It’s almost definitely just a misread, granted how similar the numbers 2 and 3 are and all. Oh well, if it surprises us, so much the better, I’ll be even more broke!

Yeah Promobricks as close to a legitimate news website as exists in the Lego fandom so we can trust them. Plus with the pattern for enormous sets (Falcon in 2017, ISD in 2019, it's now 2021) we're due for one anyway, this year probably would have been just R2 and the AT AT if it hadn't been for the fan vote.

The prevailing theory atm is that it comes out Black Friday Weekend, so probably late September, early to mid October if they don't just spring it on us on Thanksgiving or whatever. I'm really hoping the Old Boba fig doesn't become super expensive on Bricklink because I really cannot excuse the S1 build.

Bo Katan's Starfighter, Siege of Mandalore, Bad Batch Shuttle. Granted they're Clone Wars sets but as far as I'm concerned at least those are prequels.

Cue Thomas Jefferson: “can we get back to Lego leaks?” on that note seeing as the Poe book leaked I wouldn’t be totally surprised if we got at least a shaky list for January soon.

Trying to wrest this to a slightly less controversial topic, I did a little measuring and by my reckoning, the BB Shuttle is roughly to scale with the Imp Shuttle which, while I would have absolutely preferred a "character" ship like this to be larger, is a really nice consistency, especially given the way the Bad Batch show is headed and granted that in canon the ships are roughly the same size. The speeders are still BS price inflaters excused as play features, though.

On the subject of sequel UCS sets I would buy a UCS Kylo’s shuttle without a second thought, and I think a lot of other people would too. Honestly it makes a lot of sense IMO for a UCS set in the near future. That said the one we have is essentially near UCS display value anyway so. Honestly I’m just enjoying watching people screech about a set I’ve very calmly and quietly decided isn’t for me and am minding my own business about. This is a great time to be a primarily play scale collector with all the free entertainment . Getting Cody in this set was always a pipe dream, and while I do agree that the clone commander should have been a pilot, I think a lot of people are dismissing an absolutely gorgeous set over what amounts to 1 single helmet mold.

Now that the Poe Dameron book’s been leaked you think we’ll see a list for Winter 2022 soon?

I'm probably in the minority but at this point the only figures I really want are Wanda, Loki for Throg, Sylvie and mayyyyybe Cap Falcon, that hair looks so ridiculous. White Vision I don't care about, Monica's costume is just straight up boring no matter what Lego does with it, the Caps all seem the same to me but that might change when I watch What If, Spidey Supreme is somehow too detailed, Star Panther also just won't be a visually grabbing figure, unless Warmora has a special sword mold, you can make her with a Thanos legs and torso, and what new can you really do with Bucky. But that's just me. I might still end up trying to collect the whole set simply for fun but ehhhhh.

Looks really cool, but not for me. That Mace Windu head is going to be insane on Bricklink, though.

I really just want it to look good. I don’t care much about the figs if it’s a really really pretty set. I’m definitely in the “no studs” camp but if it does have a lot of exposed studs and it still looks good I won’t give y’all too many bingo slots. Still iffy about this one, might wait for the AT AT instead.

The obvious time was Lego Con. Wouldn't be surprised if it just gets dropped August 1 and we all end up scrambling given how big a mess their website is and how internet-breaking the gunship has the potential to be, this set should have been a pre-order starting at LegoCon. I just want a grainy picture at least. SOMETHING. LET ME MAKE A DECISION.

Man I just want any information about the Gunship because not knowing whether you need to save 350 dollars when you're in high school is tough After the Slave One and given that there's been nothing heard about them since, I have to wonder if the minifigs were incorrect. It's pretty hard to mistake Windu and Fordo (I know it's not ACTUALLY him but come on ) but there's still hope I guess.

She needed cheekbones and a less prominent grin. Also fluffier hair and a somehow thinner crown. I completely agree on the Spidey. A lot of figs lately have been looking like bootlegs and I'm not sure how I feel about it. On the one hand it's great to see the amount of detail they're finally putting into figures, but on the other, it sorta changes the feel of the whole product, ya know? Lego in its very nature is somewhat simplistic at a baseline and I kinda like that.

Yeah I saw someone say that. Pity, seeing as a Spider Strange fig would have been really cool. Makes me wonder if other parts of the list are bogus too.

Tbh I'm not a big fan of the spidey suit it's so busy. Also not a fan of the implications for What If. Sylvie looks all right. Her crown is a little thick but it's from the same people who created Wanda's so at least it's better then that.

Nah it's too soon for ANOTHER Slave One. I hope it happens but not in 2022 or even 23 tbh. 24 at the earliest.
