It was great having a druid around, but this druid was not quite as proficient in his skill as Erdy had been. It was unfortunate, but true. Erdy would have had Erik up and about by this time. Why would Nessa only take 5 damage? Not that I mind.

    I try to keep my composure as Erik goes down, and I kick myself hard for putting him in such a position. What were the chances? I mentally mutter. "Not great people. We need to see improvements. Sylph, do your utmost to get Erik back up before the battle ends. I trust your roots to the natural life to do their part in helping you.     Okay, thanks! I charge Drake from the Front Row with the Heavy Flail. I suddenly notice the demon stealing the shako and the rest of the commanders goods. I kick myself for not stopping him from targeting. "It seems the loot distribution for this party is not much a party leader responsibility anymore. There's no loot to divide." If I work out for Zasies to get killed can I keep her mace? It would go great with my flail. ...If I could actually hit something that is.

    I had thought of that for the bleeding, but I decided to not do so, because I thought that Morgan and Henry may not be people that we would want to target every round because of their specials. If they aren't sealed, they can be a pain in the megablocks. I totally forgot about encouraged. Berserkers without shields can really be a pain though. Right now I have an Amethyst, Ruby, and Sapphire imbued in one and a Diamond in one. I think the heavy flail I'll keep without any gems so I can use it against all enemies except undead. Where do you think I should go from here though? Garnet with the Diamond? Should an Opal or Topaz go with the Ruby and Sapphire? I would have gotten and Opal with the Amethyst when I bought it, but I kind of wanted a Wind-elemental weapon in the Flying Cross (because it seemed to make sense. ) which made me choose the Sapphire.

I just wish my angel would allow me to hit something, but it seems as if God wants me to remember my job is that of a healer of wounds and that I should be fighting demons rather than just mere crooks and rogues. Well, let's see how this goes. One blast of this and Drake should fall to our combined strength and his weakness. I have to say, I'm not used to fighting with such a heavy weapon, especially at my age. Haven't done so in years, but it does make the blows, when I do deliver them, all the more sweet." I swing my Heavy Flail at Drake from the Back Row once again. Follow the Druid's instructions everyone. "So what? The Bonapartes don't have enough money to purchase their people new uniforms? Ha! Absolute rubbish. Methinks you stole the uniforms you had, if you ever had them, and the heroes who encountered you rightly relieved you of them, hence your inability to just gain new ones. You cannot deceive me." CMP, I still don't understand how Morgan's free hits and damage work. Is it any benefit to me to fight in the back row, or does she do the same amount of damage for either row? If there's no benefit to fighting from the back row, I will obviously strike Drake from the front.

    If you had all the elemental gems available to you. How would you divide them between your weapons? Personally, I think I would put: amethyst, ruby, sapphire, opal, and topaz in one and diamond, aquamarine, emerald, and garnet. But does that make the most sense?

    Oh, I didn't realize they got Ji Pei reputation there. I was looking for a quest where Haldor, Hoke, and Tesni served together without other heroes. The conga line is fantastic. Oh, dear! Sandy, you seem to have forgotten one request:

    Wait a minute, what does this mean? I thought it meant that she is fighting from the back row so our damage against her is halved. I guess I'm wrong...or? Why would she deal full damage to me? I don't have specific tools for dealing with your sort for no reason. It's hard not to hate something that has arisen from the pits of the netherworld itself, one has to be blind to appreciate such creatures as yourself. May I put in a request to God that He provides somewhat more adequate clothing for His messengers." The angel appears to ignore my comment. "Well, focus on the battle gentlemen, and ladies too, no need to be distracted by those who cannot be clothed in human apparel. I strike Drake from the Front Row with my Heavy Flail. "Hopefully my investment in this will pay off," I mutter. "Druid, instead of Sealing Henry, you could perhaps Blind Morgan, but for now I'll leave you to it." We follow Sylph's Battle Order and actions.

    "Bah! Forgot you gave Erik that hood of yours." Henry's specials are not magnificent, but if you want to seal him for now, go ahead. I don't see why you want Nessa targeting him though, I would prefer if she would targets Drake, since she would deal double damage with her amethyst-imbued blade, but if you think it's best..."
