  1. This is an incredible creation! There's so many details, it's really impressive, congrats!
  2. Fantastic building, I love the colors and the architecture! So realistic
  3. Great job! I hope you'll build it with actual bricks, it could be awesome!
  4. Thank you! The nose section was definitely the biggest challenge in this model, I'm quite happy with the final result but I'm still working to improve it Thank you!
  5. Thanks! Yes, I used this piece on my CL-415 Canadair. It doesn't fit on this model, not wide enough, too tall as well. At the moment, the trans-clear slopes are in my opinion the best option to recreate the shape of the real Q400 windshield. Thank you! Billy Bishop also known as Dash 8 Q400 paradise
  6. Thank you for your comment and suggestion. I tried some pieces on the top of the nose but it didn't look well, maybe I'll find something better one day
  7. Hi everybody, Here's my lastest creation, and my biggest one. This is an another regional aircraft from Canada, a Dash 8 Q400, which is in my opinion one of the best turboprop ever made. My girlfriend is a pilot on this specific aircraft and she's grounded due to the pandemic so this is kind of a tribute! Here's some pictures, hope you'll like it! 8. Great build! A perfect rendition of the real one. It's cool to discover unusual types of trains in Lego
  9. Oh wow great build! I love the brick wall technique, as well as every small details you've added to enhance the cabin!
  10. Great build! I love the building colors and wall techniques, looks really realistic. Also the leaves on the roof, great details! :)
  11. Hi everybody! I'm really happy to show you my lastest creation, a Bombardier CRJ-200 in the Air Canada Express livery. I wanted to build a small airliner from Bombardier to go with another Bombardier creation I did a few months ago, a Canadair CL-415 (on the forum as well) so here it is! The model is approximately minifig scale, but because of minifig's weird proportions, it's still hard to put them inside in a realistic way, so I'm still working on this part. Other than that, the aircraft is 50cm wide and 60cm long, and many details are included. I hope you'll like it! 12. Great work! I love how you did the whole mechanism inside the depot for moving the tram
  13. Hello everybody, Here's my lastest project, a minifig scale replica of the famous Canadian waterbomber, the Bombardier Canadair CL-415. First of all, I'd like to credit and thanks @ER0L. His great CL-215 model has provided me a lot of inspiration, especially for the nose and the tail building technique. Even if I'm far from the complexity he achieved with the Power Functions integration, I'm still quite happy with my build. I tried to reproduce as many details as possible, and I'm still working on others details:) For the moment, it includes: Flaps and ailerons mechanism Cockpit and interior (water and additives tanks) Right now, I'm working on the retractable landing gear system, and on improving the Pratt & Whitney engine design. The model is 50cm long and 65cm wide. I hope you'll like it! Tom
  14. Really realistic build, congrats! I really like the classic english/industrial design and also the fact that you included so many details. I'll definitely go support this project on Lego Ideas. It can be a perfect addition to a town!
  15. Really cool build! The machines look great and I love the red brick style for your building! Can't wait to see more picture of it.
  16. Wow, love what you've done here, great techniques on the logo!
  17. I tried a red grille tile as well, but the result is kinda weird. I think my best bet is to redesign the whole wall behind to better incorporate the logo
  18. I already tried, and I tried other solutions as well but it doesn’t look good (proportions, sizing). I did several versions of this logo and this one is the most accurate at the moment even with the ugly E. I really want this logo to be in bricks so I’ll keep working on it! Thanks for your help and feedback!
  19. I'll try that! Thanks for the suggestion Edit: Here's the result PorscheStore_6 by Tom Clair, sur Flickr
