifigure or not, though. -

To be fair, both people who watched Wandavision, and those who didn't watch Wandavision were confused by Scarlet Witch's character in MoM. So who knows what they're actually going to do? -

Do you see the rest of the set? What makes you think Lego isn't being lazy here? I guess it can work fine as a minifig pack, but sheesh - I think it's time to give the theme a rest for a few years and let it reboot down the road - a la Harry Potter. Or, at least give MCU stuff a break and focus on older films/comics, if this is what Lego thinks is good enough. -

Looks like the new plush piece that came with the CMF. -
It might be a better sign for sets in general, though. There's a lot of high-profile movies in 2026 that could make for some good new Lego themes with existing partners (Shrek 5, Toy Story 5, etc), so 2027 could be a little less "busy" and have more room in the profile.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours

There's at least one with Series 25's Fitness Instructor, but that's the only one that comes to mind.
