  1. Lego has made all of the ROTS Anakins so if you want to pick one up you can just buy it on ebay or purchase one of the sets he comes in. Here are my ideas for CW sets based off the most recent episodes of the season... -Death Watch vs. Mandalorian Super Commando Battle Pack: Death Watch Soilder, Female Death Watch Soilder, Mandalorian Super Commando, Mandalorian Super Commando Captain, Mandalorian Skiff, Small Landing Pad-12.99$ -Duel on Mandalore: Pre Viszla, Darth Maul, Almec, Bo-Katan, Mandalorian Speeder Bike-39.99$ -Darth Sidious' Shuttle: Darth Sidious, Darth Maul, Savage Opress, Red Royal Guard-49.99$ -The Twilight Escape: Obi-Wan, Dutchess Satine, Darth Maul, Mandalorian Super Commandox2-119.99$ -Mandalore Planet Set: Mandalorian Shuttle/Dutchess Satine-9.99$( Not based off the Darth Maul Story Arc) Just Some Ideas, Thanks for Reading! -
  2. The UCS X-Wing looks interesting and certainly has a lot more detail than the previous version, but I'm not a UCS guy so this one is a pass for me. Anyone else notice how it's coming out at the beginning of May though, so people can pick this set and the May the Fourth Be With You exclusive minifig? I honestly think the we'll be seeing a Jedi Interceptoras the next UCS set, but I hope lego moves towards large Lego Exclusive sets(Geonosian Arena, Cloud City, Rebel Transport Ship.) By the way, I was looking into it and the only episode that the HH-87 Starhopper appears in with the pirates is the episode where Grevious attacks Hondo's Pirate Lair, and since this sets appears to be based off the pirates from the look of the speeder bike, I believe it will be based off that episode. Sorry I know it's a bit off topic at the moment, but someone was talking abouyt this a couple of days ago so I though I would share my information.
  3. I agree, although this set isn't as wanted as much as a Geonosian Arena or Cloud City, I would love to see a SPHA-T, here's how I picture it to be... Republic SPHA-T Walker: Clone Trooperx3, Clone Captain, Clone Commander, Agen Kolar, Geonosian Warriorx2-179.99$ By the way here are my ideas for next's big sets... -Cloud City -Mos Eisley Cantina -Banking Clan Frigate -Jawa Sandcrawler -Hoth Echo Base - Republic SPHA-T I probally think of the rest of my 2014 predictions later, but I think we can expect to see a lot of OT sets next year since Episode 7 will be in 2015. Thanks For Reading!
  4. I agree, I think playsets are a great way to capture Star Wars as the a lot of the Final battle in the Star Wars Movies often are actually duels between your main characters. So I hope in the coming years we see more sets a long the lines of the Duel on Geonosis and Jabba's Palace/Rancor Pit. By the way, did anyone notice the absence of Planet Series 4 at the Toy Fair? Does anyone else think this may be an indication that lego is actually changing the Series? EDIT- I was thinking about lego possibly changing out some of the minifigs they put in the planet sets, but I suppose it's possible they oculd be changing what planet's will be released actually because there are no PT, CW or EU planet sets in this series.
  5. I think the point is of Santa Jango Having his regular helmet is to 1. Actually let people know that it's Jango Fett and 2. So cheap guys like me can actually just put Jango Helmet on an regualr Mandalorian Soilder and call him Jango Fett
  6. I just bot the Umbaran MHC and I love it!
  7. Everything actaully looks pretty good, and I have to admit, I even like the sailbarge a bit more, certainly not enough for me to buy, but enough to admit it's okay. I'm going to end up buying... Mandalorian Speeder( It's a shame lego wasn't accurate with Darth Maul, but it still looks like a pretty good set.) Homing Spider Droid( Great lego actually included a Stass Allie instead of Adi, more move accurate and it's a good looking set.) Duel on Geonosis( An Incredible set if you ask me, since we get all new minifigs and a pretty large an detailed Hnagar Bay.) Advent Calander( The Best of the Best, I love the new Scout Trooper all the other great minifigs in it including Boba and Santa Jango, who I just plan on making a regualr Jango.) Republic Gunship( A great set that includes all the character's I really need to complete my Episode 2 collection.) Well, it looks like a pretty good year for lego, I can't wait until all the sets are out in another 6 months
  8. Thank you so much!
  9. Dear Star Wars Moderators and Regulators, I have been a member of Eurobricks since August 28, 2011(so about 1 year and 5 months), I have 273 post, and at least 75% of my post are within the Star Wars Topics. So with this information, I believe I have meant the requirements inorder to have a Star Wars theme tag. Therefore, can I please have one added to my profile?
  10. I would personally wait wait a bit longer until the Battle of Naboo goes on sale prices and buy at that point. If you want to build an army of clone troopers though, I would actually pick up 75000 Clone Trooper vs. Droideka Battle Pack instead of the 2012 Elite Clone Trooper and Commando Droid Battle Pack. At that point you could have some Attack of the Clones Clone Troopers and maybe down the line purchase the Homing Spider Droid set which comes with your generic clone trooper and jedi master Adi Gilla. I really don't know though it's up to you in the end.
  11. These sets look, well interesting... -Corporate Alliance Tank Droid- It looks very strange compared to the old one, almost like lego tried to put to much detail in it so they can say something is different in the set. I definently won't be picking this one up now, because if I were to get it, I would only be getting it for Jango who I can now pick up in the advent calander. -Homing Spider Droid- I'm actually really liking the looks of this one, it's nice to see an Adi Gilla finally, opening the door to possibly seeing a Stass Allie in the future. The Spider Droid itself looks actually like an improvment from the previous version and it's also nice to get a Dwarf Spider Droid along with this set, so I'll probally end up picking this one up. -Duel on Geonosis- I'm like the feel of this one as it really is just a playset. The minifigs are great although I can't see the new PIlot Droid at the moment. The only concern I have is the price, I can't see this set being 45 dollars, but I'm going to pick it up regardless of the price. -JEK-14's Jedi Starfighter- The minifigs are great looking and the ships okay, a bit blocky if you ask me, but I don't have an interest in the set itself so I can count this one as a pass. -AT-TE- Highly disappointing set, although it's nice to see a Coleman Trebor, the return of Geonosian Battle Droids and a Clone Commander, the set has not imporved much an there's a major lack in clone troopers that come with this set so it's a pass for me. -Jabba's Sail Barge- Worst set lego could have released I personally think, to much Jabba Stuff all in a short period of time. The set itself has actually gotten worst than the previous version, but the minifigs are great. Despite this it's certainly not enough to convince me to pick it up. I will eventually pick up a Max Rebo and Slave Leia on Ebay though. -Republic Gunship- A great set, glad to see you get the major characters all in one set and I also like the gunship a lot so I'll be picking this one up for sure. -Mandalorian Speeder- The best set of the Wave if you ask me. Although the speeder isn't the most accurate set we've ever seen, you get two Mandalorian Super Commandos and Darth Maul with Dark Saber and Regular Lightsaber. This one is an instant buy for me. -Starhopper- I have to admite, I'm a bit disapppointed in this set. The shape of the ship is a bit to inaccurate for me and I don't have any idea what episode of the CW this set is based off of. I'll have to wait for final pictures in order to make my final judgement call, but at this point, I porbally won't pick this one up. -Advent Calander- The best advent calander to date if you ask me. It's great to see some more exclusive minifigs in the calander this year, making it a purchase for me. As of now, I'm purchasing 4 out of the 9 sets coming out, but I'll wait to make my final call on sets until we see pictures at the Toy Fair on Monday.
  12. I have to admit all these sets are pretty disappointing... Iron Man vs. The Mandarin Ultimate Battle Showdown- The name certainly does not live up to the set, I personally was expecting a small kind of dueling area with some pieces that could break and explode, but we're getting a little crappy attack buggy instead? I also don't like The Mandarin at all, I feel like lego really should have put a lot more work into him and this set. Iron Man Sea Port Battle- Sadly I would say this is probally the best set of the Iron Man sets, since you get War Machine. I think if lego would have actually made a Sea Port Area for the boat to dock and stuff it would have better, even if the marked it up an extra 5$ or 10$. I still like War Machine though. Iron Man Malibu Mansion Attack- This set had so much potential, but lego had to make a little poor quality set. It sad to see how lego really sized down the Mansion and made it look like some shed. The minifigs are good though, interested to see why Pepper is in the Iron Man Suit and who that guy is piloting the Helicopter is. Despite this, lego wasted the opportunity to make a large 60$ dollar Manlibu Mansion. I personally won't be getting any of these sets, but I'm interested to see if lego makes a small set to go under the Malibu Mansion because at the moment it lacks an Iron Man Work Area and the whole wave lacks an Iron Patriot Minifigs so maybe we'll see that in the future.
  13. Well, it's been confirmed by Disney's CEO that there will actually be 6 new films. We'll get Episodes 7, 8, and 9 then we'll also see spin-off films based on individual characters. I'm personally interested to see how all these films will be done, but it feels like this was inspired by the way superhero movies are being done at the moment, One Film with all the characters, followed by movies centered around one individual character. This will have a great effect on lego products though as I think we can eaisly expect to see a mass amount of new fil sets, and probally a small amount of PT/CW based sets and probally one or two OT sets a year if we're lucky. So I hopefully next year lego will release a lot of large OT and PT based set. I'll I want in the end is one spin off movie based off of Boba Fett
  14. It goes to the year 2015 and that's the year that the Avengers 2 and the Justice League movies are supposed to come out, so I think we can expect the contract to be renewed. Hopefully next year will be the year we get some new Marvel and DC hero's such as the Flash, Green Lantern, the Fantastic Four, X-Men, in atleast one set for each hero. The Point is there's a lot more stuff to make for hero sets, so I wouldn't expect to see no more super hero sets, passed 2014.
  15. I have strong hopes that we'll eventually see a Satine minifig in a Mandalorian Shuttle set and I think even more likely a Mandalore Planet Set with her. As for Bo-Katan, I could see lego eventually doing some set based off the Clone Wars "A Friend in Need" including Bo-Katan, Pre Vizsla, Ahsoka, Lux Bonteri and the Speeder they where chased in. Now back on topic, I think I have figured out the US dollar prices of next wave's sets, again these are not the real prices, but estimates based off previous sets... Courporate Alliance Tank Droid- 24.99$(Sith Nightspeeder and Desert Skiff) Homing Spider Droid- 29.99$(Saesee's Jedi Starfighter, Geonosian Starfighter, Previous Spider Droid) Duel on Geonosis- 44.99$(Old Republic Starfighter) JEK-14's Sealth Starfighter-69.99$(Gungan Sub, Sith Infiltrator) AT-TE- 89.99$( Anakin's and Sebula's Podracers, Previous AT-TE) Jabba's Sail Barge- 119.99$(Malevolence, Republic Frigate) Republic Gunship- 139.99$(2011 Falcon) HH-47 Starhopper- 49.99$( Mandalorian Starfighter) Mandalorian Speeder- 24.99$(Republic BARC Speeder with Side Car) Jedi Deffense Starcruiser- 89.99$(Furry-Class Sith Interceptor, Palpatine's Arrest) UCS X-Wing-129.99$( I actually just assumed that one) Ewok Village (Arkham Asylum) If anyone thinks my prices are inaccurate, please tell me.
  16. I'm loving that Superman set to be honest. I think it's a great cheap way to get your main characters and some small stuff for them to battle with. I'll probally pick this one, just to get the main characters and start building up my Justice League eailer!
  17. I"ll pass on the AT-TE and the Sail Barge(I'll probally buy Max Rebo and Ree Yees down the road) but, I just have to get the Republic Gunship and the Advent Calander. The Gunship looks really big and comes with all the Episode 2 jedi I really want other than Stass Allie. That Advent Calander is the best yet though! We get an R5-D7(I have been considering getting another one of those for sometime now since mine was misprinted), Zam's Airspeeder(hopefully a sign that she's coming soon), Young Boba and A Santa Jango who I think just has a Red Jet Pack. I hope to see more pictures soon.
  18. Thanks for the picutre just2good! Do you think pictures of the other sets will come out soon too? I'm now completely dissappointed in the AT-TE, I guess it cool to see some Geonosian Battle Droids and Coleman Trebor, but I think Lego could have done alot more with this set such as including more clones, replaceing the Geonosian Battle Droid with actual Geonosian Warriors(They could have made these guys more exclusive) and adding a small Droid Weapon to have something to fight against the Republic. Im a lot more interested in JEK-14's Sealth Starfighter. Despite the fact that it does look pretty big and hefty, I'm loving the look of those minifigs, they all look pretty exotic and very well designed. Hopefully more pictures of all the sets will slowly leak out soon.
  19. They won't be since there in an EPII based set. I'm also disappointed in the Tank Droid since lego didn't take the opportunity and make it a Kashyyyk based set sincethat's when it really made it'sfirst action packed appearence there and it would have been an opportunit to see an update to some Wookie Warriors. I think Lego could have just thrown Jango into the Spider Droid set and called it a day since they don't seem to care much about movie accurate placing of characters anymore. As for the Ewok Village, it's nice to see one again, but I would have again perfered a Geonosian Arena or something more wanted or important, like a Cloud City or Jawa Sandcrawler. Hopefully in time we'll see these sets and more like them. As for the
  20. Great design for a Geonosis Areana LegoAcklay, but as for your question about lego making a Geonosian Arena this year, they won't since they have already announced the all the sets coming out this year. Although they woun't be making one this year I hope to see one in the future( Possibly in 2015 or 2016, just when all the Geonosis based from this year sets get discontiued.) similar to yours. here's the way I could see lego eventually making one... -Geonosian Arena: Anakin, Obi-Wan, Padme, Count Dooku, Mace Windo, Coleman Kjac, Kit Fisto, Geonosian Warrior, Super Battle Droidx2, Acklay, Nexu, Reek,( only problem with this is that I don;t know if lego would count them as minifigs or not, they counted the Rancor as a minifig, yet they didn't count the Boga as one)-119.99$ -Geonosian Droid Factory: Geonosian Battle Droidx8, C-3P0 Battle Droid, R2-D2-24.99$ You could combine the two sets together into one large set similar to Jabba's Palace. Just an Idea, thanks for Reading! @Fett Jango: I agree anything really AOTC is welcomed. Here are some other ideas for future AOTC sets... -Obi-Wan's Jedi Starfighter: Obi-Wan, R4-P17, Taun We-29.99$ -Chase through Coruscant: Anakin, Obi-Wan, Zam Wissile, Assassin Probe Droid, Zam's Airspeeder, Yellow Airspeeder-39.99$ -Hailfire Droid Attack: Geonosian Battle Droidx2, Shaak Ti, Clone Trooper, Republic Speeder Bike, Techno Union Fuel Tower-44.99$ -Padme's Naboo Starship: Anakin, Padme, C-3PO, R2-D2-49.99$ -Jango Fett's Slave 1: Jango, Boba, Obi-Wan, Lama Su-79.99$ -Republic SPAH-T Walker: Clone Trooperx3, Clone Commander, Clone Captain, Agen Kolar, Geonosian Warriorx2-179.99$ Just Some Ideas. Thanks For Reading!
  21. Great Job one the Imperial Fleet Cornwaille! My favorite be far is the TIE Bomber, which I think or atleast hope gets released again next year in a very similar version to yours! Wonderful job with each one
  22. I thought there was a lego designer from TLG who actually told someone in Baltimore about an upcoming Ewok Village set? Qucik Question by the way, in the Lego Star Wars 3 video game, I haven't played it, but I remeber there is level in there based off the First Battle of Geonosis. In that level I recall seeing either Stass Allie or Adi Gallia being a Jedi Character you could play, so my question at this point is it either Stass Allie or Adi Gallia because from that I think we can determine if who it is the Spider Droid Set since I know there's no real 100% sure answer at this point. I'm really hopefully that it's Stass Allie since she was the one actually at the ground Battle of Geonosis.
  23. Well here are my thoughts about the sets based on their describtions... 76006- I probally won't pick this one up as although it includes War Machine, doesn;t really apeal to me villian character wise. 76007- It's a shame lego didn't go all out for this set, I mean it doesn't sound bad, but they counld have really had some fun with it. Hopefully the unnamed minifig will the Iron Patriot though. 76008- This one sounds most interesting to me since it includes the main hero and villian in a cheap set, so I may end upo just picking this one up and having fun with it. 76002- Again this one sounds most interesting to me since it just includes the main hero and villian in a cheap set, so I'll actually probally end up picking this one up too. 76003- I believe this one is the Metropolis Showdown( please correct me if I'm wrong) and it sounds pretty decent as it includes most of the main characters and will most likely end up having some building or ship or something kind of large. Depsite this I probally won't pick it up since my main interest this year is Star Wars, I'm still looking foward to seeing how it turns out though. 76009- This one sounds good as well and comes with three of the main character for a cheap price, but I have no clue what the Black Zero escape is so I'll just have to wait and see. I'm really glad that there are two cheap sets with the main hero and villian and those are the one's I'll probally end up buying. I can't wait to see pictures soon! I'm going to be pretty upset with lego if we don't end up seeing an Iron Patriot minifig. I mean although I'm open to an Rescue minifig I think I would rather see an Iron Patriot minifig. If we don't see an Iron Patriot this year, hopefully we'll see one in 2014 or as the Marvel Exclusive minifig with purchase, but he really deserves to be in his own set.
  24. Well here are my thoughts about the sets... 75015 Corporate Alliance Tank Droid- Although it includes a much wanted Jango Fett, I'm going to have to pass on this one since I really have no desire for another Tank Droid, I may just make my own Jango Fett or buy him on ebay. Who know's though, I may just end up buying this one since it will probally only 20$. 75016 Homing Spider Droid- This one is another one I'm pretty uncertain about since it only includes one minifig I really want and a set I already have, but if it does include Stass Allie I may just have to pick this one up. If it's between me picking up this one or the Tank Droid it will be this one since I could probally pick up Jango for a pretty cheap price on ebay. 75017 Duel On Geonosis- This set sounds excellent, as it kinda of a small taste of Geonosis and all it has to offer. Although I'll pick it up for certain, the prices is kind of high, but I think it will be worth it. 75018 Jeks-14 Stealth Starfighter- I have no interest in getting this one, but I'm still looking foward to seeing how it turns out. 75019 AT-TE- When I first heard about this set I was so excited about there finally being a Colemen Trebor minifig, but I sadly mixed up the names of Colemen Trebor and Colemen Kcaj and when I found out how Coleman Trebor really was I was very disappointed so at this point I'm not going to buy this set simply because I have no real interest in the minifigs or the vechical itself anymore. 75020 Jabba’s Sailbarge- Highly disappointed in by the sound of this set. Despite the fact that it includes some great minifigs, It's not enough to convince me to be a pretty awful sounding set. It's too bad lego didn't wait a couple more years to release this one, then you would be able to select from a larger range of minifigs and include more things in the set. 75021 Republic Gunship- This set has truly grown on me for awhile now, and since we're finally hearing the full details I'll probally buy it. I don't have a republic gunship( I think that's the main problem with a lot of these set, a lot of people already own them, like I would have rather seen a new Hailfire Droid to replace the Tank Droid or Spider Droid) so it's a good opportunity for me to pivk one up with some new minifigs. 75022 Mandalorian Speeder- What a great set lego! It's cheap and it comes with much wnated minifigs, what can get better! I definetly pick this one up since I'm really excited about Darth Maul and although it's not Bo-Katan, I'm pretty happy to get the Red Mandalorian(or atleast those are what I think they are.) 75023 Star Wars Advent Calendar- This one actually sounds like the best advent calander yet as we get a Young Boba and Santa Jango, it was also smart of lego to really reduce the price on this set as I think that was the main problem with 2012's advent calender, but I think I'll have to wait and see pictures before I decided on this one. I'm really looking foward to seeing pictures now, hopefully we'll see some leaked images before the toy fair, but if we don't I'm okay with waiting a little bit longer!
  25. I also hope that the prices stay the same. Lego usually has pretty high prices for sets that are all about the minifigs so I think its nice to see some cheap sets that will contain some great minifigs. Just for the fun of it here are my preditions for the sets... Iron Man vs. Mandarin Ultimate Battle: Iron Man, Mandarian, Rescue-12.99$ Iron Man Extermis Seaport Battle: Iron Man, Firepower, War Machine-19.99$ Iron Man's Malibu Mansion: Iron Man, Tony Stark, Pepper Potts, Mandarian, Iron Patriot, Attack Helicopter(only like 75 pieces)-39.99$ (I actually think it's more likely to be 49.99$ similar to the Daily Bugle set.) I guess we'll just have to wait until tomarrow!
