How low do people see Repainted Boba falling on Bricklink once the initial hype around the release dies down? It's a gorgeous figure so I imagine it won't go below 15 at most. (I'm mostly just trying to figure out how to get my hands on it without spending A, half the price of the actual set, or B, buying the actual set, because ew).

I just got another "we're doing our best to get your order out" email. I'm beginning to get annoyed. Also any guesses on a timeframe for a January list dropping?

There are some figs and sets that will always be valuable; chromes come to mind immediately, as do Rex and Thrawn tho they should become much less of an issue in the near future if Lego doesn’t drop the ball on TBB and Ahsoka. The 20th Ann Slave One, Kylo’s shuttle and Vader’s castle are all works of art that will rightfully appreciate in value. But so much of it is such a stupid false inflation mess. That one Lando figure, Bail Organa, Fulcrum…they’re the product of hype trains primarily. I cant wait for the inevitable crash so we can go back to business as usual. Hopefully the YouTube TM culture around Lego dies in the next few years, but it’ll never go back to the much more lowkey 2012 community and that sucks.

Has ANYONE gotten a shipped notification from August 1 that wasn’t the Shuttle or Chamber? It’s been three days and I’m getting annoyed.

I could have gotten everything off Amazon and had it yesterday, still can, but my stupid order’s in the stupid warehouse because stupid Lego corporate can’t be stupidly faster.

Am I the only one who wishes the Mortar Trooper was a darker yellow? I don't have it yet because my ORDER is still in WAREHOUSE because of the AMERICA DELAYS but just off the site pics and pictures I've seen of other people's it looks realllllyyy bright.

Very very interesting results with the Shuttle and Mando fighter being on backorder and the gunship still being available. That's honestly surprising to me but I guess the Minifigure Discourse hurt it more then I thought it would. Goodbye, UCS Venator, I guess . Currently hyped I got in before the queues and all that rot began and my order is currently "in warehouse". I am a little annoyed Amazon didn't put them up until like the next morning which means I have to wait like a week as opposed to getting them tomorrow >:(

I didn't even realize that was a thing and I'm glad I had the site open at like 11:30. Honestly this seems to be going much better then January did on the whole. Kudos, Lego. Minor ones, for being able to take our money properly, but kudos nonetheless.

For me the Cruiser wasn't loading and I think I got REALLY damn lucky because I waited it out and I got em all in one order. As of now I have two Marauders, the Fighter, the Cruiser and I grabbed the Saturn V because I've had my eye on it for ages. I think I'm going to grab the Forge later I didn't want to go THAT broke. EMAIL CONFIRMATION! WOO! the missions, the nightmares, they're finally over. I'm honestly shocked nothing's sold out yet including the Gunship.

Says my order has been placed, but have not yet received confirmation email. I had an error message and had to reorder it but it went through at least so I am still hopeful. They also billed me. So...

In little more then 24 hours the assault on Lego's servers begins. TO WAR! Apparently there's already delivery delays in North America which sucks. The timing is highly irritating, but at least they're warning us in advance.

From what I’ve heard it’s set for September? Am I completely wrong?

Does anyone have an estimate on when the Widow helicopter chase will retire? It's been up for at least a year if I'm not mistaken (thanks Covid) and I obviously had no interest in it until I watched the movie a week or two ago. I just wanna make sure I don't miss it.

I’m just having flashbacks to January and doomering a little is all It probably will be fine, especially since after the disaster that was January they allegedly went full upgrade mode to prevent botting and proof of concept is the Bugle being still available the day after release. Lego is learning, slowly but surely.

I just hope I can get my hands on one cruiser, one fighter and one transport but I’m scared the Gunship’s gonna break the freakin site. Then again it handled the Bugle just fine from what I remember, and I’d argue the Bugle has a wider appeal. The Covid days of bots trying to get their hands on Trouble on Tatooine of all things may be behind us, but I’m still gonna be up til midnight. one week til d-day, folks. may the force be with you all.

Gunship goes first thanks to scalpers, then it’s tied for Mando fighter and Cruiser. Slave 1 has limited appeal being a VERY recent remake but the Marauder is a contender with its army building potential. The Shuttle and Vader’s Chamber will not go out of stock for a solid week between preorders and just being bad sets. Duel on Mandalore will probably drop off by the second or third day bc that Maul fig is prime scalper real estate but it’s the smallest set so there’s probably more copies in the warehouse.

Question: Was this year’s January lineup typical or is it usually bigger? Just wondering for budgeting purposes
