  1. Looks very interesting.
  2. Those clocks are indeed very cool, to bad they didn't place the time monitor in the holes of their feet.
  3. Just red the Kick-A55* TPB, a really nice comic. But even if it tries not te be another super hero comic, it still is an other super hero comic. Roughly it has the same buildup as the better super hero comics, same pace etc. The only difference is the realism and violence. The drawing is really good and te characters are very cool aswell. At the back there's a pic of how the characters will look in the movie and it's a litle diasapointing. They look a litle cliché, they changed exactly what they should not change. Ans after watching the trailer I can't imagine the movie being cllose to the comic, unles it will be +16, which I doubt. Furthermore I read The walking Dead, BPRD, old Spiderman's and lots of Belgian and Frensh comics (strips, our version of comics) most people wouldn't know. *(the two 55 are two ss. Sorry about that, but when it's really on topic is a litle weird when it says Kick-megablocks. I hope I can get away with this)
  4. It's been posted, but it wouldn't hurt if the first post of the topic got updated.
  5. It would be cool if Lego could finaly keep a set secret for a whille and surprise us all. Question, the rebel pilot from the Wampa set, is it the same of the battle pack?
  6. And jet, his mount and eyes are the same of the soldiers, somehow they fit Sean Connery. Best Indy set, best Lego set of the last years. I've never been so impatient to buy a set.
  7. Very nice, but I would give Ash another head. His face is to mature and his eyes need to be more manga.
  8. After. If you use the games workshop paint, be sure to put a basecoat first, (it's called undercoat) it will make painting easyer and you won't need to varnish the piece. The paint and undercoat will seem expensive at first sight, but it's really worth it and you can really go a very long way with it. here are the colors they have (remeber, you can mix them): http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/...otCatGameStyle= and the metalic paints : http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/...otCatGameStyle= the basecoat, i would recommend white: http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/...otCatGameStyle= If you go to a gamesworkshop the guys over there will surely help you with all you questions.
  9. 1 I use the paint from games workshop, most colors resemble the lego colours and the paint is waterbases, so easy in use, easy to mix. 2 Make them by hand, making mold has no sence unless you want to make multiple, but then the price will be high, the material a mold is expensive. 3 Check 1 4 I use supersculpey, afterwards you can easely smoothen the surface with (hope the translation is correct) With miliput you can also do this, but it will be a little harder. 5 depends on the material, not with superscupley anyway. 6 supersculpey again, 15 minutes at 130°C in a normal oven. You probably noticed it, I would recommend Super Sculpey, why, because it's cheap and you get lots of it, so you can practice a lot. It's not toxic, it's get better in use when it's a litle dirty (strange I know, but tru). When it's hard it's really easy to work on with barn paper or a cuting knife, if ther's a crack, superglue and barn paper...
  10. That seems like the only good and realistic expilination. Castle these days is also about humans vs the rest, but goblins and sceletons are an old universal theme. But, I have the impression that Space Police is about capturing the villains, not killing them, or is that just the case in Space Police I? However, Agents is against humans, the bad guys in most licensed themes are humans.
  11. Nice way of formulating this.
  12. If you posts links, it would be a little easier
  13. How could I forget those. I can watch them over and over again. The first two are the best, but when you see the end of Part 2, you just got to know how it ends, even though you know perfectly how it end. The first Mummy is cool aswell, especially teh Egyptian onliners. Is that the Batman with the Shark repelent Batspray. If it is, it's hilarious, but as a kid I was a huge fan. I really like the Ducktales...
  14. You can check my want and trade list, it's in my signature. But I have lots of other stuff, it's just the main Star Wars related items in there. If you have a list aswell, let me know
  15. Hello, I got some Star Wars keychains today (it was really my nerdy lucky day today). I have a Darth Vader, new version, keychain and Clone Wars Yoda keychain for trade. I'm looking for C3Po keychain R2D2 keychain original Yoda keychain Thanks,
  16. yes they do Forgot about those, AoD is a really cool movie. I can keep watching (and qouting) The Holly Grail. To soon to tell about these for me, they are to new. I did see the first dawn of the Dead a lot
  17. There's a lot of movie talking around these days, mostly about the bad part of movies, so a tread for the good movies. But not al good movies, just the movies which after seeing them once, you just want to see them again and again. Movies you've takken the habbit of watching them every year. Movies you bought on DVD, when they are 15 years old and you know they air them every two year... Mine are: Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade The Empire Strikes Back Return of the Jedi (A new Hope is out, the older I get, the less I like it) Terminator 2 (although I find the first one better) Total Recall Starship Troopers (I used to watch this movie every 1st of January, being totaly wasted from going out the day before and waking up at 4 PM, I always rented that movie) And finaly, almost al the Pixar movies, especialy The Incredibles and cars. I can also keep watching The Simpsons, but not the movie.
  18. 6 times is really a lot in sush a short time. But is shows that it's not a bad movie. Still, I liked it very mush, I don't think it has the rewatsh ability like the old Star wars movies.
  19. Those look really good and capture the spirit of the scene very well. Now for some action pictures. (ps, if you don't want you pics to be so blurry, maybe try not to take the picks so close)
  20. The fat guy is really great (yeah, I know a lot about Harry Potter)
  21. Sounds simple. I would recommend to spray the helmet with paint, not with a brush. Ask an airbrush or from a spray can, but it will depend from can to can. good luck with your project and show us the result.
  22. haha, thanks, that's why my title has changed, but I like it. Thanks for the link at the frontpage, it's always a great compliment.
