  1. I know that I've been wanting to join a Mafia School for ages, but now that one's actually up, I'm not so sure. It's not because I don't want to, just because of a bunch of other things. I'm finally going to start playing Arkham City this weekend, so that will take up lots of my time (I've been holding it off for weeks). Also, on weekdays I'll only be free from about 4-8pm, and maybe only every other day. I might be able to fit it in, but I'll let you decide if I should try for it.
  2. I'm hoping for that, too. Looking forward to the next batch.
  3. I've just read The Killing Joke, and I was hoping to see this type of scene as an entry. Great work.
  4. Ah, thanks. I'll look out for it.
  5. Any updates on this, now that the other school is over?
  6. Those Quincy Sharp portraits are a great idea. We don't see nearly enough Arkham Asylum MOC's around here.
  7. Great job. Good choice of torso, and the customisation is pretty well-done too. But as a purist, I guess I'll just have to wait for Series 7 to finally get a bagpiper.
  8. Meh, I've seen worse.
  9. Just for the record, I have created the The Historical Misprints Topic, do you think we could have that added to the Index? In any case, I look forward to seeing what this turns up, lots of great builders here in this great subforum.
  10. Hmm... I wonder what themes you like. Anyway, hope you enjoy your time here, and it's great having another Bat-fan on the site. We do have a topic just for Batman Here, just to let you know.
  11. Very clever. I have a feeling it's only a matter of time before Ninjago does go in the time-travel direction.
  12. I've just had an idea, what if the vehicles are the dragons? It would explain the absence of Dragons, and the sudden appearance of technology. They could have used some kind of magic given to them by the now-good Garmadon.
  13. I actually suggested the underwater-themed future wave a while ago, I would really like that.
  14. This topic is a confusing mess of sarcasm and pop-culture references! I'm next now, aren't I?
  15. I always like filling out surveys, and this was no exception. Some of the questions were a bit weird though, but I do like how Lego recognized all of those other sites.
  16. Hope you have a nice birthday, Penguin, with lots of great presents; Lego, maybe some monocle polish. And of course, don't forget to have a 'good day, ladies and gentlemen.'
  17. I've just ordered the Collectors Edition, it's arriving by Thursday.
  18. A classic Burgess Meredith Penguin with some kind of Submarine would be great, but I can't see that happening for a while. But this theme is 'multi-year', so I'd be surprised if we didn't see a Penguin at some point.
  19. Nice alternate version. I should have seen it coming.
  20. I think Princess Tamina's hair from the Prince Of Persia line could work, but I think Lego will release a female elf (with ears) in a future Minifigures Series anyway.
  21. We don't see nearly enough Viking MOCs, let along ones this amazing. Jörmungandr is great, very clever use of parts. The cliffside looks really nice, too. Great work.
  22. At least we got a purple fedora for Joker, although that was in a Space Police set. The Two-Face set is probably the only one I'll actually get, but it depends on the prices.
  23. Yes, lots of the villains are in need of hats. {Insert Hat-man pun here}
  24. Has anyone here seen Batman: Year One yet? The animated movie. If so, what did you think of it? I was wondering if it had the same style as Gotham Knight. It looks, from the trailers, a bit better than Gotham Knight (which I didn't like), but I wish it had the 'dark deco' of BTAS.
  25. Very nice scene. The minifigures are great, and the scene itself is very well built. Good work.
