  1. As above, a great build @Legion_ Do you have some detail on what is happening within the scene? The masonry sits so well with the rock and stone here. A great display, And I LOVE the use of old and new grey. It adds some wonderful distressing looks to the rocks and archways
  2. A nice vignette but some description would sit well alongside this, The plinth works well this little piece
  3. *Your entry has earned 5 XP* Clan Eldar’s rank had become somewhat thinned as the war against Pyerce took its toll but we couldn’t ignore the call for help from those that shared our common enemy. As rumours abound of hidden Imperial activity across the Galaxy, Ryloth fell silent. Unable to investigate as our forces were needed elsewhere a probe was sent ahead to survey the situation on Ryloth... The scars of war circle Ryloth like an unwanted and unwelcome guest. With each night, more debris falls from the sky to create a new light show above Ryloth. Hidden amongst this, Clan Eldar’s small probe passes across the sky unseen and unnoticed as it makes landfall… Slowly and with a sharp hiss the capsule slowly cracks and opens, revealing it’s cargo. The sky and surrounding terrain it’s only audience. Gently, the chaos of wires, pistons and gadgetry unfurls and slowly raises above the capsule to reveal an aging probe droid. Almost immediately the soulless eyes begin observing the planet, each gaze studied, evaluated and categorised as the Eldar probes collects information on Ryloth. Over the crest of rocky terrain an opencast mine lays before it. Opportunistic corporations seemingly take advantage of Ryloth’s limited resources to the benefit of no one native. As the Probe studies the mine a shuttle raises skyward revealing its Imperial colours, lost amongst the terrain of Ryloth the Probe moves across the landscape to further probe this imperial incursion and report it’s findings to the Clan via its monitoring post near to Ruusan…
  4. I see TT are heading to Ahch To too! 😉 Its a great design and interpretation of the Probe theme,
  5. Welcome Thomas, I look forward to seeing your story unfold,
  6. They work for me, a nice design in this building. Great design! you’ve captured quite a lot in this build!
  7. Another great vignette here @RocketBoy You've captured some great detail in this small scene
  8. I love this ship build, it's a really faithful faithful recreation and the surrounding terrain works incredibly well, showing how its been relatively abandoned with the soil coming over the landing pad - great use of baseplates! The Comms tower and turret are fantastic too - some great design in these! Special mention for the T-47 and that dust trail
  9. I love this, the terrain, the ship design and the Porgs! Thanks for the CE build
  10. This is a fantastic build, from the water line to the pier and market stall and then up to the slaves over looking this. Studying this build is a really enjoyable experience - so much to take away from this
  11. A really great build, you’ve captured some great detail in the design here it’s nice to see the detail continue to the level below too!
  12. You've captured some nice atmosphere here in such a small footprint, well executed!
  13. Thanks, I had built this with some SNOT work but it looked a little distracting and blended too much into the building (but that is more how i built it over the technique per se) Next time I build rocky outcrops it'll be SNOT and plates to make it more varying
  14. I saw this on Flickr, I love the roots cutting into the buildings, it really adds some nice detail
  15. Nice build here, some nice details involved in this build. I like the floor detail alongside the building detail too. That speeder really sits well with the build too,
  16. A wonderful build, I love the planets piece roof (i've used for similar before and they are really effective). I love how it's almost divided into thirds, The building and rocky outcrop, the tarmac and then the Baobab and surrounding fauna. I think you've really captured a sense of community here in the build with the placement of minifigures. I think there was a danger of a cluttered build but the placement negates this risk! I always look forward to your builds, always great!
  17. That wall detailing as it breaks is very nicely done, We're seeing a bit more of the story here, i like it!
  18. CC is always helpful, you're right about the plates (and a reason i tried to avoid two slopes of the same together), i'm a little limited in DBG owing to a concurrent non faction big build taking all my dbg parts. But i was pleased with how it initially looks but i think a little more SNOT and plates would have allowed a little more design in the rock here. I'm pleased with the border too, i liked how it looks like the build has slipped beyond its initial footprint
  19. Really great Star Wars build here, The “fear leads to anger” riff in your story opens a great narrative too. I think the Ninjago head works incredibly well for the Togruta head too. The homestead build is great with lots of subtle detail in the build I’m very fond of.
  20. Welcome W0Lv/Syphon to Clan Eldar!
  21. A great build, well executed too to get that floor perfectly round with no gapping between the plates. I like the blue light, centre of the build, and I think the 1x1 trans blue bricks was a good choice as it looks like little pulses of light! A nice temple moc on the whole too, the different colours add to the weathered look and just the right amount of vegetation too,
  22. *Your entry has earned 7 XP* Through the barren wilderness of Ziost, three small figures cross the plateau aiming for the monolith ahead of them. As they get closer, they finally see the abandoned tower cut into the rock face, erupting from its summit. Tasked by Clan Eldar, now the planet was under its protection, to chart the landscape lost to history the three explorers gathered around the rent in the rock face. What was once a door had been torn open and exposed in the ravages of time. Light in hand they begin their investigation and enter. They slowly make their way through the tower and reach the top. To them, it looked like nothing more than an old garrison and their droid confirmed as much to them. However, they noted the watchpoint was recently stripped of equipment. From this high he could make out little more, "Hand me those macrobinoculars", he asked his droid. "At once, Sir" Finishing the climb, the 3PO unit stopped short "Oh my, there's someone coming" Footsteps, echoed from the stairwell...
  23. You've captured some nice detail here, theres some nice building techniques employed to this build from the grate through to the conveyor belt and TIE. Although the TIE is a little cubed around the cockpit I really like the design, the scale doesn't bother me as having it slightly smaller then it should allows for it to be kept within the confines and also not overpower the characters below. Great job,
  24. What a great story, the images and narrative compliment each other incredibly well. The build looks great, it really has that imperial vibe
