I have lived through lean times beofre in castle world. I have 20+ years of castle collecting (brickshelf member dgh) and I think Lego does a good job of using great sets to bridge the gap. In 2001 and 2002 We got a re-release of the Guarded Inn and the Black Falcon Fortress and in between we got the Blacksmith Shop exclusive. All came after the original crownies fought the bulls. Then after the exclusives we got the Easter Egg Knights (Morcia vs Vladek) Likewise the MMV came in between the fantasy trolls vs new Crownies and Dwarfs Now in 2012, another lean time unless you count: The Joust Super Set (want 3). Collectable Minifigs Highlander (want 25), Roman (50), Mythical minetaur(sic)(15), Female viking (25), Bag pipe guy (3) and red eyed Knight (25). Even the Bride, Neptune, Genie, Red Riding Hood, Fan Dancer and others have castle value We also have the VIP exclusive CMF results super set. We could get both the Elf and Spartan warrior. Maybe even a Robin Hood. By the way any news on this CMF set of I think five figures.

There were two poly bags that came out at the same time. A lion knight and a dragon knight war wagon. Has that one been released here in the US. Still see much more Lion Knights tahn Dragon Knights the Joust justs adds more to the lion faction.

Just went by a walmart near the Kansas Speedway in eastern Kansas. I hit the jackpot. one full case of series #3 figs. No Joke. I got three elf, three samauri and one indian chief. Walmart is awesome.

I would like to see four or five knights, some squires, fans, royal host of the tourney. A royal viewing stand, some tents, lots of weapons, jester, musicians, trophies ( gold silver and bronze from the collectable minifigs) And would it not be wonderful for Lego to sneek in some of their really older minifigs. I think they are releasing a classic woodsman and knight for a toys r us promotion (Bricktober) Lego please give us a classic black knight from Black Monarch's Ghost 6034 or Black Knight 6009. New to the forums but lego castle collector for over 20 years. Army factions below photos not great quality and about 18 months old, but taken when I reached 3500 figures in my castle world. I don't have that many horses, many were used in multiple shots. I am probably short 75 heads, 100 legs and many many helmets. I have added about 700 more since these photos were taken. Have added the newest castle lines 80 dragons and 90 new lions, tons of collectable minifigs 10 robin hoods, 55 spartans, 20 samauri, 38 elves, 53 muskateers, 30 vikings, 30 pharroh, 1 ninja, and about a dozen mis-picks once the bar codes and bumps went away.
