  1. Not for me, it doesn't - it always gives me a choice. That happened to me once. I just uninstalled and reinstalled it. It doesn't get rid of your .lxfs, if I remember.
  2. Did you update it recently? I haven't updated for 6 months, so now I'm a bit afraid to.
  3. The HQ has a surprisingly tough build - I found it more difficult than Orthanc and the Parisian Restuarant. Definitely a satisfying build and an excellent set in general, though! Also, Terabyte's mech is pretty great.
  4. What exactly is currently wrong with LDD, Bricksandparts?
  5. Nope, 47, the Joust. Sarge shot someone in a bar and peeved them all off, if I recall.
  6. Anywhere from 1 month to 7 months, usually. There have only been 3 that have come close to 7 months - 48, 50, and 93, which is in progress.
  7. "...I... I think I mi- AAAAAIIIYEEEEEE!" Lynne crumples to her knees, Dodekka sneaking up behind her. The party soon realizes it wasn't a punch Dodekka delivered, however - it was a syringe full of Blind Fury, a mood altering drug. "I will not tolerate disobeidnece! Master told us about the light! Kill them!" Lynne staggers back up, practically in a feral rage. "Nnnnnrrggggghhh... I'll... GAAHHH!" The Bookmark pokes it shead out of Arthur's pack. "You found what shred of humanity she has left... You got to her. You're going to have to smack her around until that injection wears off... Revive her when she falls unconsicous, and it may be enough to get her to break her programming. It seems that The Regret wasn't as thorough with her as he was with the others..." The party had their chance! Lynne was now stronger due to the injection Dodekka forced onto her, but at least she was now able to be saved... Prepare For Battle! "I won't tolerate mutiny!" Primordial Devil Dodekka, Level 60 Mechanical Humanoid HP: 700/700 SP: 8 Immune to Blindness and Sealing! Specials: Rising Rage: Dodekka grows more ferocious. He adds the WP of the weapon being used to attack him to his level, and uses his new level to attack the hero who rolled Special Damage. Passive Specials: Mimicry: If hit with a weapon with a passive trait, that trait is added into Dodekka's list of passive specials for the rest of the battle, which are activated on rolls of damage and free hits. Drops: Heavy Armor "Die! Die for defying Master's words!" Primordial Devil Trian, Level 50 Mechanical Human HP: 600/600 SP: 6 Immune to Sealing and Sleep! Specials: Battle Frenzy: In a delirious frenzy, Trian hits all heroes for damage equal to their level, disregarding SP. Calculated Risk: Trian puts all of his effort into one attack, halving his current HP but instantly knocking out the hero who rolled Special Damage. Specials alternate. 8. ' "Last y-year's... model...? But... He told me I was special, unique... You say every villain one day falls... No... It's not that simple... I've been taught everything anew, but I know it's not that simple... Skirmisher, please, tell me, how do you plan to kill an immortal?! Tell me!"
  9. I could make a set or two, but I suspect your LDD skills surpass mine.
  10. "That's... A little, eh, uncanny, to be perfectly honest. I wonder what would happen if I wore it..."
  11. Lynne begins to stutter and fumble. 'I... I don't know... I don't know! But he's too powerful, he... This island... Was barely here before he arrived..."
  12. "He's not a... Not a friend... He's like a... sovereign, a deity. He... gave me a new life, and if I defy him, he'll take it away..."
  13. They play pretty much the same role as DMs. They play the NPCs, build the sets, narrate theplot, run the battle rounds, etc.
  14. You do not - there was only one exception for this versus a final boss of a prominent story arch, I believe, and that is only because that battle was designed to be an almost TPKO. Otherwise, you must be conscious to recieve EXP.
  15. Quest #44 had about 15 heroes, I believe - I plan on hosting a 8-10 hero quest soon. Level 1 quests come and go! One will probably be due soon, but we've also had mixed parties. (A level 1 barbarian in the same party as a level 30 Hunter, for instance.)
  16. 'He's kept me a live for years! Centuries! Milleniums! Twenty lifetimes, he's kept me alive, amking sure i don't die... He said I was the first, the first of something great..." Lynne looks into the mirror, shielding her eyes from the light. "I'm pale, but I still look just likeI did when I was 24... He's kept me youthful for two thousand years... He wasn't here for more than a century or so of that, but still! I have to obey him!"
  17. Lynne searches his frayed mind, searching for a response. "Because... Master... Told me to..."
  18. Claire walks over to the lever, and grabs the steely switch. With a hard yank she snaps the rust holding it in p[lace and pulls it down. The sun emblem begins to creak and rotate around, the diamond unleashing a dazzling beam of light. It begins to bathe the basement in light, the mirros transportating it across the entire floor. The Devils have a fairly averse reaction to the light, to say the least. Pulling the lever causes the jaws of their hellish cages to snap open, releasing the Devils. The light triggers some sort of primal rage in them, a murderous anger bubbling forth from their faraway delirium... They approach the heroes, their conditioning taking control of their frayed minds. "You did this!" hisses Dodekka. "Why?! Why?!" cries Trian. "Light shouldn't be here...! Light was never meant to be here!" chants Lynne. "Master said no light! Master said NO LIGHT!" "STATEMENT: Just slaves to their programming..." The Devils continue to progress, lost in their own world. Quickly, the party draws their weapons, ready for to put these poor souls out of their misery. But perhaps one of them could be saved... Dodekka, Trian, and Pont all advance like animals, not a shred of humanity left in their bloodshot eyes. But something remained in Lynne... She may be able to saved. Their mission in mind, the party rushes into the fray. Prepare For Battle! "Grrrnnnghhh..." Primordial Devil Dodekka, Level 60 Mechanical Humanoid HP: 700/700 SP: 8 Immune to Blindness and Sealing! 19. "...Nothing, I think it needs to be visual..."
  20. "Master taught us many things... He called it "conditioning." I never understood why, but... Certain things... Are meant to get a "reaction" from us. Certain things are supposed to make us happy, sad, angry, aggresive, confused, enamored, obedient, murderous.. Just by seeing them. I don't know what triggers what, but it's woven deeply...
