  1. As the license is based on the comic does that mean that we'll be getting Miles Morales as spider-man since Peter Parker died?
  2. I thought that Spider-Man Lego was allready confirmed...
  3. Well, it's quite similar to 9445 and at the same time it's not. So I think it could go either way.
  4. This one?. It's a 1st half year set. Did you see a vehicle in the first season that wasn't released as a set? I don't expect it to be any different in season two so the answer is most likely yes.
  5. "Half Year". The wrecking ball is a first half year set.
  6. The Wreckingball is a 1 HY store exclusive set.
  7. Yes, but Lego ain't going to release that many sets in the size of 7573 Battle of Alamut in one single theme. Probably not more then one or two per year. So I think we would see a lot of places scaled down quite a bit. e.g. a Hems deep might not be more than a piece of the wall and a two or three minifigs per side.
  8. Isn't there a few toy fairs in january or february? I'm guessing any revealings of a Lego Lord of the Rings theme would be done at at least one of those fairs.
  9. I wouldn't say that one theme is replacing all those three themes. One of the license slots are taken by the new Superheroes theme and looking at the number of themes it doesn't really change that much. Sure there's a drop in historic themes but that's merely a return to normal looking at the last few years.
  10. As several has already said above: You shouldn't give up hope about this theme just yet. Pretty much all that has been leaked so far is january - april stuff. Most of the releases beyond that has neither been confirmed or ruled out yet.
  11. Yes, but the key here is: Is LotR popular amongst kids. And 7-12 year old kids that is. I'm not totally convinced that it is. :/ Yes, but thats the "Master Toy License" which concerns action figures, toy weapons and stuff like that while lego & Mega bloks etc goes under a "constructible toy license", or whatever it's called.
  12. It looks a lot like a single piece to me.
  13. No Alien Conquest in 2012. Not sure there's a new space/sci-fi theme at all for 2012...
  14. Not in 2012.
  15. I think the release schedule is an overlooked source of information. It doesn't contain any information on sets. It lists the themes that gets new sets in a specific month and also how many sets that theme gets. Kind of like this: (I just added random names and numbers to the list) The list we have at work is for the full year. There are two new themes for 2 HY on that list that are yet to be confirmed and I believe that at least one of these themes hasn't been mentioned on this site at all.
  16. I'm sorry guys but we've got the release schedule for the whole of 2012 at work now and Kingdoms isn't on it. Not a single Kingdoms set in whole 2012. Now there's an extremely slim chance that Lego Sweden has decided to not take in Kingdoms 2012 but that feels quite unlikely.
  17. I kind of do but I didn't want to ruin everbodys friday night. Specially since as Im not 100% sure until I can doublecheck on the release schedule for 2012.
  18. Spongebob 2012 pictures: 3817 The Flying Dutchman 3818 Bikini Bottom Birthday Party
  19. To me Heroica seems like a failure. It just isn't selling in the store where I work. And the Lego rep that came by the store today to present 1HY 2012 sets said that the trend is the same in all the stores he visits. So around here Heroica is a huge miss despite all the advertisement that's going on. :(
  20. It's not in the first wave...
  21. They've must have redone the catalogues then since all of the retailer catalogues I've seen covers the whole year. BTW the first post mentioning the latest Kingdom sets were posted 23 december 2010. So it's still time for sets to show up. But I wouldn't keep my hopes up though...
  22. Now I'm no expert on electronics but shouldn't it be safe to feed a 12v motor with just 4.5 volts. If it's a 12v motor it would reveal itself by moving slower than normal.
  23. It's intresting to see that this theme does continue even if only with two sets a year. And I guess that it means that Lego Spongebob sells well in at least some markets or that lego's license forces them to release a certain amount of sets. Here in Sweden they've only been available through S@H since the 2008 wave and I've been told by sources inside lego that this is due to poor sales.

I like the overall shape of the car. However I'm not sure about the mix of light and dark grays and the dark red backside.
  25. Actually it's both. It has a mobile Fire Fighting HQ as well as transport for what looks like an 8-wheeled Amphibious firetruck. BTW That "Recycle Truck"-set for which pictures has yet to leak is actually a flatbed truck that comes with a recycle station. The recycle station has three containers that can all be loaded onto the truck at the same time. And there's also a forklift that can be used to load the containers onto the truck. And it too comes with that red wheelbarrow. As this set is a store exclusive i expect it to be at least slightly overpriced... :/
