You could use this consept to build huge ferris wheel.

Hydraulic controls in real construction machines are very accurate. You can not actually compare it to lego pneumatic, even than princible of pneumatic is close to hydraulic system. LA:s are more realistic from drivers point of wiew.

Now this is kind of car I like! Very efficient and seems to be very rugged, no power loss for frictioning gears. I'm definitely going to try build this one!

I've seen couple of them here also but not for the logging... For the show mainly because they looks great with all chrome stuff. "American trucks" as they are called in here. :) E: In Gekke Ted's picture is a typical "show truck" what I meant! This is what we got a lot:

Hmm, never seen a long nose timber transport truck in a real life (except the really really old ones), so I just can't find the real life aspect from it. It still looks like a nice model so it's not that bad.

That is a good point, but if I buy and built the supercar I probably don't want to put it in pieces at all after it's done... it looks so great. These five sets I would easily just use for the parts. The price (79€) is not that bad because lego's are quite expensive here in Finland. Even though these sets are second handed.

Hi, I have own this set from 2008 but never build the B-model. Now I decided to give it a shot and also make it full RC. Specs: 2 x m-motor for propulsion (gearing 12:20) 1 x m-motor for steering 1 x m-motor for motorized chassis PF lights There's also suspension and fake V-8 engine but unfortunately no 4WD. But it's not that bad considering that it is a buggy not an "real" off-roader like A-model. It drives very well, I'm surprised that m-motors gives a relatively good speed and torque. Maybe because I use re-chargeable batteries in PF-batterybox? For me it looks like they are giving more torque than normal batteries. Weight of this car is about 1,5 kg so it's not huge but not tiny either. XL-motor would been better of course but since I don't own one I use m-motors. Yes, I noticed that too. After the engines are stopped it "floats" a second or so.

There was another vid also: But everyone seems to have a consensus that it's fake. Maybe so but as some have mention, it is still a great model.
