On that note, I've ended up with two Vampyre Castle sets - and now have a dilemma of selling one off or combining both into the one castle - has anyone seen any photos of this being done anywhere! Wouldn't mind having a idea of what it could look like to see if it's worth keeping or I should recoup some money and sell my second set off....

Yup! I have it sighted in front of me right now - I received it in the post as part of my shopforme Monster Fighters Collection order :P My weekend is sorted - Im hoping to build these 7 puppies and the full bunch of Monsters Studios sets I've been saving, and create my mega monster display....

Well seeings shopforme's group bulk buy offer ends on the 5th August I'd say it's going to be shortly after then - sooner in stores perhaps?

It's not an exclusive line so they probably all will be selling them. The zombie set however is an exclusive that will most likely go to TRU (pretty sure it's a TRU exclusive in the states). The Haunted House may not be as widely available.

It actually works out more like 28% as it's the 20% off then another 10% off that reduced price, not the first up price I think. That's how it's worked before...

Shopforme are going to sell the Monster Fighter 7-set bundle for 25% off (bumped up to 30% if 30+ do the deal - though I wouldn't rely on this). For those who are planning on buying the lot and have the money to do so straight up it's a pretty good deal, and brings the cost very close to the US. If they're decent they'll do the 30%, so it'll be like paying US prices. The usual Big W price is actually already lower than the Aus RRP which according to Brickipedia is $89.99. The US RRP is $60. So yep - very good price for Aus.

It was printed with the address label on the back - a $10 coupon. I haven't bought anything from Myer (and therefore with the myer one card since the mid-year toy sale last year, so I suppose they're right - it has been a long time! The only restriction applying to Lego is that you have to spend over $10, relinquish the voucher and have your Myer One card there - but that's it! Think it's worth a walk down at lunch - hopefully combine some exercise with a good bargain. I'll just have to figure out a set I actually want from Myer!

So I just received a Myer voucher in the mail that is valid until July 1 - which brings me to my question - do we know what date the Myer Toy Sale starts? Obviously I'd rather wait until the sale and use my voucher then if possible!

That - is very impressive. As a prospective purchaser, I just want to say - thank you - for what must obviously have taken many tens of hours of volunteer to put this together. I hope that enough BL sellers are able to participate in this venture in a way that isn't cost prohibitive!

Quick question: is the Super Heroes Funhouse set at $74.95 worth it? Probably the cheapest it'll be available for here in Aus but I'm still not convinced it's worth it at $75 (TRU with a $10 premium on aus rrp - 25% discount)... Thoughts from anyone who shelled out for it and is picky about what they spend their Lego money on? Or who has seen it in person? I cant help but think it looks a little anaemic, but it's the one set I don't have in that first wave so....

Shop for Me have a few decent prices in a Scratch and Dent sale - if you don't need pristine boxes. - VW Camper $127 (25%) - Batcave $85 (35%) - Marvel Quinjet $85 (35%) I picked up the Quinjet - unlikely to see that cheaper anywhere out this way (or even from OS)
