That’s a competely BRILLIANT idea! I agree with @williejm - it’s so well detailed. I’m familiar with Hopistal Wing but I will check Dumbeldore’s Office out shortly.

There is a new Harry Potter set that has a carriage in it. I think it would be great for Lion King’s Castle!- 2,976 replies

Did someone say a baby Fawkes? Anyways, the new sets are….AWESOME!! I like them a lot! But i need someone to provide me more details on a few sets like 12 Graimwuald Place, Minstry of Magic and Dumbedlore’s Office. I’m just visually impaired so I have a trouble seeing some details. I know someone did provide some great details on Hopsital Wing here a few months ago but I can’t remember… -

Brick-built Animals VS Molded Animals
Lion King replied to Lego David's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I don’t understand why Ninjago theme stick to brick-built dragons if it’s already over 10 years (let’s say, it’s an evergreen theme) and it’s still popular. If it’s that popular, I think they may make dragons out of molded body parts and then reuse / recolor them in Ninjago’s subthemes, such as Jungle Dragon, Water Dragon, Fire Dragon, etc… Head, jaw, and wing molds are only TLG produces. Sure, making body parts for medium-size dragon is quite expensive but still… Jurassic World theme is a good expample - Giganotosaurus has an Indrominus Rex’s head mold (recolored) from 2015 and its legs are not very new but only recolored. Personally, I hope we would see a nw molded dragon from fantasy theme one day. -
Jurassic World 2022 - Rumors & Discussion
Lion King replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
Yeah, I’m not very familiar with store chains anywhere outside USA. I thought KMart went “extinct” in USA (it’s where I’m from) but Australia still has KMart. I only know UK has Smyth, that’s it. -
Whatever you say, I still prefer molded creatures - it’s my opinion, not yours. :) Anyways, yeah, dragons are quite expnsive to be made but I would think it’s more cool to collect a molded dragon for fantasty realm. I always enjoy collecting molded creatures.

Jurassic World 2022 - Rumors & Discussion
Lion King replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
I mean yeah ther will be Dominion sets but it’s unccesary to change logo on S@H if there are / will be Camp Cretaceous sets. I think a metallic gray logo suits for all sets, lol? But whatever. I like the yellowish amber logo one more than metallic gray one. -
Well, what a bummer. Quite true. But if Ninjago introduces any new molds for dragons, they could reuse for future sets in this theme. Or these body parts would be reused for other themes (for example, Harry Potter). It would be easy to save money within budget limit. Like Jurasic World thee, dinosaur’s body parts are reused / recolored. Head, jaw, and wing molds are not enough for me, IMO.

Disney Properties 2022 - Rumors & Discussion
Lion King replied to Soupperson1's topic in LEGO Licensed
Yes that’s correct but it’s a big difference…. Muppet Series is a pure series of Muppet characters while Disney Series is a mix of different characters. That’s why I said “no Disney Series 3”. :) -

No Disney Series 3 this year - we will have Muppets Series and regular Series 23. Don’t know abut D2C. -
Well, i kinda hope some dragons are molded instead of brick-built. Just saying.

Mmmm, no offical reveal yet. -
Maybe it’s more unpopular than I imagine - I think Star Wars theme should be discontinued after 20 years of “evergreen”. Shocking, is it?

Jurassic World 2022 - Rumors & Discussion
Lion King replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
Is it me or did I see the change of Jurassic World logo on Lego S@H? I mea of course this new color of the logo on the website matches with Dominion’s logo’s color scheme. But I thought the metallic gray logo is “permanent” for this lego theme? -

There will be a Thersal foal mold, right? No new molded creatures (other than Fawkes and Cornish Pixies)? -
Brick-built Animals VS Molded Animals
Lion King replied to Lego David's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Oh I didn’t realize about Goblin King showing up in Hobbit (I never watched Hobbit movies before, I must admit it). I sure hope LOTR makes a comeback with some great molded fantasy creatures. Creatures from Harry Potter theme are just…well, disappointing (except for Fawkes, Cornish Pixie, and Thersal). -
10305 Lion Knights' Castle 90th anniversary set
Lion King replied to R0Sch's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
I don’t see this large set as a 3-in-1 set. I think it’s absurd - I mean, does it takes a long time to design a large 3-in-1 set after the poll resul last year? I’m sure a large 3-in-1 set could drive designer insane. i prefer this large castle under “Creator Expert” category…- 2,976 replies

Brick-built Animals VS Molded Animals

I don’t remember Goblin King from LOTR but yeah i agree with you about trolls! Speaking of LOTR, there were some creatures like Great Eagles that are made out of molds. -
