No exaggeration but before S3 I’d seen theories that literally every single Jedi could have saved Grogu even like Mace Windu it was like you said one of the most anticipated reveals for S3 I kind of hope they do an episode in S4 covering the rest of the 30 odd year gap between Prequel and Mando timeline. I am surprised we didn’t get a Babylon surviving order 66 scene in Ahsoka tbh

If you look on EBay certainly in the U.K. there are so many 501st listings and at a decent price, anyone can use EBay so I don’t think people people need much experience in buying older figures. I sold all my P1 clones to parents on EBay buying it for their kids for Christmas. I get that it might be more accurate to the scene having them in but then there are shock troopers and plain clones in that sequence as well if I remember but then again when has Lego ever really cared about accuracy with sets they mash up and mix up characters all the time. I would be on board for 501st being in the set if it wasn’t for the fact that the past 3 of the last 4 battle packs have been dedicated to them when another legion would have sufficed

501st should not be in the Grogu escape set. The only exception is if it a named character or a variant we haven’t had before. Realistically though my money is shock troopers. We normally get new trooper in an expensive set (gunship) and then following year in a cheaper set

I think this is what drove some leakers away in the past if I remember right. It’s the double edged sword we are lucky they share their info but when you go cryptic with the leaks people tend to get to obsessive with it the point of insults

Yes Star Wars need more location sets but in the same breath this forum absolutely slaughtered the only location set we’ve got (rightly/wrongly so). It’s easy to do a location set badly but it isn’t as hard to cock up a ship design. Do Lego look at these forums? Do they listen to feedback?

Realistically after watching all of Ahsoka I feel like there isn’t really that many sets they can make. Lots of figures but location/vehicle is quite limited seeing as we got most of the cast in the first 3 sets. like would anyone buy a final Morgan vs Ashoka duel set? right now the only thing I could see is an imperial drop ship featuring the new stormtroopers and maybe Ezra. I think they’ll do a chimera set but honestly I think that will be saved for the Filoni film. Depending on how many battlepacks a year we are going to be getting we could get one with just the new stormtroopers but from the Disney plus shows there are already 5/6 battle packs they could have done for imperials that they haven’t so I’m not that hopeful.

I wonder if Sauron will be a normal mini figure scale or if they will use the Avatar legs (in a new colour obviously). then what other figures would they include? Would they redo the mouth of Sauron for example or just be Mordor Orcs and Uruks we don’t actually have many scenes at the tower so it is a bit of a wildcard unless they use figures from when Sam and Frodo dress up as Orcs (which would be pretty cool imo)

In the instructions for the lion knight castle they did make reference to the other factions didn’t they, could just be a reference or could be a hint at other factions coming in future sets

One of the post I saw on Instagram said that there were more castle sets to come is there any evidence of that yet or is that just speculation? I presume more castle sets they would relaunch the theme rather than keep it with the icons?

You’d also think the fact that purge troopers were in Kenobi as well so they have already debuted in live action. They are on the top of most wanted list

What are the odds on any knights appearing in this set and what are the chances of us getting a different faction from the ones we’ve had past couple of years?

I personally would be extremely annoyed if there was a new KOTOR set considering Lego have not touched the Jedi fallen order/survivor games. They already have the BD mold, the inquisitor blade molds, purge troopers would just need a new colour for the airborne trooper helmets. I know it was back when there was less material out but it was great that they used to release Lego sets based on video games feel like KOTOR had their wave. I just want Cal and the gang in Lego form

great final episode. Don’t think there is much potential set wise I think at this point some characters will probably get shown in other shows/films in the future

I was going to say people have very short memories. I remember everyone absolutely slated Thrawn when it first came out but because it’s the only figure he’s had and at the time in a cheap set I think people forgot. I also think that when we get the filoni film the E-wing will probably feature again more prominently and chances are could have also featured more in that rangers of the new republic which was cancelled so the ship will be more prominent to the films/tv rather than just eu

Would people want a rebels Chimera or one from Ashoka? I noticed the one last week has the same kind of appearance and look as the stormtroopers have. As in its look like there are gold bits where they’ve repaired the ship from the rebels finale. I personally would rather a rebels version even though the Ashoka one will probably come with better figures.

Normally when do we start to find out more about next years sets? It feels like all the battle pack info came quite early (but is that because we’ve shown so much interest in it. ) With regards to UCS sets I feel like in a perfect world they would split it so you have the UCS sets which are vehicles/ships without minifigures to end that debate once and for all and then you have your UCS minifigures (which is your Star Wars CMF) where you have all the details all the bells and whistles. A set of 12 every year. Then you have the location based UCS sets which will have all the quirky figures and iconic scenes like what the cantina is. Then it would just leave the normal system scale sets to have the minifigures the way they are now. IMO 95% of the figures are done quite well considering their target audience me personally I’ve never gone off a figure because they don’t have printed arms or legs. I suppose I’m the kind of collector where if I like it I’ll get it and if I don’t I won’t.

This is the same Lego company who sent people the collectors Hogwarts express set which hadn’t been officially revealed yet instead of the 90th Anniversary Castle. I sometimes think they just forget although out of curiosity do Lego actually look at the forums on here ?

Tbh after this super pack they need save all these different clone battalions for regular sets and leave battle packs for other factions. Especially as they are doing like 1 every 6 months at the moment. There are so many CIS, Rebel, New Republic, Imperial, Mandolorian battle pack potential they just need to vary it a bit.
