Alright then, Thanks a lot man!

Thank you! Indeed they are, was looking forward to using them in a build. Thanks a lot! I love it too, unfortunately I didn’t come up with the technique. Thank you!

My latest MOC, hope you’ll like it 😃

While I should be building castle themed MOC’s for Summer Joust, here I am in the post-apocalyptic future 😆 My latest MOC, hope you like it. Day 839: John and I made some ground today. Still a long way to go. Found some corn, not the good kind though. We’ve made camp at an old auto garage, decent enough but the water’s no good. No company today, let’s see how long it lasts..

Hey everyone The latest addition to "A Thirst For Vengeance". The pictures are terrible but hopefully the builds are okay Radoslaw had stayed at the monastery for a few hours, waiting for the Elders to deliberate his request. He hoped that at least some would remember the oaths sworn to his father, but was painfully aware of how easily allegiances change. His thoughts were interrupted by a soft knock on his chamber door, followed by a hushed voice. “Sire, the Elders have passed their judgement. The Elders remain neutral in this matter, and thus the blessings of the Celestial Smith shall not be granted.” Radoslaw was hardly surprised but disappointed nevertheless, the list of allies grew thinner and thinner. As the large monastery doors opened, sunlight cut through the perpetual semi-darkness of the halls and chambers that comprised the tall gray building. Radoslaw was escorted outside by an elderly monk, clad in simple black robes, indicating his function as loremaster. Just as Radoslaw walked out of the gate, the old monk cleared his throat. He proceded to pull something from under his robes. To Radoslaw’s surprise, the monk presented him with a sword. Before he could could gather his thoughts or formulate a question, the monk uttered a silent instruction. “The less you know, the better.” He then turned around and walked back inside, closing the doors behind him.

Thank you! I wanted something that could theoretically fit in to any setting. I was torn about some sort of energy effect to simulate an active portal, but went with the inactive kind :) They are from 80107 - Spring Lantern Festival, but I got mine from BrickLink :)

My latest MOC, The Portal Cliff. Hope you like it 😃

Thank you! :)

Thanks man! I do own a couple of them, but it just felt better using the nazgûl horses ;) Thank you! It was a lot more complicated than I had anticipated, glad it worked! Thank you! After a quick google search, I can see what you mean :D

My latest MOC, returning to the dark side of fantasy. Hope you like it 😃 “A rumor among the peasants claim that on silent autumn nights, a dark coach can be seen on the horizon, followed by a sickly green mist. The villagers hastily gather their children and lock their doors. For any child that is left outside after nightfall will never be seen again. Those unfortunate enough to witness this in person, turn pale and speak of a hideous coach, covered in spikes and strange symbols. A large cage-like contraption at the center, containing the crying children snatched along the road. The vehicle is supposedly pulled by two black horses with flaming red eyes. Witnesses claim that some sort of sorcerer or necromancer is behind this, which would explain why the coach is also said to be flying a few yards above ground - never leaving any wheel marks.”

I was thinking of the picture having a meditative effect, but yes building truly is like meditation.. when it’s not just frankly trying to capture the “genius” idea you just had 😂

My latest MOC, dedicated to my grandfather who recently passed away. Hope you like it. It was custom for the four kingdoms to have an embassy in each others capitals. This made diplomatic work much easier than sending a traditional diplomatic contingent. These embassies quickly became important status symbols for their respective rulers. What had started out as simple townhouses, meant to house a couple of diplomats had since turned into mansions worthy of the wealthiest city-dwelling nobles. This was especially true for the embassy of the Archduchy of Rabenfels, also known as the Black Falcons due to their heraldry depicting a falcon on a blue or yellow background. Rumor has it that the bird is actually a raven or a crow, referring to the their ill-gotten wealth. The embassy is currently governed by the archdukes nephew Alexander Raben, who notoriously neglects traditional diplomatic duties in favor of knightly sport and diplomacy by the sword.

An older build that I somehow never got around to post on Eurobricks. The MOC is trying to capture the spirit of the old sets, while also trying to recreate the minifigs with new parts.

I think we can all relate! I feel like light/dark-bluish gray is just a bottomless hole, the more you get, the more you need. Best of luck for the castle MOC, excited to see how it turns out! Thanks man! I did want the lance to be the focal point, so I’m glad it works.

Thanks man! Yeah me too, but I’d have to make some expensive BrickLink orders in order to realize my vision.
