I'm assuming the use of an old hairpiece is just due to it being a prototype. Same goes with the dwarves all wearning beanies. Just the closest pieces available on the design software.

Looks pretty nice, I like the printed birch tentacles.

The X-Mansion still feels wayyy too good to be true. Excited to see the dragon whenever it shows up elsewhere though (not familiar with this usual place).

The Marvel busts didn't really appeal to me up to this point, but Star-Lord's helmet looks spot on. I may pick this one up whenever it gets reduced.

How many of the new Disney Classic Animation sets haven’t leaked yet? Moana is in the train so there’s no saying Encanto characters won’t make an appearance in another set.

The baby being blue sort of throws any job role the blue spaceman could have out the window. Perhaps they are just passengers?

This is my #1 wishlist theme. I'm hoping they really go all in making different TV shows and movies so the league universe becomes more popular. So many cool character/environment/creature designs that I would love to see in Lego form. For anyone not initiated, watch Arcane or just look at some of the art in Legends of Runeterra.

Love how mischievous he looks. Could have done with the antennae and back spikes but I'm already happy enough with the inclusion of the extra arms.

Absolutely excellent selection, and I'm excited to see who we get in the classic animation sets. Baymax is genuinely so exciting I wonder if he will be in his armour or not.

I think that was just wishful thinking. The two big D2C Marvel sets ended up being the Hulkbuster and Black Panther bust.

Some expensive sets have been leaked (I believe atleast one at atleast $200) but no confirmations for anything yet.

Yep, a great set by all means, but I just don't like the idea of cannibalism as a whole.

To be fair, looking back at the original islander sets, there doesn't actually seem to be much wrong with them. The POTC cannibal set is the one that came to mind, which I didn't like much at all. The indigo islanders actually looked quite friendly, as they are only defending themselves from the pirates.

Might just be personal preference, I guess. I'm not educated enough on the topic to make any actual observations The mask in that figure is excellent though and I wish he was a bit cheaper to get. I just wish we got some friendlier looking islanders

I'd personally like to see a (perhaps more tasteful) new take on the islander faction. Take away any notions of cannibalism and general hostility that we saw in POTC especially, perhaps lean heavier into the mysticism and masks As for pirates themselves, I would love to see a Stede Bonnet / "gentleman pirate" type character, with fancy clothes and a powdered wig + hat mould.
